We were spoiled with a room upgrade to a junior suite, but I expect my review would be the same even without it. My son and I spent four days in Rome and chose this hotel based on numerous magazine articles. I wasn't exactly sure what to expect, but, WOW, this hotel is on a par with the very best hotels in which I have ever stayed - if not the best. The location is great, the ambience of the hotel is delightful, and although this is a classy, upmarket place, the staff are not stuffy and pretentious. You are treated almost as family and very well looked after - even the housekeeping lady was a dear (we managed to communicate in Spanish because I can't speak Italian). A particular mention also needs to go out to Mario and his team at breakfast - what a treat! The breakfast in the garden is such a pleasant place to start the day, but the attentive staff make it very special. The only downside of course is paying the bill at the end of the stay, but I'm sure I will remember the experience long after I forget how much I paid.

The breakfast is very good and rich in variety, with comb honey available. The hotel is in an excellent location. There are many famous shops on the street. It's about 5 minutes' walk from the Spanish Steps. You can see the monument of People's Square on the balcony.

I came to Rome and tried the newly opened Bulgari. The waiters were super enthusiastic, the environment is beautiful, and the breakfast options need to be improved. It's a pity that I didn't have time to try the skills of the hotel's Michelin chef. I will choose again next time I come to Rome

The location of the hotel is very good, the breakfast is good, the layout is luxurious, the room is just right, the warmth is enough, the service is good, the hygiene is good, the surrounding style is invincible, and the local people's culture is simple

This is a really very good hotel. I enjoyed the quality of the staff, the room ,the location and general quality of the Hotel. It would have got 5 stars but for 2 things.. and both relate to Cielo bar..a superb place for a visitor to Rome staying in the hotel to enjoy the great views of Rome particularly at sunset and a drink. Firstly,we arrived at the rooftop bar to find it full of people not staying in the hotel and there was no priority whatsoever for guests of the hotel. Here the bar and the views were filled with locals paying 16 euros for a drink and the guests paying hundreds of euros each night could not get a seat..and the Restaurant above not open till 7.30. Secondly, the appalling loud music at the bar was totally disruptive to a sophisticated enjoyment of the view trumpeted in the hotels advertising.. It detracted from the general quality of the hotel.. The Hausler next door has a total priority policy for guests next to the De La Ville on their rooftop and indeed our existing hotel in Portifino the same,. Pity it detracted from our stay.

Fantastic room, spectacular view, amazing service and very sweet and unforgettable experience! I stayed for 3 nights for my ***** New Year vacation. The receptionist was already expecting us even before we arrived. Not only she welcomed us with a very warm attitude and sent us some gift and card to wish us Happy ***** New Year, but every staff member from the front desk to the doormen recognized us by name right away, which was very impressive! The service in the restaurant and concierge was also very professional and welcoming, the explanation was always detailed and was alway keen to help. The doormen even proactively recommended and offered us umbrellas on our way out in case of the rain. I can’t not appreciate them more!

I'm only on night two out of a five night stay in Hotel Eden, but felt compelled to leave my review already. Having been fortunate to stay at some of the best 5-star hotels in the world and being an experienced traveller, my standards are extremely high. However, everything about Hotel Eden has exceeded my expectations. Every single member of staff is amazing. We have stayed at other Dorchester Collection properties around the world, but the service at Hotel Eden is another level. We have been so welcomed and the staff have gone out of their way to deliver an outstanding service. Special thanks to Antonio in the Concierge department and to all the team in the rooftop bar who could not have been nicer. If you are looking for the best hotel in Rome or beyond, then I highly recommend Hotel Eden. You definitely won't be disappointed. We can't wait to return again. Thank you for taking such good care of my family and I.

The Eden sits high over Rome in a perfect position. We were on a short family city break. From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the incredible staff. Two faultless rooms were ready with the most comfortable beds we had ever experienced.Treats for us and the boys awaited. The concierge organised taxis, restaurants, guides ,restaurants and the spa..The restaurant,Il Girdiano was amazing, this is not a stuffy hotel dining room, but it has a great vibe, awesome views, attentive fun staff (Daniel gets a special mention) and fresh innovative dishes. All the staff made our stay unparalleled,it could not have been better.Mr Cattini runs one of the best hotels in Europe.

Deserves to be a five-star hotel, the service is amazing, and the bedding is very comfortable. Excellent location right on top of the Spanish steps. Because I booked six nights, I got a free room with a small balcony. As soon as I entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. There were welcome fruits and a welcome card with my name printed on it (still bilingual in Chinese and English). The cleaning service is professional and clean. Free water and chocolate every day and a bottle of red wine. There is a Mixing restaurant on the sixth floor of the hotel. Unfortunately, I did not go to taste this time. Before I left, I went to the restaurant on the first floor of his house. Angus steak was superb and delicious. In short, such a hotel is worth going to Rome again.
- Guest User
The breakfasts in European hotels are similar, relatively simple, can be full, and the hotel environment is good. Shopping is very convenient. I have to spit it here. If I have stayed in so many hotels, I will have two free bottles of water. This one costs 5 Euros. , 8 drinks for 4 days! A city tax of 7 Euros per person per day.

The hotel location is very good, very close to the central station, taxi normally within five euros, but too close to the driver to make a detour to make money, Italy, understandably, we were detoured ten euros. The hotel is very beautiful, very good stay experience, comfortable, elegant, breakfast and dinner are great, wine is also very good, highly recommended!

This is a great hotel. It is indeed the St. Regis Rome. I gave it an upgrade. The room was bigger and I also gave champagne. But it was also for others. But it ’s really amazing. Live, it is 5 euros to take a taxi to the train station, it is still recommended! It's okay to walk to the sights, there are subways in the surrounding Republic Square

The service is very good. From the doorman to the street, I laugh very sincerely. The location is on the street of Rome. It is not far from all the attractions. It is quite quiet. All the drinks in the refrigerator are free. The price is really not cheap, more than 4,000. One night for the renminbi, because it was previously booked another hotel, it was discovered that it was pitted, and I temporarily booked Aleph, and it is estimated that it would be cheaper to book in advance.
- Guest User
The location is very quiet, but the signage is very close. Especially walking the Spanish Square and the wishing pool is very comfortable. The hotel rooftop pool is good, but unfortunately it has not been launched. Breakfast is good, maybe because I am ordering it!

The location of the hotel is very good. The service is also very good. A smaller room is acceptable, after all, hotel rooms in this location are not big. However, the design of the shower room is too unreasonable. Even if you are very careful, the bathroom will overflow with water. It is recommended that the hotel can open two small grooves on the stone *****s on both sides of the shower room near the door to introduce the backflow water into In the middle, or dip two silicone *****s to block the backflow of water and prevent it from flowing out of the door and causing the entire bathroom to be filled with water.

Six Senses Rome is well worth it! The hotel is beautiful and the food is fresh! Living in it feels very healthy! The room is also very comfortable! But my room is facing the alley, and there are still people drinking and chatting on the street from Friday night to 2 am! It's a little noisy! But because of jet lag, the child didn't wake up either. I see very few reviews on Ctrip! Attached is a physical picture! A reference for those who want to go

This hotel is a lovely oasis away from the tourist areas of Rome. There is a shuttle bus into the centre which is very efficient and we used this every day. Well worth it. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, although dated and we found it very strange that they provided every amenity apart from the two essentials we like in a room - tea/coffee making tray and bottles of water. They did supply 2 tiny bottles which were it till the next day which was nowhere near enough for 30 degrees heat! Very odd for a 5 star hotel to restrict water bottles.... On arrival, we were told our luggage would be sent up to our room but after an hour waiting, went to concierge to try and locate our cases but were told they were too busy and would have to wait till they brought them up. Couldn't take cases up ourselves. The staff in the foyer bar and light dining were excellent and the cocktails were first class. As were the housekeeping staff on our floor who always greeted us with a smile and 'buongiorno'. Breakfast was served either at pool terrace or inside and was extensive choice and very good quality . The scrambled eggs were the best we have ever had in a hotel! Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Cavalieri and would definitely return .
- Guest User
The hotel is nice but something very very horrible happened to me. On the day I left, I checked out the mini bar I had used at the front desk, and then the front desk asked me if I was going back to China? I say yes. Then 5 hours after I returned to China, I received a deduction of 1503 euros from my credit card... People who know it will naturally understand. It's just that the front desk used my card number to spend. Because foreign countries have a card number and a security code on the back for direct consumption. I can't say that it must be this hotel. But I kept lingering in my mind and he asked me Are you going back to China? I think it's almost a good thing the front desk does. What should be said is not smooth, what should not be said is still to be said, when you pay the deposit abroad in the future, you don’t need to remember to lock the card after the deposit... Warm ⏰ reminder...

The staff of the Grand Hotel Palace was knowledgeable and helpful with our every request. They summoned taxies, gave recommendations for restaurants which were very good, and were always very welcoming. The rooms were large, clean, and bright. We especially enjoyed the extensive breakfast buffet which offered both hot and cold options and was kept well stocked. The hotel itself is in a good location, across from the American Embassy. There were several good restaurants nearby and, of course, a gelato shop two blocks away. We would recommend this hotel for an enjoyable stay in Rome.

The hotel I chose for my trip to Rome after the spring break in 23, the location is convenient for travel, the environment is very good, the room facilities are new and spacious, the breakfast is delicious and rich, and the service is extremely thoughtful. There is a service center next to the front desk, which is convenient for passengers to plan their itinerary. It is a trustworthy hotel hotel~

The location is perfect, near the Termini station which connects you everywhere you go. Termini station is not exactly safe as there are many homeless people camping and roaming around. We felt that the hotel was safe as the doors were locked and security guard is on duty to service the guests.

Amazing stay, real 5 star service. Would definitely recommend Palazzo Montmartini. From being looked after since we came through the door til the end of our stay we were given amazing service and the staff couldn’t do enough for us. The room was huge and serviced twice a day (barring the privacy!) The spa was clean although the pool could do with being a bit warmer!

Great location. Any major attraction can be reached within 20 minutes. Spacious room with a very comfortable mattress. Very helpful staff both at the reception and during room service. We initially had a corner room, but found it a little noisy for us. At the reception they changed it without any problems for another one. There are several good restaurants nearby. Reception's recommendations were also excellent. The hotel does not have its own parking lot, but in the same building on the base floor there is a garage (not the hotel), which can be accessed without entering the ZTL zone. Price 35 euros per day. But opposite the garage there is a paid city parking lot, where you can also leave your car. To get into the hotel from a garage or parking lot, you need to call from downstairs so that a receptionist will come and open the door to the elevator hall. We liked the breakfast. There was a bit of a lack of variety in egg dishes, but there was plenty of other stuff. I think the main disadvantage is the paid gym and spa. And if the spa is somehow explainable, then the gym is usually free for hotel guests. The price for visiting guests is 9 euros. Restaurant is fine. You get the voucher with 20% discount when check-in so the price becomes reasonable. Overall we enjoyed our time at the hotel and will return here again. We enjoyed a 3 night stay at Rose Palace. The front desk gave us tired travelers a warm welcome that made us relax immediately. Our room overlooked the back of the American Embassy with guards stationed outside 24/7 so it was definitely safe. The hotel is a little off the beaten path from the usual touristy spots in Rome but in a very quiet area. The room was very clean. We had 3 in our room and the 3rd person had to sleep on a full size pull out couch. It was comfy for a pull out (you couldn’t feel the bar under the mattress) but unless you put up the bed every day the only place to sit were the beds. It had a small fridge and the bathroom was updated but limited on counter space around the sink. The buffet breakfast was geared toward a variety of tastes. Scrambled eggs, a variety of pastries, orange juice, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meat, etc. When the weather was nice we enjoyed sitting outside in the garden. There is a tiny grocery store called Co-op around the corner where you can buy the basics. Also on the next block is an ATM in the alcove of the bank entrance that seemed secure to use. Reading older reviews we thought there was a restaurant in the hotel serving dinner but it turned out to just be a small bar. So we walked a couple of blocks north and ate at Cesarina and enjoyed a good meal and friendly staff. There were a lot of other restaurants to pick from in a 2-3 block radius. The ones on Via Vittorio Veneto appeared to be more expensive than the ones northeast of the hotel. There is a taxi stand a couple of blocks away and we used both Uber and inTaxi for rides back to the hotel.

The hotel is in a good location and the front desk is very nice. I have stayed at this hotel twice. I lived for more than 2,000 nights for the first time. I stayed for more than 500 nights and stayed in the building where I checked in. The soundproofing of the hotel is really bad, and the next door can be heard clearly. The room for more than two thousand and one night is no different from the new one in the room toilet facilities of more than 500. Two large bed rooms were set up, all of which were put together in two small beds (not found at the time of check-in). This time, more than 500 rooms have a lot to describe.

The hotel is very modern, lovely sized room and really comfy bed! You get a hairdryer in the room (ladies!) and there is a mini fridge to leave your own drinks. Aircon worked perfectly and some fancy lighting above the bed! Really close to the 160 bus stop that takes you to the centre of Rome for €1.50 (pre pay on the app!) and also some lovely restaurants and cafes for food. Short walk from the 716 bus to take you to Rome Termini. Lovely staff- although confusing when one member let us have water complimentary and another charged for it. Only improvements would be to have tea coffee in the room for in a morning, and also don’t expect the Beth room to be super clean- in need of a little TLC.

This hotel is a great place a central point for all the attractions in Rome. Located within walking distance to Castel San Angelo, this hotel is an excellent starting point for your adventures in the city. There are many highly reviewed restaurants nearby which made it convenient at the end of the day when our feet no longer wanted to walk anymore. The rooms are clean, well decorated and have ample plugs for your electronics. The breakfast buffet provides a lot of choices and does not disappoint. Special thanks to Pierro who looked after our family and provided excellent customer service and attention to detail to ensure our day started off well with a great breakfast. One of the worst things that could happen on a vacation happened, I dropped my phone inside the taxi cab. You lose your ability to capture moments, get directions, and even make payments. Honorable mention goes to Michelle who works at the front desk. Despite her busy duties, she contacted the taxi cab company, contacted the taxi driver directly, and located my phone. The driver kindly returned to the hotel and my phone was retrieved. This occurred on our very last day in Italy, and it would have been a huge loss to return home without my phone. Thank you so much Michelle for your hard work and pretty much saving our memories. No doubt, this was a great choice, I’d stay here again without hesitation.

Lots of on site parking. Laundry service recommended across the hotel were amazing and friendly. Room was very small though. Blow dryer didn’t work. Not enough bench space in the bathroom. Overall cleanliness was great. The fridge was nice and cold. Although they don’t have a stocked fridge and you would have to go down to get bottled water. Variety of breakfast choices. Drinks were okay and coffee was from an instant coffee machine which was okay. Staff weren’t around often to ask for fresh coffee. Front concierge were friendly though and very helpful.

The hotel is in a nice location with a train entrance just down the street. It was very clean, our room was very nice for the four of us and the hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed their breakfast every morning- it had a.good selection of breakfast food. Several great restaurants in the area. We enjoyed the wine bar next door - great food and wine. We also had wonderful drinks at Gatsby’s on the other side of the hotel. It was a 15 minute walk from the main train station which was not bad at all. We had a wonderful dinner around the corner at Vecchia Roma- you must make a reservation or get there before they open to get in line. We got there 15 minutes after they opened and waited 35 minutes for a table but it was worth it. We enjoyed our visit and would stay here again.
