Excelente habitación con baño privado en el distrito rojo de amsterdam, se encuentra en el 3er piso asi que recomiendo no llevar demasiado equipaje para poderlo subir las escaleras, mi equipaje era ligero y aun asi goran me ayudo a subirlo. La habitación cuenta con un balcón/terraza privada y una cocina en donde puedes preparar ciertas comidas pero es compartida. Nosotros eramos los únicos hospedados asi que no compartíamos con nadie de hecho no vimos a nadie en días. La habitación es limpiada diario y tienes acceso a cereales, cafe y te incluido en el precio de la habitación . Tanto johnny como goran se preocuparon por nuestra estadía y la verdad es que pasamos unos dias hermosos en amsterdam gracias por todo

This time the overall accommodation experience is very wrong! The location of the hotel is first class and the facilities are complete. The most praiseworthy system can use WhatsApp to contact the service team, and the reply is very fast and very convenient. There are a few points that I want to mention after staying in~Friends: The room is deeply cleaned every 7 days. If you need to change towels or clean up the garbage, remember to take the initiative. In addition, if you live in the kitchen to cook, you must have a psychological preparation for the ventilation system is not too good, and the smell will be more difficult to disperse after cooking. It is recommended to cook the soup and eat lightly. Finally, be sure to try the nearby room called ”de deli” - breakfast, really good! Hope the above sharing helps everyone!

Stayed here for 8 days. The hotel is located in the center of the old town where must-see attractions are concentrated. It has convenient transportation and many surrounding bus routes. It is convenient for eating, drinking and shopping. I booked a loft room with a kitchen. The room is large and has a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and other kitchen appliances. It is as convenient as living at home. The disadvantage is that the bedroom is upstairs and you have to climb stairs several times a day. The hotel room can only be booked for more than seven nights, so after 10 days, I went back to Amsterdam and stayed for four days and stayed in other hotels.

Located a bit out of the center, need taxi to the exhibition center south of Amsterdam. Room is very small. Can't walk around the bed once my suitcase is opened. But the bed is good and quiet. It's ok for a short stay for business trip.

On a two-day, one-night whirlwind trip from Paris to Amsterdam, I chose this hotel right by Dam Square. The location is fantastic! It's a 10-minute walk from the train station (we didn't have luggage, so it was quick and easy), and it's super close to both the canal district and tram stops. Plus, the guy at the front desk was really handsome and super friendly. I was also very happy with the room's facilities and amenities. I'd definitely pick this place again next time I visit!

Excellent room, excellent location and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff however, too often, go according to the 'book', and find it hard to think and improvise on the spot. It's as if they are under trained. When checking in there is no need to ask the guest to fill info on the iPad. You have this info, to stay in touch, already. Don't burden the weary traveler with trivial nonsense. If the sun shines, finally after weeks of grey and rain, and a guest sees the patio with tables in the sun, and this guest wants to have tea in the sun outside in the patio, this has to be a possibility. Don't say, well it's not the season so it's closed, it doesn't make sense, you're a top hotel, not the vander Valk. Improvise, think on your feet, explain that he is welcome to sit there and that his tea will be brought out, but it might take a few minutes longer. This way the guest feels listened to and that the moon is even possible. The kitchen is incredible, the food is wonderful. Last evening I had dinner at the Jansz., two ladies working, were very kind, helpful and attentive, they understood the delicate balance between asking how things are going and leaving the guest alone. I want them to know i appreciate them. Please extend my gratitude to them. Also the Asian looking lady who worked during breakfast this morning, was excellent. Please let her know as well. Finally, the staff at the entrance - getting cabs etc. - are great. Some of the male staff are too - in Dutch, popy yoopy. I am your guest and not your friend. That's all, and that's enough. I had a very disappointing experience with the staff during my stay. I booked the room from 8 to 11 April specifically so I could arrive early on 9 April and check in without issues. However, when I arrived, I was told I could not check in early, and no clear explanation of the policy was provided. I only asked for clarification, but the staff’s attitude felt unfriendly and unhelpful, and I ended up waiting for a long time. Later, I decided to upgrade to a pod room. Initially, a female staff member showed me the price of €137 for two nights, which I agreed to. However, shortly after, another staff member changed the price to €200 without a clear justification. This inconsistency and lack of transparency were very frustrating. Overall, the experience was poorly handled, with unclear policies, inconsistent pricing, and unfriendly service. It left a negative impression despite the booking itself being straightforward.

We flew to Amsterdam to celebrate a birthday and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel fully lives up to its rating — a very good four-star hotel. What impressed me the most was the staff, especially Camilla and Fabiola. I contacted Camilla in advance, as we was traveling to celebrate a birthday. It was such a lovely surprise to walk into a beautifully decorated birthday room. Many thanks to Camilla for her quick and helpful email responses. The location is very convenient: only two stops on the M52 line to Amsterdam Centraal, and a bus stop just two minutes from the hotel, with direct access to Volendam in about 20 minutes. The hotel is quiet, the room was clean and spacious, and I couldn’t hear any neighbors at all. The bed was very comfortable and large. The bar and restaurant were also very good. WeI would happily stay here again and highly recommend this hotel.

We was greeted with warm smiling faces. The hotels main entrance, communal area was really clean and welcoming. The check-in was done really quickly as 2 hours before usual check-in which was perfect as was had a toddler with us plus lugage. The room was beautiful, clean and exactly good size for us. Bathroom was really clean. Room smelled fresh. We had breakfast each morning and it was a lovely open buffet with alot of choices, warm and fresh food. The dining area, bar area was really big, clean and welcoming. We enjoyed our 2 nights/3days stay. Definitely would recommend. Its not really far from Central station as well so perfect.

We booked the triple room with 3 single beds. PROS: Self-check in/out via a kiosk. The room is spacious enough for 3 guests, there is a table and 2 chairs in the unit, a coffee maker and a mini fridge.The property is 5-10mins walk to Westlandgracht tram station, 2-min walk to a bus station, 2-min walk to groceries. CONS: No bidet in the toilet, no microwave in the property and in the room so you can not heat up whatever meal you buy from the grocery. Property is 20-30 mins to Central Station.
