This hotel was the highlight of our trip to Osaka!
I had been worried about the typical small Japanese hotel rooms, but I was so pleasantly surprised when we checked in. The room was incredibly spacious, and our family of four never felt cramped. What really stood out was having two toilets and two showers, which meant everyone could get ready simultaneously in the mornings and evenings without waiting in line – an absolute lifesaver for a family vacation.
The room was spotlessly clean, and since the hotel is relatively new, all the facilities are modern and in excellent condition. It had everything we needed: a kitchen, fridge, microwave, and even a washer-dryer with automatic detergent dispensing. We didn't need to pack many clothes for our stay, which really made it feel like a home away from home.
The location is fantastic too, just a few minutes' walk from Shin-Imamiya Station and Dobutsuen-mae Station. It was super convenient for getting to Namba, Shinsaibashi, Umeda, Osaka Castle, and Universal Studios. Plus, there are convenience stores and plenty of restaurants downstairs, so finding food and essentials was never an issue.
The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They patiently answered all our questions and gave us detailed information about local transport and attractions. Their service was truly thoughtful and made us feel very well taken care of.
Another huge bonus was the free parking (though you need to reserve in advance), which is a rare find in central Osaka. Highly recommended for anyone traveling by car.
If I come back to Osaka, I would definitely choose this hotel again and recommend it to all my friends. It's an excellent choice for both family trips and group travel.

Our stay at Arty Inn was the highlight of our Osaka trip, truly recommend it! The room was much more spacious than I expected, and even with a family and several suitcases, it didn't feel cramped at all. The most convenient feature was having two bathrooms and two toilets in the room. When traveling with a group, this meant no waiting turns for showering or getting ready in the morning, which is absolutely perfect for family trips.
The room itself was very new and impeccably clean, with a lovely Japanese-style decor. It came equipped with a kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, and a washer-dryer combo, making extended stays incredibly convenient. It genuinely felt like living in our own home in Osaka.
The hotel's location is also excellent, very close to both subway and JR stations, making it easy to get to Namba, Shinsaibashi, and Dotonbori. There are plenty of convenience stores and dining options nearby as well.
I also have to commend the front desk staff. Their service was exceptionally good, and they offered Chinese language assistance, which made communication during our trip in Japan much easier. They were very patient and helpful with any issues we had.
Overall, everything exceeded our expectations, from room size and cleanliness to facilities and service. I especially recommend this hotel for families with children or groups traveling together. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka! 👍
