This property is located just a hundred yards away from the most beautiful Lake Michigan beach. You can even see the Chicago skyline across the lake on a clear days.The main bedroom has a queen bed and glass doors that open up to the private balcony. The living room has a full size sleeper sofa as the second bed. You can comfortably fit 3 adults and the space is still the perfect size for 2 adults and 2 children. We provide your morning coffee with a Keurig, customized coffee station, and k-cups.Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. I love it here! The rstes are so reasonable i like the self check in rooms r big beds r comfy walk in shower is great. Bottled water in room pool and hot tub r beautiful love having 2 hot tubs! And no kids allowed. Pool lights up so pretty at night. Nice long hours for those facilities. Elevators r plentiful and quick love the food the deli is great very good salads and paninis and muffins. Also they r open late and early. The bar had some great bands and has a margarita machine. Drinks r pricey thats the only thing i can note. There is always vacancy which is nice. The beach is a short 1/4 mile walk away, about 5 minutes.The house has an open layout - the kitchen opens up to the living/dining rooms. The house has 5 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a fully finished walkout basement, a big front deck and a screened in porch in back.Our home has 7 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms. The bedroom layouts are as follows:Master Bedroom - 1st floor, queen bed, private bathroom2nd Bedroom - 2nd floor, queen bed, 32" Roku TV3rd Bedroom - 2nd floor, king bed, 32" Roku TV4th Bedroom - Huge bedroom in the basement - 2 queen beds and a 43" Roku TV5th Bedroom - Small "kids" bedroom with 3 twin beds - a triple bunk bed!The spaceYou will love this vacation home, a short walk away from the beach! Our home has a couple great outdoor options: a large deck at the front of the house and a screen porch in back. The inside of the house has an open layout, with the kitchen opening to the dining area and living room. The living room has a sectional couch. The basement has a family room with a sectional couch.There are 5 televisions in the house. All 5 TVs are Roku TVs. The living room, basement and 3 bedrooms have televisions. The house has reliable high speed wireless internet (wifi). There is room for plenty of parking in front of the house and along our empty lot next door.This home has plenty of appeal throughout the year.
