I'm so pleased that I chose this hotel to stay at. I arrived with a stomach bug and was feeling quite ill. A few minutes after I called the front desk to request for late checkout, the desk supervisor, Erica, called me to graciously ask how I was doing and offered to send me some soft food and even some hydration salts. I declined the food but gladly accepted the Hydrite. I was so pleased with this gesture on Erica's part that I immediately felt at home and extended my stay for two more days. This hotel is first class. It's super clean all around, including the rooms. It's simply a well-managed place. The restaurant food and service was superb (food was at hotel prices, as expected, but breakfast buffet was free). Excellent wait staff. I highly recommend the Richmonde Hotel Iloilo and I will certainly be back.

The Hotels' ”FRIED CHICKEN” Test I patronize hotels for three top reasons: 1. Breakfast service 2. Complimentary water 3. Late check-out compliment. My grandson Miguel loves fried chicken for breakfast. I could see his facial frustration knowing there was no fried chicken on buffet table. Chef Aaron, cognizant of Miguel's fate, quickly offered to fry. Voila! Three- piece freshly fried chicken 🍗 🐔 closed Miguel's *****yveyes as he smiled!
