Each flat was made with high-quality, sustainable, robust furniture and materials and has its own terrace or balcony with a view of Ortisei, 1-2 bedrooms, large living room with fully equipped, modern kitchen, spacious bathroom with shower and WC. Moreover, all our flats are also accessible by lift. During your entire stay you can park your car comfortably in our spacious garage, while you can discover Val Gardena on foot or, from the nearby bus stop, easily and free of charge by public transport.

When you stay at Hotel Garni Villa Park in Ortisei, you'll be near ski lifts, just steps from Dolomites and Val Gardena. This family-friendly hotel is 0.4 mi (0.6 km) from Ortisei-Furnes Gondola and 0.5 mi (0.8 km) from Seceda Ski Area. The apartment for 2 persons (ca. 48 sqm.) is made of: one bedroom, living room with bed couch for 2 persons, kitchen corner with dishwasher, bath, shower, WC, color SAT-TV, Free WIFI and a sunny, southward directed balcony with a wonderful and unique view on Ortisei and the Dolomites.
You get to the apartment directly from the garage by elevator or by walking through the garden.

But what you'll like most of the villa is the extremely quiet location. Away from traffic, but close to the town center, it lies in a unforgettable site above Ortisei. The bus stop, from which you’ll reach easily the main lifts (Seceda and Alpe di Siusi) is about 100 meters from our house.

The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat.

In case of early departure or late arrival the entire price of the apartment will be charged.

The rent includes all utilities such as initial supply of bed linen, towels and bath towels, water, electricity, heating and underground parking and the final cleaning of the flat. The tourist tax of 1,40 Euro per person and night is not included in the total price of your stay.

On arrival day the apartment is available after 3 pm. On the departure day until 10 am. In case of early departure or late arrival the entire price of the apartment will be charged.
