Hard rock is a big hotel so the bus stop is in front of is. However the bed got too soft because of heavy use. Hotel breakfast is on point, there are a lot of guests but still many choices of selection available.

The issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)

I have visited some 5 star hotels on the island and honestly there is no other like it. As soon as we entered the luxurious hotel, we received very good treatment from the receptionists. It has a beautiful infinity pool and incredible decoration. When I entered my villa, with a private pool, I was impressed by how good it smelled, how clean and well-kept every corner was. The villa is very spacious, they told me it was 140m2; with a fully equipped kitchen. A very good fridge, a very complete minibar… The furniture in the villa is fabulous. I was impressed, shocked… Coming to this hotel has been a true dream come true! If I had to choose a favorite part… I would choose the room since it has a huge bed that surrounds you and makes you rest without limits. The living room area also has a television, with a good size that plays YouTube and more applications from your own mobile. What I found most striking about this accommodation is how they pamper every detail, making my last stay incredible and unforgettable! 100/10!!! There is no other like it!!!

The environment is very good, the room is large and clean! The outdoor pool is clean and warm! Room service Floating lunch is very special and delicious! Good service attitude, outdoor infinity pool is very beautiful! There is a Thai feel, and you can use the infinity pool after check-out! The location is about 40 minutes from the airport, and the taxi is around 40 Euros. If you walk, there are no supermarkets and other restaurants nearby.

I have come away from this break with mixed thoughts. There are many positives but also many areas of improvement needed. Booked a preferred club junior suite and had to be moved three times because the air con wasn’t working in the rooms. They didn’t feel special, they were nice rooms, but by no means did I feel I was in a suite. Small Balcony overlooking the car park and just a standard nice room. Lovely big comfortable bed with great bedding. Wasn’t overly clean, hairs in the bath, used slippers in the wardrobe, stained mugs in the room and stains on the bedside cabinet. Food was awful except for breakfast; tough meats, undercooked meats and the snacks in the preferred club were pitiful with no explanation as to what any of it was. When one snack was black pudding on toast you kind of want the heads up! It was all nice enough but wouldn’t stay here again.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the coast. The location is perfect, with a marina, top-notch restaurants, and the city center all nearby. The service was exceptional, and the hotel restaurant served delicious meals. It was incredibly quiet, clean, and peaceful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!

We were prepared for the hotel's remote location; we arrived by car, and there were always free parking spaces nearby. There's ample paid parking for €10 a day, €40 a week. The rooms are large, clean, and comfortable. We booked a pool view and didn't regret it. You can also go up and look out over the golf course, sunset, and ocean. It's fantastic! The internet isn't stable in the rooms, but it's ok on the balcony and excellent at reception. The pool is large and warm, but not deep—maximum 1.15 meters. The food is excellent. There was plenty of seafood every day, including steaks and fish, along with a wide selection of dishes, vegetables, and fruits.

The staff absolutely didn't care about guest requests. I asked for an extra blanket THREE TIMES, and on the third try, they brought towels 🤦. It wasn't until I made a scene at reception and made them explain the difference between 'blanket' and 'towels' (just to make sure they understood English) that they finally brought the blanket. They gave me a room facing the noisiest bars, which are loud until 2 AM, and didn't warn me about it. The breakfast staff were also rude. You have to beg for an omelet, and they do everything with sour faces. They rush to clear away the food as soon as 10:30 AM hits, practically snatching it from under guests' noses. If it weren't for such terrible staff, the hotel would be perfectly acceptable, even if it is a bit rundown. Many rooms have a good view of the city and the ocean.

Very enjoyable location (not more than 5 minutes to the beach), staff attitude (on the respiratory is a Russian-speaking girl Yula who is always ready to help). The choice of food with years becomes a little bit less and more uniform (unfortunately, it is a general trend), but even what is - very and very good. In the ”price\quality” ratio, in my opinion, is the best choice of the hotels in this area. From the upper floors, the city and mountains are beautiful views. I definitely recommend it to everyone.
