We forgot to bring a sauna. The swimsuit sold by the hotel costs 400 euros and the style is not what we like. Other items such as massage are charged. The housekeeping team needs to improve: As soon as we entered the room, there was a wilted flower scattered on the floor. It should be left after cleaning. And they forgot to give us hand soap. Tips: The staff we met were very enthusiastic. We followed the local customs and gave some tips to the waiter who made the night bed, the doorman, and the staff who helped us park the car.

It is a very good restaurant. It is not far from the Geshao Lake. It is suitable for self-driving. The fish for dinner is very good. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, it also meets the basic needs. Besides no fruit, the room facilities feel a certain number of years.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 days and 2 nights and chose a package with breakfast included. The hotel environment is very new and clean, with a modern design and a comfortable feeling. The staff in the restaurant are very friendly, attentive, and the breakfast selection is rich and satisfactory. However, I encountered some problems during my stay. First, on the day of check-in (about 10am), I asked the front desk whether I could have breakfast (it should not be included on the app), and the front desk staff said yes, but did not mention the additional charge and the amount of the fee. It was not until check-out that I was told that I needed to pay for breakfast, which made me feel very helpless. I don't mind paying, but I hope that the front desk can clearly explain the details of the fee in advance to avoid misunderstandings. Secondly, the housekeeping needs to be improved. At 9 o'clock in the morning on the second day of check-in, the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to clean the room, but I was not out at the time, so I told them to come back to clean in two hours and hang a door sign at the door requesting cleaning. However, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the room was not cleaned at all, which made me a little disappointed. Overall, the hotel facilities and restaurant services are satisfactory, but the communication at the front desk and the execution of housekeeping need to be strengthened. I hope the hotel can improve these problems and provide a smoother check-in experience.

The entire hotel is just over a 10-minute walk from town, making it very quiet and secluded, like a manor castle. The interior is decorated in an elegant European style, with quaint furniture and creaky wooden floors, making it feel like stepping back into the Middle Ages. The hotel's exterior is also very beautiful, with its own small dock, a restaurant facing the lake, and a spa. It's a popular summer getaway for locals, and best of all, parking is free! We booked a lake-view room, and the view was great. It was off-season, so the hotel wasn't crowded. The furniture inside the room felt a bit dated, and the door had an antique lock, but it was quite clean. I loved the view from the window; it was absolutely stunning. When I woke up in the morning, I opened the window and was greeted by the sound of birdsong. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a three-tiered tower, a buffet area, and a menu where you could order separately. We ordered raw beef tartare and French toast, which were delicious! After dinner, we walked along the road towards town, and the scenery along the way was soothing. It's truly amazing here.

After arriving at the hotel, we paid to upgrade to a river view room. The front desk lady was very nice and gave us several room cards for us to choose a room. We also went to see the super comfortable double room we originally chose. To be honest, it didn't look very comfortable and was quite cramped. The upgraded corner window was so worth it. In addition, room 401 should have been newly renovated. The cabinet smelled like wood. If you mind, be careful to choose this room.

Came to Salzburg with friends and immediately fell in love with this hotel, so we booked it. We were two adults and one child, so we opted for the deluxe large room and asked the hotel to add an extra bed. The room was beautiful, with four windows (including a large one in the bathroom) and a balcony. Below our floor was the swimming pool, where some people in bathrobes were watching the sunset. Just beyond that was Lake Fuschl, which was serene and lovely.

This hotel is very special! Parking is very convenient! The handsome guy at the front desk is warm! Very handsome! When we went, the hotel was very cost-effective! Breakfast is very rich! It was one of the most comfortable nights we stayed in Austria!
