The location is very good. You can find it upstairs after leaving the airport. The front desk is also very friendly. You can take the free airport bus from the hotel to the car rental location. The room is very comfortable. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel provides very convenient dining. You don't have to walk far. The food is very delicious

Excellent location if arriving at DFW Terminal D; the inter-terminal shuttle can take up to 30 minutes. Comfortable, well-sized room. Free morning coffee available in the hotel lounge is a nice touch. However, the shower was disappointing – non-adjustable head with limescale buildup and poor water pressure made for an unsatisfactory experience.

I was deeply disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Regency Dallas. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, their refusal to provide a simple bottle of water or make a paper copy was shocking and unacceptable. After 40 years of loyalty, their lack of basic hospitality has lost them a dedicated customer. I’ll be taking my business to hotels that value their guests beyond just profits.

Had an amazing visit…the king suite with balcony was perfect! So very spacious with the full bathroom off the bedroom and half bath in the living area. Quick check-in process with the friendly staff and the evening reception was really good as well. Breakfast was delicious…the made-to-order eggs (omelets) were the best! Definitely looking forward to visiting again when we’re in the Dallas area!

Variety of breakfast is better than surrounding hotels. Need to request late night shuttle service because it ends at 22:30, though DFW works very late in its flight schedule.
My kid, by the way, enjoyed the stay, but he left his toy mascot formed otter. If someone at the hotel catch it me it is very much appreciated. (It isn't a fault of the hotel.)

The room is large, the facilities are very new, the room is clean, the big bed is very comfortable, the bathroom is large, and the water volume is large. The pick-up and drop-off service is very fast, every hour, ten minutes to the airport.

The hotel was wonderful… The staff is very friendly, the hotel is clean, the bar was vibrant and the rooms are spacious. You can’t beat the location of this place. It’s literally a five minute Uber ride to any major point. Such as the Kennedy assassination or Terry Blacks for some great barbecue, or if you’re in town for a convention to the convention center. we used Uber to get around if not, we use the electric scooters . Never needed to rent a car because a Uber ride from the airport will run you around $50. The hotel is in a great location. Funny of dining options, one of our favorite places to stay.

The Dallas Ritz-Carlton stands out for its top tier location and professional staff that treat you like a king. I was upgraded to a corner suite and it was grand with windows in two sides. Two families traveling together (2 adults, 4 kids-ages 9, 10, 11 & 13) for a staycation during the week. The beach rental flooded, so we headed to north Texas instead. Art in the hotel was amazing. Snuck in a history lesson during summer vacation. Food in restaurants was above average with above average prices as well. Restrooms were extremely clean. Rooms were only serviced for 2+ days stay. Only serviced one time between Tues-Fri. You pay the price for convenience but you could check in and never leave the hotel. Water park was open 10-7. Spa was not open yet, a little disappointing. Great location right off the highway and by college campus/Bush library. We enjoyed the room and design as well as the bar/commons area (unfortunately did not bring swim suits for the indoor pool for the cold rainy day, would have been nice). Was a little weird to not have ice available on the floors and finally figured out we had to just grap qt bags out of the freezer in the lobby (no one mentioned that) but for all the fun aesthetics and location there wasnt much we could complain about (as long as you look around and find the best price as online it was coming up wildly different). A good, solid hotel, in some places it feels tired. It's bad that the pool wasn't working, it will open only on May 26. Although the weather is already hot at the end of April. There was an opportunity to sunbathe, but without a pool. Excellent coffee in the room in the morning, comfortable beds with soft comfortable mattresses and pillows, a refrigerator, a TV-cinema! The room was great other than the refrigerator was missing. The lady checking me in didn't want to take the time to explain the new parking pay system. Downloading/scanning and paying for parking on your phone. She just said ”do it, it self explanatory”. Well I did it and the next day, it didn't work, couldn't get out of the parking lot... Total mess! This happened several times with the new parking lot... Total inconvenience, scanners never work, they argure you haven't paid when you have proof on your phone that you have! Probably will never stay here again. An additional $18 a night for parking is ridiculous! It doesn't add to safety or security. I've been staying here for years, this is just absurd!!!FromPHP 4,156

The hotel is located in Downtown Dallas. The parking lot is across the street from the hotel and the parking fee is $30. There were many parties on the weekend when I checked in. There were rooms playing music and making noise at night. The soundproofing was very poor. The front desk handled it promptly after reporting it. The advantage is that it is very close to various attractions, you can go to Citywalk, and there is also a delicious barbecue restaurant.FromPHP 69,606

Location and cleanliness is great! I was a bit disappointed with my stay at Warwick. To start off the valet is a nightmare when the hotel is busy. There aren’t a lot of options for parking so we had to use this service. During the late evenings, you will have to park your own vehicle and drop keys off with front desk. Yet you still are charged for valet. There aren’t very many staff to assist with baggage. The front desk is less than willing to assist. I understand they maybe understaffed and over worked but it also shows. There are certain amenities we did not get such as robes, slippers, use of shuttle vehicle. Again this could be due to staffing but still a disappointing experience.
