One of Hilton’s hidden gems: luxury is a sensation, we experience it in place as excellence, in this case of accommodations, the Meadowvale Hilton gifts an air of sophistication without haughtiness. Within this post-modern masterpiece (built in 1981), a gentle atmosphere balances its very castle-like quality - this is not only through a recent renovation, but also the level of confidence and qualified demeanor of the staff; this experience introduces a fresh look at what resort accommodations can be, in the best possible sense.

My husband an I decided to stay a night at the Hilton Meadowvale, Mississauga location on June 20th, 2022. I checked in using the app with the expectation of using a digital key. Reasons unknown I wasn't able to access the digital key and approached the counter. I was given access to a room and once inside I realized that it wasn't the room that I had reserved. I called the front desk and asked if I could be placed in the room that I reserved. They notified me that I would have to come to the from desk to verify that indeed I had reserved a different room. I went to the front desk and gave them my reservation number. They asked that I use my credit card to book that room again. I did . They gave me a new key to room that I originally reserved. Once i got settled in the room, after ten minutes a knock came to the door. I was told it was security. The security had no identification or a uniform and when I asked if he could show his identification he refused and became very disrespectful. At this point I was afraid and asked if this was protocol that an unidentified staff approach my door and refuse to show ID. He insisted that I present ID because apparently the person who booked the room (which was myself)called in cancelled the reservation. I told them that I had not made any calls to cancel. I asked for management and when management approached I presented my ID to him and told him I felt I was being harassed for an error that he obviously made. How is it that someone could cancel my reservation without a confirmation number? he eventually apologized to me however the rest of our stay was very unsettling. I called management to explain the incident the next day and received what I thought was a heartfelt apology and was given reassurance that it would be rectified and that I would receive a follow up email the next day. Well it is now three months later and nothing from the manager MR. Alain LeBlanc even after I've left several messages on his voice mail and front desk. I am writing this review because I am very disappointed in the overall service at front desk, supervisor and management level. This incident should have never occurred and no resolution has transpired. I am a Hilton Honours member and I'am still very saddened by the events that occurred during what was supposed to be a peaceful stay.

Whether it's hotel bedding or not, the size is very good. Great for an overnight stay when you're away in the evening and don't know where to go. The price is rather expensive. The price is the cheapest when you first search, so if you plan to get off at Pearson Airport late at night, it would be a good idea to pick this place. At first, I couldn't get used to the Canadian shower, so if I turn it clockwise from the left, warm water comes out, but there is no sign. It seems to be an implicit choice for design, but I'm telling you in case there are people like me. For your reference, those who got off at Terminal 1 take the airport subway (free) and move to Terminal 3, go down one floor and go straight to the Sheraton Hotel. I asked people and moved with two bags and a backpack. I want others to suffer less, so I'm posting a review. The front staff were very friendly. I had to use an international call because cell phone roaming didn't work properly, but they kindly recognized it. The number you gave me was wrong, but I came to my senses from then on, and I was able to use the international call method from within the room. In case there is someone like me, when making an international call from Canada to Korea, the number is 011+82-. Roaming was not going well, so I followed the staff's recommendation to remove and insert the SIM card, but I did not know the SIM card password, so I made an international call (114 customer center) to Korea. I think the staff explained that it was $16 per call (1 minute), but in reality, I had to put in about $12 for 1 minute and $2 for each additional minute at the pay phone. I thought I had lost my actual phone, so I took various measures, but there wasn't much way to connect it than I thought. Fortunately, I found my cell phone in another pocket of my bag, and at UP Express, I went on a shoveling trip to my heart's content (?!) carrying two luggage bags and a backpack even to places other than my destination. Still, the trip is a way to have memories that remain while suffering, and I passed it over sloppily, but it must have been because I didn't have a companion. Anyway, if you come back to the accommodation review and open the curtains instead, you can make eye contact with people waiting at the airport, and since it is an airport, it is a bit noisy in the morning. Personally, I tend to give a lot of tips to the people who clean the hotel, but the people here greeted me with a smile every time I made eye contact, and it was nice that it was actually clean. I bought a small trans device, but it can be used in most countries, so it would be nice to have one of these. Security in Canada is very good, but there are quite a few homeless people in the station, so please take note. I'll also upload a picture of the UP Express for your reference. The ticket price is different for each station, but for me, the UP Express at Pearson Airport (Terminal 1, since I was in Terminal 3, I take the airport train and go to Terminal 1 again) is right where you can see it when you get off at Terminal 1. Just in case, exchange a little in cash and bring it with you. In my case, I think it was about 5 dollars and 30 cents. It seems to operate frequently from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM~ I also upload a photo of the cafe at Union Station~ So I'll just write this in the hope that it helps.

The hotel is very good, very comfortable, it is considered a cost-effective hotel outside the country. Very close to Toronto Pearson Airport, you can take the Link train at the airport, the baggage car can be directly pushed into the hotel room, it is convenient, especially suitable for people with transfer needs.
- 于
The third time I stayed at this hotel, the hotel and airport terminal can be reached directly by the airport light rail. There is about 50 meters of outdoor walking distance, the rest are indoors, about 15 minutes can be reached; the room is bigger, the double bed can be Stayed for four people; room facilities do not have a microwave refrigerator; simple meals are available 24 hours a day in the hotel lobby.

This hotel wasn’t the best, and I’ve been a long time Homewood brand fan ( and Hilton Diamond member). The rooms were old. We were on the first floor and there were a lot of pets, which meant barking dogs. The breakfast ran out quickly and they weren’t replenishing in the last hour. We also visited the indoor pool with the kids which was alright. Your typical average stay, but near lots of restaurants and the cinema. I would not come back.

Its our first time here and i am impressed, very simple, not too crowded and elevator is fast, breakfast is amazing the cook and alex in tye breakfast area were amazing, inlive how alex consistently greets you with the warmest hello and Try ti engage in short talks and hi’s and hellos from every guest that comes in. For me thats just amazing, its not everytime you see someone who does it consistently. Im staying here for 3 days and two nights. And been observing coz i too worked 19 years in customer service and providing feedbacks and teview i take it seriously to support those whi work hard and to give constructive criticism to better their kraft and help clients make tge right choice to were they can soend their money. I also love the use of the marriott app so easy to ask for service request using the app although they are nit precise to give you the number of toiletries you ask ive asked 3 lotion coz theres 3 of us several times and i keep getting just one so i ended uo asking so many times. Their pool is smaller that it showed on the photo the hot tub looked dirty but they were cleaning it last night, the gym they have good equipment that the other hotels ive been to, the rooms are perfect exactly what i was looking for i booked a suite and also tye shuttle service is very convenient very close to the airport and they run every 30 mins. Its a decent hotel although a bit expensive that the others but you pay for what you get and its reasonable, laundry facility, everything you need and you dnt have to go far or lastly the water filter for drinking in the room sink was added bonus. Thanks guys and keep up the good work. Thank you for taking care of us. Im eating at the breakfast area while im doing the review kets see about check out later 😊

The room was very comfortable. I had a king suite, which came with a kitchenette that would be helpful if staying longer, and there were some basic groceries you could buy downstairs. The restaurant wasn't too bad and was open late (10:30). Breakfast was included and, although cold, had a good selection of pastries as well as eggs and pancakes on the weekend. However, I was standing at Toronto Airport for nearly an hour waiting for the shuttle, and no reason given why it should take so long. This is very frustrating and so would not stay again at this hotel for this reason. Also the hotel is combined with the Four Points, but that isn't clear when you go in so it's not obvious whether you're in the right place. There's no signage in the elevator to tell you where the restaurant, pool or fitness centre are located. I would look for a different option next time.

Stayed at this hotel for 4-nights in June 2022. The suite was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you need (utensils, pots, pans, full size fridge, 2 burners, dishwasher, dish soap and paper towels), except for a kettle. The air conditioning is remote controlled and works well. The bed was comfortable, the sheets were soft and there was black-out blinds that were great. My only complaint would be the shower pressure. Being on the 5th floor, the water pressure was nearly non-existent, which was really disappointing. The gym was small but it had free weights and a few cardio machines. Parking was free and without issues. The hotel is situated right off the QEW highway (surprisingly, no noise pollution) get to downtown Toronto easily. Would recommend!

The hotel is quite new, and the room is big. The fly in the ointment is that when I checked in, it said that it included a housekeeping cleaning. I told the front desk the room number that morning, and I didn't clean the house at all when I came back in the evening. In addition, breakfast is usually from 6:30 to 9:30, and on weekends from 7:00 to 10:00. I thought Labor Day was the same time as the weekend. The breakfast restaurant was closed at 9:45, so I didn’t have breakfast.

It's quite satisfactory. There is a free airport shuttle service, especially for breakfast, in addition to donut milk and two boiled eggs. Very clean and hygienic. You can ask the front desk for things like toothpaste and toothbrush directly.

The location is only suitable for connecting flights. There is nothing around the hotel. It is very inconvenient to go to the city. The swimming pool is very small. Because of the epidemic, only set meals are provided for breakfast.

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Mississauga, and at the corner of main intersection. It is close to Square One shopping mall and highway exit. Please extend the drop off parking lot at the entrance of the hotel. It was a little bit difficult and uncomfortable to park and exit out of it when there are more than two cars coming to the hotel lobby. Hurontario Street and Burhamthorpe Rd are under construction now. It was not easy to drive around the hotel.

For business trips, I am still satisfied, but only one person's name was written in the reservation, which caused the check-in time to be a little late. I hope the front desk can pay more attention next time.

Trying my hand at international travel again, I decided to use this hotel as my staging ground. The front desk printed out my vaccination documents free or charge, and the room was large and very clean. The bar was packed with interesting people and service was good, but the burger was only mediocre. The shuttle was efficient. Good value overall!

We stayed at the DoubleTree in September prior to flying to Greece and were really impressed! Everything was very clean and the decor was modern and updated. Robert, our server at the Taza Grill, was delightful to talk to, and the meal was excellent. Joseph and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional and the airport shuttle driver, Qurshi, had a wonderful sense of humour and helped to make our experience a really enjoyable one. We will definitely be back!

During my stay in the Hilton Gardens hotel at Toronto airport mistakes were made. Let me start with my own. I didn't realize there are several Hilton hotels at the airport and took the shuttle to the wrong one. Let me tell you: Canada is not made for pedestrians and it was a cumbersome walk to the correct Hilton on foot. Also: because of the name Garden I expected a hotel surrounded by a lush garden. No such thing. It's on a bleak, grey, asphalt area with no garden or any features at all. Or do they consider the giant car parks to be ”gardens”? Another mistake by me: this being the first visit to Canada, perhaps I should be prepared better. However, the breakfast at Hilton Gardens is not suitable at all for vegans. Smoothies have cow milk in them and other options are just sweets disguised as actual food. As Canada is not designed for pedestrians, there's no supermarket anywhere and thus I went seriously hungry. Next it's the hotels turn. Hotel airports need good sound insulation to keep the airplane noise out. And indeed: not an airplane can be heard in the room. However, the air conditioning is the loudest I have ever encountered. Parking a car with a petrol engine in the room and running it would be more quiet! Luckily, the airco can be turned off. However, the frig cannot be turned off and it kept me awake basically all night. And the worst thing is: when I opened it in the morning hoping to find a mini bar, it turns out it's empty! Why waste so much electricity and noise to cool an empty space? How about just running it if in use to cool stuff? On top of the noise of the a frig a constant 24 hour droning mechanical noise could be heard in my room (#1516). It sounded like a factory or perhaps a huge aircon unit on top of the roof?

Great stay at a nice, new modern hotel. Room was comfortable. Got “upgraded”to one of the larger rooms with 2 queens at check in. Lots of space for me and my family, and the kids could watch 1 tv, while the adults watched the other. Plenty of free parking. Lots of restaurants in the immediate area. Breakfast buffet was fine. The only thing I would add is that the pool could have been a bit warmer. Dorothea at the front desk was amazing! Will stay again if in the area…

On April 23rd, 2022, my partner and I arrived at the Holiday Inn – Mississauga/Toronto West – 100 Brittania Rd East. We came to the hotel at 1pm for early check in thinking that the pool was open (as per the call agent who took my reservation), only to find out that the pool was not open, and it was “closed for maintenance”. This was not disclosed earlier when I booked the reservation, there was no mention of the pool being closed. I was very excited to use the pool as it was my birthday weekend, and it was my plan to use this amenity as soon as I arrived. I asked for them to amend the reservation to a cheaper price, however they said that the reservation had already been amended to include the new price (without a functioning pool). Regardless, my partner and I arrived to our room (Room 211) and after using the toilet, we find out that the toilet does not work. I called the front desk to notify them of this, and we agreed to switch rooms. We received a new room (Room 212), directly across from our previous room, and to no surprise, this toilet did not work either. The entire ordeal was discussed with the front desk and I asked if we should move hotels as they did not have any functioning toilets. The front desk clerk stated that “this was very unusual” and that they will have someone come look at it right away. While the custodian was fixing the toilet in the new room (Room 212), my partner had realized that he left his vape pen in the first room (211). He asked the housekeeper if he could go into the room to retrieve it, the lady said they did not find anything in the room we just left (this all happened within 30 minutes of leaving the first room). Altogether, the toilet was poorly fixed, as the same issue kept happening all night in room 212. Later on that night, we were told that the 2nd floor had recently been renovated, as there were pencil marks still on the walls. Futhermore, around 3pm that day, I decided to take a shower. As I got out of the shower, I dried myself with a towel, only to find it was stained with someone else’s makeup (what looked like eyeliner from both eyes). *See pictures below* It was clear that the towel was not cleaned and bleached properly as the make up had been stained onto the white towel (GROSS). We decided there was no point of addressing this with the front desk (as the lady was also disgruntled over the phone) and we just decided to go on with the night and make a mental note to never come back to the holiday Inn EVER AGAIN! But wait… IT GETS BETTER!!! On Sunday, April 24th, the next morning, as we were cleaning up to check out of the hotel, we went to check on our friends in various other rooms. At approximately 10:50am, my friends and I were all in the elevator going to meet up in my room (Room 212) only to find out that our key cards were no longer working. We went to the lobby, completely disoriented, and asked why our key cards weren’t working anymore. The lady at the front desk, a young Indian lady (sh

The hotel is dated... big deal. The hallway carpet is stained and threadbare. So what? The lobby is small and unassuming... whatever. Our room was small but clean, the bed was comfy, and the washroom basic and functional. True, the dated heating/cooling unit rattled like a Model T and the elevator was out of order when we arrived... but the staff MORE than made up for the building's shortcomings. We were treated with respect, friendly smiles, courteous and thoughtful service and a few above-and-beyond touches. Even our airport shuttle driver was fantastic! Thanks for going the extra mile for your late-night exhausted ParkSleepFly customers. We'll be back to you the next time we overnight near Pearson. Good job!

It was amazing. I really liked the service :) the staff was great. They helped us when needed. Also, I really liked the smart tv, you can access to pretty much all the major apps. Plus the custom message with your name like good morning (your name), I find that cool.
