The location is off but overall the experience and quality of the hotel is very nice
Only negative would be the lack of choices for vegetarian food, which if added would really help the Indians to choose the hotel as their first choice.

Hotel location is very good, the room is large, the age is very good, the bathroom is a bit in disrepair due to the old age, the service is not in place, breakfast is urged, the overall stay feels that this hotel is a bit expensive

Walking distance to the Medina (old town), the royal suite room are big enough with huge living room as common area, only issue is the drains were clogged on our first night of stay but they fixed it the next day. Be prepared to walk a lot of stairs, is kind of like a maze in the hotel.

After two days of drinking in the hotel, the service staff's understanding of happy hour is quite different from that of the general public. It's not bad to communicate and coordinate with various departments in the hotel every day, just practice.

Bad check-in experience; the hotel environment and the location of the room itself are very good, but when I checked in, the front desk of the hotel told me that I could not check in without paying the room fee; then I contacted the customer service and asked me to pay the room fee first, so I paid the room fee in advance and said Good to return when we check out the next day; as a result, when we went out early in the morning, we still did not pay the room fee; and Cui customer service; finally we left Fez at 12 noon and got the room fee we paid in advance;

The location of the hotel is best where you can see the best scenery. Morocco's tourist routes are long and complicated. It is really important to find a guide. This is a very tasteful Moroccan traditional hotel, very exquisite, beautiful, and nostalgic. Although the hotel is in the old city, it is very close to the street where you can park your car, so you don't have to drag your luggage far, which is different from many other traditional hotels in the old city. The room and bed are very clean and hygienic, and the bed, quilt and pillow are very comfortable. The breakfast is very good and rich. The lovely lady is friendly, warm and thoughtful. When we arrived at the hotel, she arranged mint tea and snacks for us, which were very delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

Awesome experience! Handsome and enthusiastic boss and energetic staff, wash our tiredness from the Sahara Desert.
The boss also let us use the hotel kitchen to satisfy our Chinese stomach.
The hotel is in a good location and the rooftop can take pictures of the beautiful scenery.
The hotel itself is a good punching point, full of Moroccan noble atmosphere.

The Riad has a friendly and helpful staff and a beautiful lounge area. There are a pool and covered rooms on the rooftop where you can relax and even order wine to enjoy there. Great breakfast spread as well.

The best Riad in the old town of Fes is definitely this one! The public area is so beautiful, it's like living in a palace, definitely worth the experience!
The only downside is that the classic and deluxe rooms are too small, and the soundproofing is very poor, maybe this is a common problem for Riads?

- a huge disadvantage is the location of the hotel. It is surrounded on all sides by highways. If you get a room with windows facing the street, then the noise and smell from cars and motorcycles until late at night and at dawn will not let you get a good rest. Keep this in mind when booking;
+ the courtyard is very beautiful and protected from all sides by the hotel building. If the room windows overlook this courtyard, then you will not hear the noise from cars and motorcycles;
- the hotel is very far from the main attractions of the city and is suitable only for travelers by car;
+ the hotel has an internal free and excellent parking, plenty of spaces;
- there are few dishes to choose from for breakfast, one type of porridge, stewed rice and vegetables;
- the coffee from the coffee machine tastes very bad and bitter, it is impossible to drink;

The 14th century house, the building itself is very beautiful and amazing. Breakfast is on the top of the building, the scenery is great, and you can see a large area of medina. The room facilities are also good, basically have everything they should. But the old house also has problems. The soundproofing is too poor. There is a room on the second floor that can be heard up and down by the elevator, and the noise in the aisle will be loud. It was already evening on the day of arrival, and when I entered the house, I rushed into the smell of disinfectant water. The biggest breakdown is that there are 4 power jumps in 2 nights. This kind of thing happens in such a house is really scary. When the staff said that this had never happened before, it made people feel even more terrifying. The traffic is fairly convenient, you can park nearby, and you don’t have to drag your luggage for too long. But this location is actually quite far away from the regular old city activity area, and the shortcuts in the old city don't dare to go at night. We wanted to take a taxi on the side of the road at about four or five o'clock. It was difficult to take a taxi. It seemed that the taxis were full of people. Leaving in the morning, I had to take a taxi to the CTM station. Since it is difficult to call a petit taxi at this location during the day, I asked the front desk to help book a private car. It takes about ten minutes and 100dhr. If you know you have been killed, you can only use this method.
The girl at the front desk is very dedicated and feels like she is sitting there day and night. If you have any questions, just ask her, but it makes people feel that pushing dinner and spa is a bit too much, but I don’t say anything if I refuse. Woke up the morning before leaving and helped us pack breakfast.FromAU$143

The hotel has very good location 5 minutes walking to Burg Fes Mall and near to the old city , staff at the Reception very friendly (Ms Hanan) also at the main restaurant, food whatever for Breakfast or Dinner are very good and enough, don’t like to forget the Housekeeping ladies are excellent, but the hotel now under maintenance for the rooms and some outlets
