This place is outstanding, the staff, the food, the a**osphere, the facilities - everything is wonderful and I don’t feel like I have enough words to explain it. You have to come here - it’s paradise and the best holiday I have ever had - I can’t wait to return to this beautiful hotel and island. Special mention to Sofia and Alla in Guest relations, Mr Michalis the Food and Beverage manager, Mr Dimitri the hotel Manager, Galatia in Reservations - you are all wonderful and exceptionally kind people, you make this place special. Every single member of staff has been lovely. We used the spa and ate in the restaurants- Meat In Point and Eternal Blue…some of the best food I have ever eaten. The spa was fabulous and the staff again were lovely. You have to come to this hotel - nothing else compares! We will see you all again… hopefully soon! I booked a one week stay half board at Pnoe on the recommendation of a friend. This is a brand-new facility. The rooms are very well appointed and thought out, they are smart rooms and,upon arrival and app is downloaded onto your phone to enable you to adjust the lighting, blinds, Order room service book your tables at the restaurants and the spa. The king size beds are actually two mattresses zipped together (love or hate this idea) if you are not Tech savvy and want to use conventional light switches et cetera in your rooms you will need the torch on your smart phone to see the switches and there Function as, they are dark brown and difficult to read. The food is all very fresh local and cooked to order, the breakfast selection seems endless. All cocktails and smoothies are made well and with fresh ingredients 10 out of 10. The spa is beautiful. I had three spa treatments. The final one which was performed by the spa manager Lia and was exceptional. I have not come across treatments and products by Dr Barbara Sturm before and was initially sceptical but it was the best facial I have ever had and the results were instant. I would not hesitate to recommend, the spa but in particular Lia who was exceptionally kind to me and put me at ease and made me feel comfortable following a recent operation. The website is exactly what the resort looks like, there is little to do surrounding the actual complex. Heraklion is only a short taxi journey away, should you want more? All the Staff are welcoming and want to make your stay enjoyable. A general feel of calm and serenity emanates throughout. I will be returning

My friend and I wanted alittle get away and this was perfect, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived late at night and had drinks and small buffet and drinks for us/anyone who arrives late after a long flight. We got shown to our room which we weren’t happy with because it was a terrace room and weren’t comfortable with people looking in walking past however because it was nearly 2am we just wanted to sleep. Next morning we went to reception and explained and they very kindly moved us to a different room which we were SO HAPPY with. They moved everything across for us and had a bottle of wine and snacks put in the room too 🥰 the all inclusive was lovely as it was my first one I’ve ever done. If you are looking for chill nice vibes this is the place if you just want to relax. The main bar was abit slow with drinks in the evening but understandable as it was busy but ended up in the other bar down the bottom, it’s outside and a lot quieter which means we got serviced quicker. You got fresh pool towels whenever you wanted. I would recommend to anyone if you looking for a nice peaceful holiday 🤍

It was an absolutely wonderful experience and I would surely recommend it to anyone who’s searching for a luxurious hotel to spend their free time. First of all, the staff was really kind, they always have smiles on their faces and they make you feel like home with their will to do anything that you can think of. I can clearly see the improvement they’ve made on every sector of the hotel in comparison with last year. Moreover, even the food menu is better as we tried some new special flavours that matched the elegant form of the hotel. Dining at the restaurants Makuti and Umami were two of the experiences that created in me the need to stay. Last but not least, Mrs.Anastasia Deligianni was the source of the positive energy for all the staff, as she first welcomed us with a very big smile. Of course I will come again as it was my favourite one out of all the hotels I’ve been to.
