The hotel is in a very convenient location, and you can go anywhere without taking a car or walking.
The service was very good. The concierge helped me book restaurants, spas and consult the surrounding environment, which was very helpful.
Although the food in their restaurant is a bit expensive, it is very delicious. If you fail to make a reservation at the Michelin restaurants nearby, you can still give it a try without drinking too much wine.
The room is very good, quiet and clean, with low-key luxury, the bedding is very comfortable, the bathroom has a bathtub, and the sofa bed in the living room on the loft was replaced with another bed, which is a bit harder, but you can also have your own space. Both spaces are high and very comfortable.

A very beautiful hotel in the center of Antwerp, with a quiet and elegant atmosphere, warm and comfortable rooms, and great aesthetics! The breakfast dining environment is very beautiful, the food is of high quality, and there are meals designed by the chefs of several high-end restaurants in the hotel to choose from. The water pressure in the shower is great, the bedding is comfortable, and the lighting design is thoughtful. However, there is a hospital next to the hotel. My Only comment was that the ‘plant based’ kitchen offered real bacon and eggs for breakfast. Stick to your principles! This felt very unauthentic.

The location is in a quiet lane. You can't see anyone else when you walk in at night. But the hotel is a three-minute walk to the commercial street. 15 minutes to the central train station. The hotel is beautiful. The breakfast is just so-so + not enough staff. No other problems

This is a very old hotel with well-maintained facilities. The most important thing is that there is a Christmas market and an ice skating rink downstairs, which the children love very much. The taste and service of the restaurant in the market are very good. The Christmas atmosphere is very good. The hotel is next to the Carrefour supermarket, which is very convenient for replenishing snacks and fruits. It is just that you need to take a detour to get a taxi to Antwerp Central Station. Large rooms, well located. But much of the interior is outdated. Room furniture is cheap and very worn - it looks like it was reclaimed from a recycling tip to be honest. Staff are amazing though.

Hotel is close to the center of Antwerp and easily accessible. Parking garage is a 20-minute walk away. Friendly and hospitable staff. However, the rooms are very noisy. The double glazing is old, resulting in poor sound insulation. The carpet and laminate flooring are old and stained. The rooms are furnished as you'd expect from a hotel. The hotel's location is good for muslim travelers because it is near from a masjid, halal restaurants and asia marts. The hotel is really dirty with the fridge and drinking utensils poorly cleaned, floor and furnitures filled with dusts, hairs on the bed and towels and some cobwebs probably unseen because of the room's poor lighting. The hotel is fabulously well placed, it is right next to the central station and this saves a lot of difficulty with luggage!
This particular establishment needs a little maintenance. As you enter into the building, the carpets/mats are filthy and the paint is chipped off in many locations giving a rundown look. Reception was clearly overrun and requires extra workers, although the girl working upon my arrival did a fantastic job despite some particularly awkward tour guides hassling for attention!
The room was not up to standard cleaning wise. No mattress protector! - This should be grounds for admonishment over anything else. If I stayed at a four or five star establishment without mattress protectors, I would refuse the room ordinarily. It is simply not hygienic. The balcony on my room had clearly not been cleaned in a very long time and there was an ashtray overflowing along with cotton buds and wrappers.From$78

The reason of booking this hotel was because of the modern and cool room design and its swimming pool.
However, the stay was bad. We stayed for three day, and didn't required for the cleaning service until day 3 morning.
And the unexpected sittuation happened. We had missing items on my cosmetic and massage products and tools.
We did contact the hotel for the investigation, but they did not do any investigation and only said I will be upgraded with breakfast for the next day.
The swimming pool needs to be booked before going, but actually no one managed and controlled the number of people using the pool.
It starts to get crowned for more than 12 people. The towels were on every sun bed, even no one was using them.
The check-in was not smooth and fast. It took an hour to access the room. I was charged the city tax two times, one prepaid online, another time on arrival.
Then the front desk requested me to send a formal email to enquire the hotel about the over charged of city tax, then the fee was waived at once in 15 minutes later.
The room key did not work with the first room then I was given a new room key for another room 15 minutes later
There were no chair / stool for the customers at the check-in desk, and the check-in process was so long and tiring.
I was not happy with my stay.From$98

For self-driving tours, this is a rare free parking hotel with a spacious parking lot. Although it is still 3-4 kilometers away from the city center, compared with the hourly parking fee in the city, free is very tempting.
The room is small but has everything. The facilities of 3 single beds meet the needs of a family of three. The countertop built with drainage on the wall of the bathroom provides ample storage space.

The hotel is in an excellent location if you are working at the conference centre a Room with a Zoo, you have to walk one minute across the square.
I ate twice in the restaurant, both times the food was mediocre (too much tomato sauce on pizza, very strange and poorly made carbonara with pasta that was dry due to being put under the grill). The breakfast was also extremely basic for 20 euros a day, one day the baked beans were empty the whole time I was there, several days most of the cherry tomatoes were wrinkled. The juices were nice and the bread was fresh.
Overall, the staff seemed slightly poorly coordinated in ensuring someone was available at the bar and reception. The bar was frequently unmanned, and the reception was as well, it seemed like sometimes bar staff were spending time with friends.
In addition, the bathroom in my room smelt, from the day of arrival.
Overall the location is good and it seemed relatively clean, but the rooms are small, I would not eat here, but the bar is suitable for a drink.From$78
