On Sunday afternoon I drove my child to Semarang who was studying at UNDIP, but suddenly the little child asked to stay there. Because the apartment we usually stayed in was full, I decided to stay at Lux Alton through trip.com .
However, when I arrived at the hotel when I wanted to check in, the clerk was confused, how should I do because I didn't know the place to check in where he said it had a private. I called the hotel number according to the guard's instructions several times, no response in the end I decided to go home.
To trip.com I asked for a refund but can't be due to the policy from the hotel.
Finally, the trip.com gave the hotel owner's private number for negotiations for the refund problem, but until I write this, there is no response from the hotel.
This is my first time have a bad experience staying in a hotel through trip.com which has been a subscription.
In the future, please give us more clear instructions for check-in and numbers that can help us check-in process.
And this is the first and last one for me to book a room at Lux Alton Semarang which is very disappointing and a negative consumer
