"We chose to stay in Nasu Onsen 那須温泉, a spread out hotspring on the slope of Mt. Nasu. Yumoto 湯本 is the centre of the area, with many ryokans located, including the one we booked for the evening: Sanraku 那須温泉 山楽. This ryokan was started in 1923, visited by Emperor Showa 天皇昭和 before he decided to build his own imperial villa in Nasu, so there is a saying that his villa was inspired by the ryokan. It has a really beautiful backdrop of Nasu’s main peak: Chausudake 茶臼岳. The ryokan has prided itself with its hotspring, directly fed from the source 5.4 km away, with an abundance flow of 800 litres per minute. The ryokan made use of the gradual drop of temperature over distance to cool down the water and this hotspring is the same feeding the royal villa. We have booked the Modern Japanese Room with Garden Open-Air Bath. The bedroom is spacious (10 mats), with the veranda looking out at the garden, where there is a footbath along with the nice open-air bath with flowing hotspring, direct from source without heating or filtration. There are also two open and two indoor public baths, separately for male and female guests. The ryokan was not busy and so I had the whole bath for myself. I am particularly impressed by the open bath, created as a pool surrounded by the forest offering calm and tranquility. The other great feature was certainly the quality of the hotspring. Simple Onsen 単純温泉 in style, the semi-clear water has no smell, slightly alkaline and giving a nice smoothing experience. I felt all my neck pain gone after the soak and no wonder it was famous for healing properties. The ryokan also had a nice lobby with plenty of comfortable sofas looking at the window to the beautifully trimmed garden. Offering tea, coffee as well as wine and sake free for guests, we had a relaxing moment before returning to the room and got ready for dinner. Dinner is served at the private dining room Yumatsuki. We chose not to dine in room to avoid the smell of the food. All the dishes were fantastic in taste and plating, a true feast of flavors, texture and enjoyment. I also had the local sake Tentaka 天鷹, one of the most popular in Tochigi."
"Great! Great!"
"We stayed on 8 Month 9 days. We were able to use the GOTO campaign so we were able to stay 2 names at 6 digit amounts. Was it cheap? I was convinced that the amount of 6 digits would also be more than that because I stayed at Nasu Onsen mountain in the country. It was a terrible mistake. It smelled mold when I entered the room. ”I'm old, so I'll endure it. It's old and I'm a little bit helpless.” I was worried about social distant in the public bath and kept only 8 people in the big bath. I had no face towel so I asked for replenishment. Is it a shortage of staff? When I went, all the baskets were used and I couldn't take a bath. My wife went to the open-air bath in the room to take a hot spring and mold. When I touched the wall, the mold was stinking and smelled. The meal was delicious, but Nakai's explanation was scratchy or put it at the entrance. I thought this was a super luxury inn for the reason of the prevention of infection in the corona pass. At night, I slept with two people and woke up many times. I only wrote bad things, but the lobby was quiet. I was too expecting because I took a high money. It is a reward for going out at such a time. The best self-restraint is going out"

This was our second time here. We came 2 years ago and were happy to return for a one-nighter in Nasu. We stayed in the Main tower. The room felt new. Big, comfortable and clean with a beautiful view on the forest and mountain. Nice big balcony. The dinner and breakfast buffets are really great. Very enjoyable and well organized. The swimming pool was fun. The public bath is spacious and very relaxing. Even if it is busy you can enjoy. Wonderful. The hotel is spacious. The grounds are beautiful. This is a family oriented hotel, so many kids. Lots of fun for them. Staff are wonderful. Great service. Love it. If you come to Nasu, Epinard is a solid choice.

There was a wagon car for transfer from Nasushiobara station and visited here. I need a reservation until the day before, but I was a little troubled because I only accepted the displayed telephone number during the day. Checked in and headed for the room. The cheap compact one bedroom at the price was on the 1 floor where the front desk was down from 3 floor to 2 floor. The room is not big enough, there is a simple semi-double bed, sofa and desk, but outside the window is 3 two-thirds of the walls and only one-third of the rest can be seen. If you stay on a telework, it is an environment that seems to be able to concentrate on the PC, but it will not be suitable for visiting on vacation. I recommend using more than a deluxe room. The carpet on the floor is hard to feel like it is not laid down with cushion material underneath and it is just concrete. It may be if it is a room suitable for the price. The hot spring had two temperature bathrooms and was able to relax. There was also a sauna, but there was a note that it would be used by one person for Covid measures. The meal is a bit characteristic. First, eight kinds of cold appetizers are prepared on the table, and then three kinds of warm appetizers are buffet. The pasta as Primo is also a self-style to go to the cook to order by himself. The main as second also needs to go to the cook by yourself. It was free to replace except dessert, but the main pork was not particularly a taste that I wanted to eat. There is no meal or bread provided unless it is particularly mentioned in the main. If you have traveled to Europe, you may not feel uncomfortable, but if you want to ask the cook, please try it. Breakfast was served with a set menu, but orders such as omelette were self. At dinner, I was told to use mask gloves when using Buffet, but there were few guests who were using gloves, but there was no particular word afterwards. There is no glove at breakfast. I thought it was a little ambiguous Covid response. The waitress cock at the restaurant was very kind and able to respond quickly.

From 20 years ago to 3 years, I went with my parents and our family (sometimes my sister's family) every year. I loved it, so I was happy to choose it as a return gift for hometown tax. After that, I knew that once the business was closed and the owner changed and resumed. I was a little surprised to see HP .... There are dinosaur replicas everywhere. My son who liked the big dinosaur was 32 years old. I went after thinking that I would have been happy at that time. The beautiful forest around the building is still there, but the dinosaur is a little buzzing and buzzing. . The elderly man who explained the room and meal at the front desk seems to be unmotivated and read the stick, and the voice is small and I don't know well. . The room is old. . In addition, the bath ...... The window was not open and the garbage was stuck in the garbage bin, and it entered 3 degrees, but there was no sign that anyone came to check or clean, all the windows were closed, and the ventilation was zero. The locker was rusty, the keys were ragged, and as far as I knew, there was no disinfectant. I could only assume that everything was done on the assumption that no one was the owner of the corona virus.Because dinosaurs were sold, most of the families with small children were. Young people and children are mild or asymptomatic even if they are taken. The meal is also below. Is dinner because I chose the last time zone, the appetizer soy milk Yuba smelled of tun and refrigerator, and the 1 cm square duck meat was dry. The paper pot shabu shabu, small solid fuel 1 pieces, will disappear in a flash, somehow all disappointed. The return gift was a pair of tickets, so I added one person to it. When I made a reservation, I thought it was 〜 because I explained that ”even if I only make one person a Go-To travel object, there are few merits because other 2 people use return gift tickets”. . It was just a trouble? The more I wanted to think, the more I became unsatisfactory. I can't recommend it except for families with small children.

I wanted to escape from the crowd and stayed. As expected, it is quiet and calm atmosphere, like the world of Downton Abbey. The hot spring had five rental baths, and it was good not to be with others. The room has an earthquake or a little crack, and there are many places where furniture is damaged, but it looks strange and good if it is thought to be a technique for history. The taste is wide and easy to spend in Europe. The lighting is dark on the taste street. Dinner is course dishes, which is unexpectedly high and delicious! Next to Auberge! I was stunned. Breakfast buffet is also delicious! Good cook is doing a good job. One point, even if the room cut the heating, it was hot and a little bit hard to sleep. I reduced the score and evaluated it as 4. I think it would be good to fix this place.

It is a huge hot spring inn in Nasu, and there are 9 different accommodations. This time I stayed at Forest Cape Villa. It was a choice in the place where the Viking was a mast in the request of the accompanying person, and the number of people was too large. Vikings have been devised various ways to counteract the time pattern corona, and as a result, there were few processions, and the meal was smooth. Conversely, I thought this was this. The content of the Viking is standard, but the taste is not bad, and it is considered to be a good place for families such as children. In fact, there were not many customers who seemed to be the third generation of parents and children, and there were many children in the bath. There are many places to enjoy in the building such as large pools and hot spring facilities corresponding to day trips, and I think it is an inn that is easy to use including the price. However, it is characterized by the fact that it is average and there is no feature of this.
