Wow! Amazing, from on all points. If you have early flights, this is the place to be. Is just 4 min walk, go second level (departure level), go out, walk over the bridge (you can see Radisson Blu when you out). The rooms are above expectations, especially if you book the Suite (if you have family, book the suite), easy can accompany 4. The breakfast is quite well, all nice things are available. For dinner try the „Circle“ restaurant, I was so surprised about the food there, highest quality, at reception area. What is also nice to be mentioned, you have a nice 24 hour self paid counter there, where u can get drinks and sweets and some other stuff. I will always try to be there whenever I have early flights.

I prepaid with Ctrip. When I checked in, the front desk asked me to swipe my credit card. When I asked, they said: To verify whether the credit card was the one used for prepayment. I was very puzzled at the time. After checking out, I checked the bill and found that they deducted the fee again.
After I found the problem, I contacted Ctrip, but Ctrip could not refund directly (with evidence and I was a black brick member) and I had to wait for the hotel to reply.
Then I directly emailed the hotel, submitted evidence, and asked them to process the refund. The hotel may be a chain and pay attention to its reputation, so they processed the refund the next day.
Ctrip kept shirking and asked me to wait for the agent's reply (it didn't get it done in a week), and never took the initiative to help customers solve problems.
