I arrived on Friday at 1 and both bars were closed in the hotel getting ready for ticketed events that evening. Lots of people were irritated they couldn’t get a drink in the hotel when they arrived. So, I could not get a drink in the hotel until evening, if I had a ticket to one of their events. Their drag show and other party didn’t interest me. So, I had a drink in my room and hit the town. The Living Room bar (reason I picked W) was closed all weekend for private stuff. So, I never even saw it. The location is great and so we walked to many bars. If I go back, I wouldn’t spend the money to be at the W, when I barely made use of the place. Service and room service were good.

Paola bartender at the family room at W Mexico City was amazing great conversation mixed amazing drinks fun to talk to. Fun and knew all the info about Mexico City. Knew all about Mexico City and was easy to talk to. Keep up the good work. Will cost her every time I’m in Mexico City. Two thumbs up

Located on the Reforma Avenue, the hotel is less than 1 km from the Museum of Anthropology and the Angel Independence Column. It is conveniently located about 8 minutes on foot from Metro Line 1. The breakfast at the hotel tastes good and has local features, but the variety is small. The buffet breakfast has two options, the regular version and the local special edition. Unfortunately, even the second one is not very rich. I tried the dinner at the hotel and it tasted very good. The price is slightly more expensive than the average restaurant. The red velvet cake sold in the hotel's bakery tastes good and is inexpensive and worth recommending. The hotel's swimming pool is relatively small, the gym is not very big, and there are few people in the evening.

In addition to the twists and turns in the booking process, the Four Seasons Hotel also had major problems during the check-in process. In general, the hotel rooms, facilities, environment and services are not bad, like a well-known five-star hotel in the international chain, but unfortunately there is a low-level mistake. LP used the curling iron on the hotel table in the morning and found it in the evening. Although it is not very valuable, it is very inconvenient without this thing. For the top hotels in the four seasons, this is definitely not the case. The problem that arises. Of course, the hotel finally admitted the mistake, made an apology, and made corresponding compensation, but this unpleasant episode affects the mood of travel. This also makes the excellent hotel experience greatly discounted.

Fantastic stay with club lounge privileges. Fair warning to Bonvoy Platinum and Titanium members (Ambassadors you better know the drill with this brand, otherwise your handlers have been carting your carcass on a handcart from property to property while you’ve been under the influence) lounge access is NOT included unless you pay for it. The groveling from a previous reviewer was pathetic! Now that that’s out of the way, what a muy bien experience! Food and beverage presentations in the club lounge were superior to any other Ritz lounge we’ve visited in North America. Alyssa leads a first rate team with Francisco and Michelle as all stars. Hot entrees were present even between the breakfast, lunch and dinner offerings. We were upgraded to a corner suite. Impressed with the space, layout and electric curtains. Bathroom was superb with separate bathtub and shower. Only complaint was entitled guests allowing screaming children running amuck in the hallways first thing in the morning. And a neighboring guest listening to loud movies on his balcony whilst smoking cancer sticks. Hope he endured a handsome fine for his behavior. But he probably didn’t. Enjoyed the walking proximity to Chapultepec Park with its many fine museums. Service in the restaurant was also excellent. Looking forward to our next stay.

I had a really good time here. Wonderful location and amazing staff. The food was really delicious and the view from the roof top bar is spectacular. Margarita from front desk made my stay extra special. Truly a Ritz Carlton employee. 5 stars! Definitely I will come back and stay here again next time I visit Mexico city.

Marriott Titanium. Wife and I were in town for a babymoon and we decided to go back to Mexico City and try the St Regis. Really glad we did as everything was top notch as expected at a St Regis. Pros: Entire staff - friendly, super helpful, and genuinely caring staff from door, front desk, butler, restaurant, and all others. Thanks to Jesus for making reservations at amazing restaurants, Eduardo for going over the top for us, and the head concierge (sorry forget his name) for teaching my wife how to saber a bottle of champagne. Restaurant - ate breakfast every morning, had a lunch, and late night desserts at the hotel and the food is tasty with lots of options, taco bar for Saturday brunch, with great staff. Bar - I always try the bloody mary's when staying at St Regis properties as they have their own spin and the Mexico City one was very unique. But outside of that, the bar staff was very friendly throughout and made great drinks. Rooms - booked a deluxe suite for our stay and it was huge, clean, and had comfortable beds. Car service - can get you everywhere you need to get in a comfortable Navigator. Cons: Location - we love Mexico City and usually stay in the Polanco district and this was the first time we stayed in the ”central” district. Area is more business forward so you'll have to travel if you want to get to areas outside of that, but not at the fault of the hotel. Age - hotel is starting to show it's age a bit, but it's still very well kept. Pool - a bit smaller and jets in the hot tub didn't work, but it was nice to soak after walking all day. Cons are nitpicky and would not prevent us from coming back, which we will. Overdelivers on what a St Regis experience should be and we are very thankful that they made us feel so welcome and provided us great memories.

Great service from the entire team. Helpful bellmen and securities. Friendly front desk and restaurant staff. Amazing service from our butler, Daniel, from unpacking to coffee/tea services. The check-in is on the third floor. While it's a bit less convenient, it gives a better sense of security/isolation. We were upgraded to a luxury suite using SNAs, and had a complimentary breakfast buffet and 6 pm late checkout as a Titanium member, which were very useful. The room is spacious and pretty well laid out. Cozy living room with separate toilet, comfy bed, and sectional bathroom space. The furniture is a bit dated but functional. Our butler welcomed us with a prosecco and helped unpack. Breakfast offerings were decent, especially the egg and carving station. Another highlight is the live piano on the balcony dining area overlooking the city, an elegant touch. The bar area is also delightful at night. The hotel locates in the Reforma, which is in the middle of everything but not as vibrant as Polanco or Condesa. The traffic was abysmal during rush hours, and calling Uber can take 30+ mins. Areas for improvement * Windows were dirty, the room light controls were confusing, and some furniture needed a refresh. * Complimentary breakfast was confusing without instruction on what was included. We were incorrectly charged on our first day, which needs to be resolved during checkout. * Deal with food delivery better, as it's pretty inconvenient to pickup. Bellmen should at least help bring delivery food to the lobby area.

Good insonorization, good position for business. House keeping to be revisited for sure, lot of things do not work in the room (like the coffee machine). Breakfast correct, not very large choice, can become chaotic at rush hours. There is no pool, but a bathtub on the roof, 3m long, 2 m wide, 0.9 m deep...enjoy your swim...

The hotel takes about 20-30 minutes by taxi from the city center, in a similar development zone, but there are everything nearby. The hotel is very good in all aspects, and there is a big forest outside the window! Super beautiful!

Would not recommend this hotel based on these factors. Pool only has sun about 2 hours a day so if you are looking for a pool - skip this property Wifi is terrible. Constantly down Massage at spa is so not worth the money Housekeeping did not replenish our daily waters or coffee pods Bed is not comfortable. I think the mattresses are old and so they put a pad on top. Construction and street noise is loud even though we were in the 19th floor. Buffet is just okay and too expensive unless you like liquid runny scrambled eggs What is good about this hotel? Concierge had great recommendations for dinner and breakfast Woman working at pool is awesome and goes out of her way to help Hotel is in a good location. Would I go back? No There are too many great hotels in the area.

Stayed for 4 nights for business. Had a room on a high floor overlooking the park. Seemed recently renovated and was very spacious with a small sitting area. Service was very attentive at all times, there is a gym and a pool as well. Location is excellent, very convenient and walking distance to many restaurants. Lobby is being renovated but they are managing it relatively well without major disruptions.

I spent 8 nights at this hotel in August of this year-2022- and it was clean, comfortable and good value.Check-in was handled speedily and the room I was given was large, clean and very comfortable with great views on the 20th floor. The room was serviced daily and extra toiletries were always available. In this regard I want to mention Veronica and especially Saul who were most helpful and polite.Breakfast was excellent each morning and really set me up for the day.I want to mention Leonardo in the dining room who was most helpful and kind each morning at breakfast time. The staff at reception were also efficient, polite and reasonably friendly. This hotel represented good value in a convenient location.

What a great hotel, with a great team and a great location! Everyone made us feel cared for. A very special thank you to ”Mago” Maria Jose Arellano, Juan Pablo, Natalia, Santiago, Laura, Uriel, Valeria, Mariana, and Brando. Our room was spacious and had an amazing view. Our breakfasts at Balta were very good. The food and drinks at Cityzen were delicious and creative (and the view one of a kind). Having access to Club Millesime worked out well and the club team was so gracious and helpful. We will definitely be returning!!

The location is good. Just walk straight for 2-3 minutes and you will reach Chinese restaurants, Japanese restaurants and Korean restaurants. It's all good. This hotel should be the top 2 hotel in Mexico. I arrived on the 9th and left on the 16th. Not a bad experience. The service staff are very nice, and the breakfast is okay (for a Chinese stomach), with omelettes and fruits. very safe. Safety is particularly important here.

This hotel was amazing! The hotel itself is just lovely, with all sorts of interesting details, especially in the lobby. The restaurant and bar were great, with lots of options, and the rooms were nice too. Also, every single employee was extremely professional. I've stayed at this property before not sure if management has changed. I was really impressed on my first visit in 2020, and last year I notice changes, but was hoping for improvement this year. Overall the hotel is good for the price / location. I think they could make a few improvements. I'm not sure if they are under staff where the halls aren't vacuumed or tons of smalls details around the walls and doors don't look clean or touched up cosmetically. The furniture inside my room was stained. The Wifi worked great, the check in and check out process was easy. I took photos so I can maybe share with management. Overall don't hesitate to stay at this place!

The city view room has an incomparable view. Sitting by the window, you can have a panoramic view of Syntagma Square and the Cathedral, and you can have an unobstructed view of the excitement of the Day of the Dead. Although it is an old building, the interior is well maintained. The breakfast in the restaurant on the top floor is okay, and the coffee bar on the first floor can also provide simple meals. The only drawback was that I stayed in a corner room, and the top floor restaurant was upstairs. There was a sound of chairs being dragged around at around 7 o'clock in the morning.

This was my second time staying here and all I can say is Jose Luis was wonderful to me and my family, he was always the highlight of my day 🫶🏼 always giving us 100 percent and helping us out in everything we needed. ALL of the staff like Victor who helped us out with our bags was expect exceptional! And one of the servers from the rooftop whose name is Marco was so wonderful and did such a great job. I really appreciate everyone who helped us out. The only down fall was I wanted to have dinner with my family on the 25th to celebrate my husbands birthday but they were charging 1,500 pesos per person which was ridiculous and all bc there was a concert. I also felt like that day they didn’t care about anyone there expect what was going on with grupo firme. Another thing was a waiter from the rooftop “Edgar” was SUPER rude both times we got him as a waiter and wanted to charge me extra for the buffet when it was included. I felt discriminated because he was paying attention to Americans which is crazy because I am an American as well but since he saw I’m obviously Hispanic he probably thought I was from there. Those two things were the only downfall of the hotel but other then that I had a really great time and I appreciate all the staff that helped me out in everything. I truly truly appreciate it

I used my points for this stay however the rates including dynamic points rate were low making this hotel value for money or points in my case. Being a Diamond elite member i was upgrade to a suite was not expected but appreciated. Friendly staff making me feel welcome and the free breakfast has variety as well as changing one dish every day i was there. Love a good mexican breakfast. Location was a little out of the centre hence the reason not 5 stars however the bus is a one min walk and they leave every 2 mins if not less. expect it to be busy at times. if you dont mind being a little bit out of the way its a nice hotel for the amount you pay
