If you're in Surabaya to see the volcanoes, definitely don't miss this hotel! Not only do they offer various breakfast packages with volcano views (no waiting in line!), but they also have cooking and gardening classes for both kids and adults. There's even a small playground and a farm. The hotel provides butler service, and we will definitely be back. My husband and I both loved it!

The facilities are Home Inn-level, but its advantage lies in its proximity to Bromo, saving you the hassle of traveling back and forth to Surabaya. The service is excellent; breakfast is served until 11 am, and they even call the room to remind you when it's almost closing time. They can also help you book a Bromo sunrise tour by private car for 800,000 Indonesian Rupiah. The service is great, and the Jeep even has a name tag. There's a 24-hour front desk. Ctrip says there's no one at the front desk after 11 pm, but don't worry, they'll wait once you've booked.

The location is a bit out of the way, and access is still limited as it's a new property and hadn't had its grand opening yet when I visited. However, the service was absolutely outstanding; the staff were very open to directly asking guests for feedback and suggestions. There will be more facilities in the future as it's still under development. But the view from the hotel room was stunning, both at night and in the morning. The restaurant's food was delicious too.

Most of the facilities are up and running and I am pleasant with the maintenance of the place. Kak Widya helped me a lot during my stay. I always look for her and she understands my needs as a tourist and always follows up with me. She is polite, helpful and professional. This experience made my stay very meaningful and well supported.❤️ Kak Regy also cheerful and professional. He shared tips about navigating the mountains and locating underrated tourist destinations (Bukit Premium) 👍 For international tourists, please note that Grab services are not available. Where ad-hoc transport is required, you may wish to speak to the hotel staff to arrange for the alternative Ojek ride services. It costs IDR 50,000/way (cash and exact change only) and it is your only mode of transport around the mountains. Avoid bringing in multiples of IDR 100,000 as there are no money changing services available.
