Good location with very new facility. The rooms are clean. It will be fantastic if there are bath tubs. I guess the skiers will like them even more. Overall very quite place in low season (right before the ski season starts). Good value for money at this time. PS. We are the only unit occupied for the entire building during our stay. Haha ...

Very good place, very clean and tidy, a lot of space, enough for 6 of us to stay and eat dinner together, there are restaurants and convenience stores nearby, very convenient. As long as you contact the management in advance, you can get the access code and reserve parking space.

FURANO HOTEL in Hokkaido is a luxurious hideaway nestled in a secluded forest. The spacious and elegant rooms, many with balconies, offer stunning mountain views and starry skies, with occasional deer sightings – truly an immersive experience. The natural hot springs are private and uncrowded, making for a wonderfully therapeutic soak. Dining focuses on French cuisine, and the breakfast is fresh, abundant, and high quality. Service is professional and attentive, with convenient parking and shuttle services. It's ideal for couples, vacationers, and nature lovers; however, please note that children under 13 are not permitted, so families should consider this. Overall, it's a quiet, private, and refined experience, making it an excellent choice for a secluded getaway in Furano.

The hotel is in a convenient location and easy to access. The room size is just right, not too small and not too big. The facilities are well provided, and both the public bath and private bath are very good. However, the private bath tends to be fully booked quite often, likely because the hotel was busy during my stay. It would be perfect if there were also a fitness center. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of choices.

We had a great time skiing at the Furano Hotel with our kids. It was super convenient – you can buy ski passes and rent equipment right on the second floor, and then you're directly on the slopes. It was our first time experiencing Hokkaido's powder snow! The room size was average, but we could easily open two large suitcases. The buffet dinner, which requires a reservation, had a fantastic variety, including Wagyu beef and large crab claws. The onsen experience was good; the indoor bath was quite spacious, while the outdoor one was smaller and got pretty crowded. The hotel also offers a direct bus to Asahikawa, stopping at Furano Station and Biei. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

We stayed 4 nights and honestly loved it — this was one of the highlights of our Hokkaido trip. The room was clean, cosy, and super comfortable after being out in the cold all day. What really made the stay special was the view: from the front we had a beautiful mountain view, and from the back we could see the ski resort, waking up to snow scenery every morning felt unreal. The hotel was also quiet at night so we slept really well, and the overall vibe felt warm and relaxing. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything from check-in to daily stay was smooth. Location worked great as a base for Furano (especially for snow activities). Would 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone coming to Furano.

The price is very affordable for what is offered. The bedrooms are spacious, and reception welcomed us warmly with thoughtful snacks and drinks, which made us feel right at home. The only small downside was that the air-conditioning wasn’t very cold—perhaps due to the winter season—but overall, it was still well worth the price. A comfortable stay with great value, and we truly enjoyed.

It was pouring rain when I arrived, and still drizzling the next morning, so I decided to head back to Sapporo. I had initially planned to visit the Magic Terrace. This hostel is truly excellent; it even has a kitchen, and everything was spotless. The only drawback is that there isn't much to explore in the small town itself. It seems to be located near a ski resort, but I visited in September, so that wasn't relevant to my trip.

The location is very convenient for driving, parking is easy, and there are a lot of things to eat within 10 minutes of walking out. The service staff are from different countries, and people with different languages can communicate with each other. I find it convenient. I also like the catering and accommodation. It has a great atmosphere, and you can have a full breakfast. The only thing is that the soundproofing is not very good. I live in a tatami room, but I can hear the sound of the two rooms next door. However, I haven't met a good roommate next door. It is noisy all night , makes people collapse. But I still highly recommend this accommodation! I hope everyone has a sense of justice and meets people who also have a sense of justice.

This hotel use the self check in system. However they don't remind guest about the check out time so I am never informed about the check out time. Finally the last day, the receptionist just came to my door at 10:00 and told me I need to pay. I was shocked and asked politely about not charging extra money and got out the room at 10:20. They finally still needed to charge me 2000 Yan. I requested to have the price list and all policies about the check in and check out. THE MAN RECEPTIONIST CAME INTO MY ROOM AND SHOWED ME THE BOOKLET. ONLY ME AND HIM IN THE ROOM, THEN HE SHOUTED AT ME IN JAPANESE RUDELY !!!! I have the right to understand all the pricing and information although I have time exceed, I can pay however I don't deserve the bad attitude of their hotel service. It is the WORST STAY EVER in my life. The time was 31st Dec 10:30 a.m. when he shouted at me. SHAME ON HIM AND THE HOTEL.

Everything is very good. I stayed for 3 consecutive nights. The hotel is decorated in an industrial style. It is located on a high ground and is very quiet. There is a small kitchen in the room, a terrace, a sunny view, and sufficient water pressure in the bathroom. The waiter is friendly and helps to book nearby restaurants. Supermarkets and convenience stores are a few minutes' drive away.

Nice hotel in Furano within walking distance to the ski slope. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. The free lounge is a nice place where you can relax and chat with friends while staying at the hotel with free flow of coffee, tea and Furano wine. There is also a microwave there for you to reheat food from convenient store if you chose not to dine out. There is also an onsen on site which is very nice also.

Perfect location for skiers - a two minute walk across the carpark and you're at the gondola/chairlift base station. The hotel also has a bus stop outside which is helpful to get to the JR station or into town, although buses are pretty infrequent. There are some dining options nearby, and a convenience store about 10-15 min walk away. The hotel sells discounted lift tickets (which you need to exchange at the ticket booth for a real ticket). The hotel has an eclectic older style charm. The ”owl” branding throughout was cute, and there's a nice lounge where non-skiers can relax with lots of reading material (most in Japanese). Free snacks and drinks each afternoon in the lobby are a nice touch. The onsite indoor and outdoor onsens are relaxing. There's a laundry with coin operated washer dryers, which is handy. Breakfasts were decent, although some dishes were a bit sweet for our taste, and there was very little variation from day to day, which is an issue for a ski resort where guests typically stay for multiple days. Staff allocate you to a table (different each day), a system which works pretty well and avoids having to hunt for a table at busy times. Some procedures seem a bit overcomplicated - checkin involved our name being taken, then being called 10 min later and guided through a self-checkin touchscreen system which wasn't super reliable at reading passports. Also you need to specify your breakfast time each day and then come back and get a ticket later, which seems overcomplicated - better to just let you specify a default time on checkin with the option to vary manually if desired. However staff throughout the hotel are polite and helpful. The room we had was spacious with a view over the ski field. The bathroom was a modular unit - clean but a bit dated and with an awkward step up to get in. Beds were made up in a rather strange way - rather than a having a fitted bottom sheet, there was a thin mat laid on top of the mattress. If you move around at all while sleeping this mat ends up a lumpy mess and you often find yourself sleeping partially on the bare mattress.

Compared to the crowded Prince Hotel, this place offers a quieter and more comfortable stay. The breakfast is excellent, but remember to book dinner in advance, as you can't add it after check-in. There are vending machines on every floor and a small shop for snacks and essentials. Food trucks right outside the hotel make grabbing a bite very convenient. The airport bus stops directly at the hotel entrance, which is super handy for luggage. Plus, there's a free shuttle to the ski slopes.

This air bnb-style apartment is simple and clean. Although the place is small, it is comfortable and cheaper than the new apartment hotel nearby. The location is actually quite good. Open the door and you will find the ski trail, which is very suitable for friends who love skiing. When we came to Furano in summer, we did not ski or take a car, but there is a bus stop outside the accommodation, from which we can take a bus to Nakafurano and Upper Furano to see lavender, which is very convenient. We go out by bus at 10:49 every day, and return to the hotel at 20:06 in the evening. You can buy wagyu, bread, etc. in the supermarket near the scenic spot and cook for yourself in the apartment, which is very convenient!

The hotel is quite old but clean. There is no elevator. There is no bathroom in the bedroom, only a toilet and a sink. To take a shower, you have to go to the onsen room. There are many Japanese people using the services. It is a bit far from Furano city. It is suitable for people with cars. In fact, the location is very beautiful, surrounded by mountain views. I chose it because the price was not so expensive when I went and there are onsen rooms and many pools to soak in. The staff are very helpful, even though we did not understand each other very well. We stayed with breakfast and dinner, which were quite delicious. Dinner was served as a course. In the hotel area, there is a lavender field to admire. However, when we went, the flowers were starting to wither but still smelled good. I would like to improve the scenery. The lawn to see the lavender flowers looks a bit dirty. It is a pity about the location. Overall, it is OK.
