Aspect Caloundra Map, Address, Transportation & Nearest Stations and Airport

The environment is OK, long time from the beach, free parking, just a few minutes away, the staff is friendly. It just rained for a few days, and the sound of rain on the glass at night was too loud. The swimming pool was a little small and there were only two fitness equipment. Cost-effective

The strange thing is that there were 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, but only 1 room and 1 bathroom were actually usable. (There was a sign saying not to use.) Please note that the reception closes at 5pm, so check in before then. On Trip.com, you can only check the reception hours in the details after payment, but when I actually went there, I was surprised to see that the reception was closed. (On the main screen, it only says check-in after 2pm.) Mooloolaba Beach is close.

Over all experience was great! Everything was very smooth. My 7 years old daughter loved the water park. It would have been better if that opens longer than 5pm but she had a fun time there.

The hotel is located in the Sunshine Coast University Hospital Precinct. It is close to amenities such as Stockland Birtinya and only a few kms from Kawana Waters Shopping Centre. Flagship cafe 30 metres away opens for a nice morning coffee. Hayley at reception was very friendly and helpful on check-in and during our extended stay. We first had a studio room which was clean & tidy with a west facing balcony. There was no kitchen in the studio which didn’t bother us as we were aware of this. The only thing missing was a dustpan & brush, and a clothes airer rack would be great. We extended our stay and moved to a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, balcony apartment overlooking the lake which came with a full kitchen. It also was very clean and tidy. Secure undercover car parking was assigned to both apartments. There is a free on-sight laundry should you need it. We found all staff very helpful. The area was very quiet during our week stay and we would happily stay here again.

Facilities are 2nd to none swimming pool was beautiful and cleam ,everything was well maintained, we had a studio double room with a balcony great views ,only complaint was beds were a bit soft . The staff were very friendly and helpful

Perfect location. The hotel staff is very friendly & helpful. Love the beautiful view of the garden, and kangaroos everywhere. They are so cute. Pls enjoy the restaurant & coffee around the hotel, good food & drink. We will come back next time on Summer time, and enjoy the outdoors swimming pool facilities.

It was unexpectedly better that I anticipated. Very clean room, close to everything. We stayed at the studio and it had everything we needed. Very clean room even had daily service. It had a walk in wardrobe, good bed, some dining equipment and we had a direct entrance to the pool from our little patio. I saw the waterfront appartments and want to stay there next time when in Caloundra. This is found to be me place to stay on the Sunshine Coast. Thank you for raising the bar and providing with a little extra service at the affordable price point it’s really nice to have in Queensland these days.

It was a great getaway with friends. We were there for a anniversary celebration and the fan and aircon were not working in the master room yet it was terribly hot so it was s quite the uncomfortable night.

Always greeted with a smile from all the staff showed great customer service. The room was comfortable and suited our needs. We didn't have a car so having restaurants, cafes and shopping centre all in easy walking distance was a real plus.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The girls making the coffee in the morning were not so friendly though and took 40 minutes to make two coffees. You will need a car to go anywhere as there isn't much to do within walking distance and no real communal areas to enjoy each others company besides the restaurant. Perfect for business trips more than a family getaway.
