The location is very convenient, and it is already Kenting Street. You can have something to eat from morning till night. The only downside was that we only met the staff of the hotel on the first day, and every day I wanted to ask the staff of the hotel to ask for directions or other enquiries, but I saw that there were any staff at the hotel. On the last day, the original homestay was checked out at 11:00 in the morning. Then we went to breakfast in the morning. In the absence of a room card, we went back to the room at about 10:50. The cleaning staff was already clearing our room and wanted to go to the bathroom. can. I hope that the owner of the hotel will pay attention to the room card. If it is not, the guest will not check out.

The room was large and clean. On the third floor, there was no elevator. The two big boxes were exhausted and the door locks were a bit bad. It seemed to have been destroyed. At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. The location is the best! The room is old, but the stay is very comfortable. I drove here and asked the hotel to arrange parking service, pick up and drop off from the parking lot to the hotel. The trip was good, but the price was expensive. When I left, the hotel did not explain clearly that the parking fee was not included in the 220 euro price! The ”taxi boat” was also borne by the guests. I was a little disappointed when I left. I paid a high price, but I felt that the hotel took advantage of it... Of course, everything in Venice is expensive, but I think the hotel can provide better service! Overall, there is room for improvement! Next time I go to Venice, I will change to another hotel!

We stayed in the hotel for my anniversary. The location and the room were just perfect. You feel like living in a refurbished in a modern way, but historic museum. I would say the pricing was above the level for the hotel, but as I understand that was an overall problem for Venice these days due to biennale. The breakfast was nice and well served. We especially liked sitting in the little inner garden and drinking tea. A little escape in the crowded ancient city.

The pool water was very clean, and being on the 7th floor with no obstructions, the view was excellent. The room was super spacious and very clean, with all the sofas and chairs looking brand new. The front desk staff were very friendly during check-in and even offered welcome drinks. The only downside was the breakfast. Although it's served until 10:30 AM, by a little past 9 AM, almost all the food trays were empty. There were only 2-3 trays with a small amount of food left. I walked around and couldn't find anything to eat, which was quite disappointing. Eventually, a staff member brought me a plate of stir-fried rice noodles, which at least filled me up. This was the first time in decades of traveling that I've encountered such a breakfast situation. We stayed for two nights, and the breakfast on the second day was only slightly better, still feeling like leftovers. It's also quite close to the King Power Duty-Free Shop.

The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.

Even though the hotel isn't brand new, the rooms are exceptionally clean and everything works perfectly. The service is top-notch! A huge thank you to the reception managers, especially the tall young man. My daughter realized she didn't have her passport in the taxi just as we were arriving from the airport, remembering she'd left it there. The hotel manager quickly sprang into action, called the airport, and they found the passport and left it at the lost and found. We got it back without any issues before our next flight. The hotel breakfasts are simply amazing, with a wide variety and everything is delicious. I especially recommend trying the noodle soup, which is freshly made for you on the spot. Kids can enjoy unlimited free ice cream throughout the day. There are also animators working every day. You can get around the hotel grounds by buggy, but we had even more fun cycling, which is also free. The beach is stunning. We even got to witness a turtle release and incredibly beautiful sunsets. This hotel is fantastic, perfect for families.

Surprisingly, we were able to take a free private boat to Murano Island, and even had an instructor accompany us to tour the Venetian glass workshop and the attached glass shop (which is more like a museum). The private boat only runs in the morning, once every 30 minutes, and one instructor is assigned to each person on that trip. Luckily, the instructor on our trip was very fluent in Japanese, so we were able to listen to the explanations and ask questions in Japanese. The hotel room was just as gorgeously decorated as the pictures, and we were very satisfied. The amount of water in the shower was a little weak (as is the case everywhere in Italy).

This hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk from the train station, next to a Venice canal. Location is convenient but you need to cross a few bridges from the train station to the hotel so moving heavy luggages require a bit effort. The decoration of the hotel is classic and tasteful. The lobby is like an art studio. Best part is the excellent service. Hotel staff are courteous and always ready to help. After we checked out, we stored luggages at the hotel and went for sightseeing. Coming back to the hotel to retrieve the luggages,vwe rested at the lobby. The service staffer offered us free tea, which exceeded our expectation. Pretty much all other hotels charge fees for drinks. This hotel not only offered free drink but also offered it after our checking out. It's fully recommended.

This stay had a mix of positives and negatives. We were not placed at San Cassiano as expected but were instead transferred to another hotel in their chain, Palazzo Stern. The alternate hotel wasn’t bad—it's located along the Grand Canal and has a lovely terrace. The property itself boasts some impressive design elements, likely stemming from its past as an antique mansion turned hotel. We were given a loft room, which unfortunately didn’t have any windows with a view, and the space was a bit cramped for two large suitcases. On the plus side, the bathroom had a beautiful design. Breakfast was ok, though nothing to rave about. The hotel is a bit of a walk from most attractions unless you opt for a water taxi, with a water taxi stop conveniently located right outside the hotel.
