All aspects of hotel were great . All staff members went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay . Breakfast and dining room were outstanding , I would have to say one of the best hotel experiences in recent years . We travel about twice a month . Will be heading back , next time maybe we can enjoy the pool and fitness room , which we did not have time for on this visit . Looked very nice .

We were up here for a night away and to have a place to swim and hang out in Novi. The hotel staff member that checked us in was really friendly. The outside of hotel looks just as nice as what the inside was. This is a really nice and clean hotel. The bed and pillows were VERY comfortable. I didn’t want to get up from bed as it was so cozy. There is a sitting are outside with a grill and tables and chairs......really pretty. The pool is right by the outdoor sitting area. Our main reason to get away was to go swimming. We were lucky enough to get there when we were the only ones. The pool was spacious with loungers and chairs around it. We were disappointed in the amount of chlorine used in hot tub. I couldn’t stand to stay in it for more than 5 minutes. My eyes were burning and it made me cough. The pool had a bit of chlorine in it as well but not as bad as the hot tub. Breakfast was good. Typical hotel breakfast. I had oatmeal and was satisfied with taste. would definitely stay here again.

Very clean comfortable room. Friendly staff. Hot breakfast was offered, but I woke up too late. I was more than satisfied with the convenience, quality, and value. The hotel was very nice. It’s right across the parking lot from a movie theater too.

Just to clarify I am a Platinum member for their rewards system which allows a 2 hour early check in if available. I achieved my status in under a year which means I do a lot of stays at hotels. I’ve been very loyal to this company BUT they have lost that since I was told by the “manager” onsite (Jackie) that I will only get an early check in if I pay $50. She did not say “sorry, no early check in” or “we don’t have anything available as of right now.” She said and repeated for me “if you want to pay $50 I can get you a early check in.” This all happened after waiting 15 mins for someone to arrive at the desk to even help me. I was told by another staff member that if I wanted to get a hold of the person at the front desk that I would have to call them with the phone... that statement left me dumbfounded since I don’t know who I’m calling and an employee of the business is telling me this. To re-clarify.. I was ignored/neglected as I walk in for 15 mins then the “manager” Jackie tried to extort $50 from me and mentioned that my loyalty points mean nothing. I brought this to the attention of the support number for the program and they said the manager refused to release/refund my room even though I haven’t stayed in it and literally reserved it 30 mins prior to entering. Your loyalty means NOTHING to this business and the hotel smelled horrible. Judging from other reviews I’ve made the right decision not staying there. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN based on the way I was treated. If I could give them zero stars I would. Try staying across the street at another hotel, you’ll get better service and a cleaner environment.
