Capella in Ubud is a rare hotel that brings a unique vacation experience. The feeling of falling asleep with worms and frogs is awesome. Standing on the terrace and looking at a large area of tropical rain forest, the tent is surrounded by various large plants, as if living alone in the forest. All the buildings of the hotel, including the guest rooms, are tents. Every morning when you get up, you must roll up the tent curtains instead of opening the curtains. Many of the doors have mini windows that can be opened, and you can peep into the outside world when taking a bath or using the toilet. GM Mark said that many of the furniture and room decoration are private collections of hotel owners. They are rare objects of colonial and local mix and match. Needless to say, this kind of positioning hotel service may be due to the few guests I have in the past few days, which provided more than expected care for our trip, and I would also like to express my special thanks. The environment of the hotel is indeed a bit wild, which is more suitable for people who are adventurous, like novelty, and like to be close to nature, and may not be suitable for people who are small and fresh in the city and who are not very convenient in legs and feet. In addition, the meals upstairs in the hotel are very good, the seafood appetizers and snacks presented are delicious, and the meals are a lot. Try again next time. 1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain. 2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament! 3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well! 4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual! 5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience! After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

A hotel where you can receive the best service. I love Ritz, who never takes no for an answer. The food is delicious both in the morning and in the evening. The course dinner was quite large, but it was all so delicious that I ate it all without leaving any leftovers. I thought it would be nice if they could hold a few more free yoga classes. There was only one box of tissues in the room, and I quickly ran out of them. You can have it delivered right away by phone, but other hotels don't have one in the room, so I hope they can improve this. But I can't say enough about the new hotel to have the best service and delicious food.

Thank you ever so much for having us at Bvlgari Resort Bali, such a prestigious resort. I’ll take this chance to thank all the staff members, in particular Dewa, who has been amazing assisting us throughout our stay in the beautifully prepared and welcoming villa. He has been present and formal to us at all times. Same goes for butler Stefanus that after carefully observing our preferences he has provided us with a basket of local fruits, a beautiful surprise that contributed to our amazing experience at the villa and more importantly Bali. A thank you also to the housekeeping team that has been so professional to guarantee villa cleaning and make up at times when we were not in the villa to keep us our space and ensure privacy at all times. Having had such a nice family time we are looking forward to repeat this experience again at Bvulgari hopefully for a longer time period

Eating breakfast in front of slowly dispersing clouds is the best experience of this trip. It may be that the hotel is relatively old, the toilets are not temperature sensitive smart toilets, and the facilities are average; the environment is good, open the balcony to enjoy a lush canyon privately; the service is the biggest failure in this trip, and the most anticipated local experience activities have been repeatedly communicated It was only three times that the choice of chargeable items was provided, and during the whole check-in process, I didn't realize the intention at all, only a professional fake smile. As a whole, it is an experience that is not as good as 2,000 yuan in domestic intercontinental, and it is not recommended.

Amazing location and a fantastic river side villa! If you have a dream about visiting the jungle then definitely go to Bali and stay in Sayan! Hotel is fused with the jungle itself and the river views are breathtaking! Service is immaculate and staff are super friendly. We have tried breakfast lunch and dinner in the resort and the food did not disappoint either! Tasty, colourful and bursting with flavours the meals were a great treat for the taste buds. :))

Superb - this resort in a great location exceeded all our expectations. Despite it having been built some 20 years ago, it has aged gracefully and is impressively maintained. Having stayed at the Ritz Carlton Mandapa near Ubud in September 2022, at three times plus the price, I was fearful Maya Ubud would prove a massive let down. To the contrary, the resort surpassed our hopes - especially the forest pool and spa must be the most gorgeously located river side five star hotel in close proximity to Ubud. Service is typically of a high Balinese standard especially the team at the spa overlooking the river. Housekeeping was thorough, unobtrusive and timely. Rooms are spotless and well furnished & presented including with a massive bath, additional outdoor shower and a quality coffee machine. The only small blemish on our stay was the limited offerings at both restaurants. The solution would be simply addressed by adding for longer staying guests daily specials in addition to the fixed menu. Unhesitatingly I would return in a heartbeat.

The resort is serene , beautiful. Great hospitality. Staff are friendly, and great photo skills too😂. I stayed in ubud chalet for 2 nights. The rice terrace view from our room is breathtaking. The breakfast spread is good. Not too much variety but enough. Many activities to explore in the resort itself. We had picnic luncb on the boat and gardenr dinner. Enjoyed both . Food was good. Swimming pool area is big. They even give goodnight gift to every room. So touched by the little touches.
