The homestay is very beautiful, and there is an elevator, the room is a little old, and the bathroom and the ceiling of the room are not sealed, it is connected, so that someone goes to the bathroom too loud, and the sound of the air conditioning in the room is also very big, but very close to the beach and Kenting Street, very convenient

This was my second time staying at Patong Bay Hill Resort, and once again it did not disappoint. I stayed here with my girlfriend, and we had a wonderful experience throughout our trip. The resort offers a peaceful atmosphere away from the busy streets of Patong while still being close enough to all the attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a beautiful view that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to assist whenever needed. One of the things I love most about this resort is the relaxing environment. Whether it was spending time by the pool, enjoying the scenery, or simply unwinding in the room with my girlfriend, everything felt perfect. The resort is ideal for couples looking for a romantic and comfortable getaway in Phuket. We stayed near here for a summer camp. The room was backlit, damp, and generally okay. However, we asked for hangers for 9 days and never got a single one! Friday night was incredibly noisy, it felt like there was a party right above our heads! On Saturday, we had an early start for a day trip, so we were forced to stay up late... That day was truly terrible. We called the front desk multiple times, but it was useless.

What I liked most was having a sofa in the room where I could cast shows, and the kitchen came equipped with utensils, a microwave, and a fridge, making simple cooking perfectly feasible. However, this place has fewer public facilities and no beach. Although it's close to Patong Beach, the area is quite bustling with lots of people, which isn't ideal if you're looking for a relaxing stay. On the plus side, it's very close to Jungceylon, within walking distance.

I had a very pleasant stay at Splash Beach Resort a few days ago, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. I was warmly welcomed by May, a lovely and polite lady who took the time to explain the resort facilities and everything I needed to know. And believe me, with a resort this huge, a proper briefing is definitely appreciated! 😄 What impressed me most was the cleanliness of the room, including the bathroom. Everything was well maintained, clean and comfortable, which made my stay genuinely relaxing. My room faced a small back lane with some greenery and village surroundings—not exactly a glamorous sea view, but peaceful enough and certainly not something that affected my stay. The staff, in general, were polite, respectful and helpful, even when there was a language barrier. Kudos to them for maintaining good service with a smile. There was, however, one small hiccup during breakfast at Sunset Breeze Restaurant. On my first morning, I requested two boiled eggs. The chef’s response and facial expression made a rather simple request feel like I had just asked him to prepare a five-course breakfast! 😅 He mentioned that the eggs would take longer, which I completely understood, but the rather unfriendly expression was unnecessary. As the restaurant is not halal-certified, my breakfast choices were already somewhat limited, so having boiled eggs was one of the simpler options available to me. What made the experience more noticeable was the contrast in his demeanour—he appeared much more cheerful and engaging when interacting with some European/Western guests. I wouldn’t want to assume his intention, but as a guest, it did leave me with an uncomfortable impression. I also noticed that the restaurant staff did not make the same effort to offer coffee or check on me as they did with some other guests. It was a small thing, but these little gestures can make a difference in how welcome a guest feels. Thankfully, this was only a minor blemish in an otherwise excellent stay. One important tip: this is a huge resort, so you will definitely appreciate the buggy service when moving around the property. And if you’re coming specifically for the Splash Water Park, do check beforehand, the water park was undergoing its annual maintenance during the low season when I visited. Overall, I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The cleanliness, courteous staff, beautiful surroundings and overall resort experience certainly made it worthwhile. With just a little more consistency in the warmth of service towards every guest, the experience could have been even better. A big resort, a lot to explore—and thankfully, plenty of buggies to save our feet! 😄

The resort has 2 pools, and most rooms are pool-access. The price before Chinese New Year was 440 a night, which is decent value for money. It's very close to Rawai Beach, with a 7-Eleven and sea-view restaurants right outside. Now for the downsides: 1. No clothes rack in the room, so no way to wash and dry clothes. 2. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast. 3. For a family of three, there's an extra charge of 150 THB for the child, but no extra bed is provided. 4. I subtly got the feeling that Chinese guests aren't particularly welcome. This is just my personal feeling and for reference only.

A cozy, medium-sized hotel shaped like a cruise ship. The definite highlight of this hotel is the infinity pool on the rooftop, offering a fantastic view of the city and the sea, especially at night. A DJ entertains guests with music by the pool in the evening. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside for me was having a bathtub instead of a shower. The fridge only contained paid bar drinks. You can walk from the hotel to the beach, passing countless cafes, restaurants, massage parlors, and convenience stores along the way. There are several Russian-speaking channels on the TV. The price is reasonable. I recommend it.

Pros: The jungle view room is essentially a private villa, offering excellent privacy with a beautiful tropical rainforest view. The hotel provides direct access to the beach, and it's also conveniently located for shopping and strolling outside. Cons: Aside from a creatively designed but otherwise rather ordinary pool, the hotel practically lacks any other amenities or services. You can sit by the pool, but no one offers you a glass of iced water or a towel. For a hotel costing 1300 RMB a night, this is a significant drawback. Compared to many other Southeast Asian hotels I've stayed at in the same price range, this one performs poorly; there are many hotels with better value for money at this price point and location. To put it simply, this hotel has almost no supporting services. Breakfast isn't even served in the cliffside restaurant, which would better showcase the hotel's advantages, as it has been converted into a bar. The complimentary breakfast at the Red Chopsticks restaurant by the entrance was very mediocre, and I only ate there once.

Since I didn't book a hotel in advance for Chinese New Year, I decided to book this place as the price for a triple room was quite reasonable. The triple room was actually pretty spacious, and having one bed per person was perfect. Location: Overall, the location isn't super convenient. Luckily, we booked private cars and island hopping tours for both days we stayed. Otherwise, there's really nothing around. This place seems quite convenient for going to Phi Phi Island, though, as there's a pier about a kilometer away. I saw many people returning from there in the afternoon. Patong Beach is about 4-5 kilometers away. Environment: They gave us a room facing the street, and it was incredibly noisy. The sound of motorbikes revving was super loud. I tried asking the front desk to change rooms, but it wasn't possible.
