To be honest... This is heaven. If you look after relaxation, this is the place to be! The best island of the country (Maldives feeling), so peaceful and relaxing, the sea is transparent, you can have nice walk near the hotel without any constructing around... The hotel is perfect, the breakfast has a lot of variety from vegan to ice cream to avocado toast station... I love the pool, the lobby, the architecture, the bathrub in the room!!! i am dreaming about coming back already!

Just had the most fabulous overnight staycation at this wonderful hotel. Took my sister for a surprise treat whilst she was visiting from the UK. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left the service was impeccable! Every member of staff was extremely polite at all times but do need to mention several members of staff who made our stay extra memorable! Marina on reception who facilitated such an easy check in & check out experience. Fahim & Kamal who provided the best service with a smile at the poolside. Thanks guys for the beautiful fruit basket! Our amazing butler Chatty who surprised us several times with an array of goodies! Nothing was too much trouble for him. Waseem at the Olea restaurant who delighted us by sending a lovely bottle of wine for us to enjoy by the pool, thanks to Akhil from the restaurant for taking care of us at breakfast & delivering the wine later. Not forgetting the lifeguards who we chatted to at the pool, special mention for Santosh & Roshan.

This hotel is simply perfect. From the beautiful location (I didn’t know they had such a lovely beach in Abu Dhabi!), to the beautiful spacious rooms and the impeccable friendly service! We also had late dinner at Buddha Bar which was incredible. I cannot recommend staying here more highly. I can’t wait to come back with my children for a longer stay as they also have an awesome kids club that my kids will love!

There is nothing to say about the eight-star hotel, facilities and other hardware, so I won’t go into details here. Mainly comment on software-services: First of all, no matter who you are, you have to go through security check as soon as you enter the door. It will be more troublesome if you have a lot of things in your hands. Most of the security check groups I met on the first day seemed to be vicious and unfriendly. I thought security personnel needed this kind of virtue. However, the groups on the second day were much less nice than others. When checking in, the lady at the front desk was very businesslike and not as attentive and enthusiastic as some star hotels (I wonder if this is their corporate culture?). She didn’t introduce much about the hotel. She only gave us a map and took us there. In the middle of the room, I just roughly pointed to the location of the breakfast restaurant, but nothing happened all the way. As a result, I didn’t bother to study the map, so now I came back to read other people’s reviews and found out that I can ride a camel for free and take a car to see the whole hotel for free. So I blindly browsed the swimming pool downstairs several times from morning to night. . In fact, the hotel still has personnel who meet the eight-star service standards. For example, the doorman in the guest area will take the initiative to help you swipe your card to open the door when you are inconvenienced. There is also the two-meter-tall doorman at the door. Although he looks fierce at first glance, It's a bit scary, but the service is actually more enthusiastic than the above-mentioned glamorous front desk staff. Not only do they do their jobs diligently, but they also take good care of the emotions of the guests waiting to pick up the car from time to time. Without them, this eight-star hotel should really be Got a few stars.

The service is very good. If you are traveling with children, you can get an extra bed for free, and you only need to pay for breakfast. If you need anything in the room, you can call and get through immediately and solve it immediately. It is much better than the more expensive Anantara Desert Hotel where you stayed later. The hotel is very beautiful and the security is very good. The beach and accommodation area are only accessible to hotel guests. Ordering in the room, every dish is amazing. Many items in the hotel are free of charge for hotel guests. This must be praised, it is very practical. The hotel has many outdoor swimming pools, which are beautiful and have constant temperatures. You can also swim to your heart's content when the weather is cold. The rooms on the first floor have direct access to the beach, which is very convenient. On the second floor and above, you can enjoy the sea view, which is very good.

Park Hyatt hotel earns 5 stars when it comes to service and luxury. The reception staff were extremely polite, presentable and proactive. They gave us a turtle toy when they say we had a toddler checking in, when we asked for late checkout it was offered without hesitation or making a big fuss about it. The pools are great but would definitely benefit from a shading system like trees or shade sails. The sun lounges were too close to each other on the pool but by the beach they were well separated. I love that the towels are present on the lounges saves time and effort to go collect from a booth. The beach itself was the highlight of my stay despite the water being hot due to summer season, I still enjoyed it alot. One recommendation to make the experience a 10 out of 10 is to make a walking track on the sand to protect our poor feet from the heat as it is a long walking distance to reach the lounges and the actual beach. The kids club needs more attention, it is tiny and messy inside. The outside area is good but too hot for summer. I would definitely repeat my visit when prices are a bit budget friendly because when it comes to customer service the staff here definitely stand out. I tried their buffet breakfast and the food, service and variety were excellent. The bakery section behind the pasta bar needs to have a wider entrance to make the access easier. Thanks for the lovely experience and stay!

Stayed here for my birthday in the private pool villa! It was surreal. My whole stay from the atmosphere to the kindness of the staff really made my stay extra special. The welcome fruits and coconut water were super refreshing and every single staff member starting at the reception desk for checking to the staff on the buggies helping me get to the room were very nice and welcoming.

It's a wonderful hotel. The majority of guests are Europeans. The breakfast is rich and the kids' club is very intimate. I have a lot of luggage, and there is no need to worry about language problems. It's easy to access.

The hotel park is quite beautiful, but it has a gap between Jumeirah in food, service and room supplies. It's not worth more than 2K. The room has a smell of decoration.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s likely one of the most affordable Four Season properties - yet the service is absolutely incredible and five stars! We stayed for two nights in layover on route to our baby moon. The room had a treat and acknowledgment of our babymoon. I had a massage at the spa which was great. The pool was nice and had good service (staff immediately brought some cold water in a cooler and there is sun screen available for guests). We are at the steak house one night which was also lovely. Overall I can say all of the staff were so helpful, friendly and professional and we felt so well taken care of. We liked the location as the hotel is attached to a nice mall. We were able to take regular taxi to some Tourist sites and that was easy and decent prices. I would certainly recommend this hotel!

Four Seasons Abu Dhabi was the most beautiful and accommodating hotel I have ever visited. There are many restaurant/cafe options (Crust is amazing for breakfast and the view is incredible)! No need to leave the property to have fun. The spa is two levels and nothing short of AMAZING. The pool is a great vibe! Also, the Galleria mall is downstairs and next door from the hotel which makes it so convenient to have a nice trip! Four Seasons is centrally located... Of course the bed is extremely comfortable, bathroom is luxurious, and the hotel is very peaceful and quiet! I always felt safe at Four Seasons. Concierge is amazing and everyone is so friendly! MUST STAY!

The picture for suite which I book is different then the actual room. In real it’s just one bedroom with sofa but in pictures it’s giving a look of 2 separate rooms or even one picture showing stairs to go up for bedroom and down is sitting area. I report this after check in but seems reception staff waste all energy in how to talk polite rather then how to solve the problem. By talking nicely doesn’t means good customer service. Anyhow thanks for giving me extra time for checkout. Need to make sure about who upload the picture in Trip.com? Is it the hotel mistake or trip.com mistake.

A very cosy hotel in a good location close to the City center, and in a walking distance to Shaikh Zayed Mosque. The pool was average and so was the beach, The staff was absolutely fantastic - friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, cool (thanks to air conditioning) and had everything you might need on holiday. Overall we had a very nice stay.

It was the best among the 8 hotels in Dubai and Abu Dhabi on this trip. The Abu Dhabi Conrad Hotel is good, but the Abu Dhabi St. Regis is the most luxurious. Facilities and services. The check-in and check-out staff were the best, and although it was only a brief meeting with the butler, all the staff I met were friendly and greeted me. This is a hotel I definitely want to go back to. The pool on the beach is not big, but there is a lot of shade and the beach is pretty. Even when I was dazed while sitting on the beach sunbed for a while, would you come up and give me some water and a tower? And when I said it was okay, he said he was sorry for disturbing me. I was also very satisfied with the breakfast.

I had some familiarity with the lore of the Fairmont Royal York -- that it was the real deal, king of the classic Canadian grans railway hotels, etc. And when I arrived, my first impression was that perhaps it didn't live up to its formidable reputation. It quickly became clear, however -- from looking at the quality and design of the armchair, the understated colour palette, the quietly sophisticated art hanging on the walls, the sumptuous nature of the robe hanging there in the closet -- that this was a kind of luxury and prestige that didn't feel the need to prove itself. With so many four- and five-star hotels taking part in a glitzy, maximal globalization-era ”look at this, this here, you see, is luxury,” it was truly refreshing to see real self-confidence -- real prestige -- in this kind of vaguely British understated quality. The Fairmont Royal York is the Fairmont Royal York: it will not let you down.

Chelsea hotel is very close to the University of Toronto, bus station, banks, supermarket. The location is vary good and the price is not too expensive.Though, there's no refrigerator in the room and you can have the ice cubes at the corner of the same floor. And the fertilities of the room are quite dilapidated, like the carpet with dirt ,the water volume of the faucet is not easy to control.....

The hotel has only 17 floors, and the others are apartments, which are generally good - swimming pool 🏊🏻 sauna - gym is great👍👍👍 But the use of lockers in the locker room is inside the cabinet door, so pay attention to it! The free amount of breakfast is 112 dollars, and if you exceed it, you may pay the difference yourself. The hotel lobby is far from Shangri-La in China! Maybe the national conditions are different.

Downtown Toronto Toronto|0.44km from city center
Possibly one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at. However, I can’t give full 5 stars to Hotel St. Regis Toronto for reasons that I’ll explain later. On the subject of location, the Hotel St. Regis in Toronto is in a very fantastic location in downtown Toronto with many of the city’s main sights and attractions (CN Tower, St. Lawrence’s Market and Yonge-Dundas square) all within short walking distance from this hotel. Readily accessible through RideShare apps too. Regarding staff, they were super friendly and helpful, in our experience. We initially had some debit card issues at check-in and admittedly, we should have been better-prepared for the credit card culture in North America. Thankfully, St. Regis were very flexible and our debit card issues were eventually resolved. I’m truly impressed by how accommodating St. Regis are for those of us who are from places that very rarely use credit cards. The offer of complimentary water at check-in was also appreciated. The housekeeping team, especially the Filipinos, were very thorough, kept our suite spotless and respected guest privacy. And on check-out experience, this is where St. Regis Toronto loses points for me. The check-out process took way longer than what is typically expected especially for a 5-star location (should be <10 min but took about 30 min for us). Unfortunately, a bit of the little time we have left in Toronto was wasted. What’s also disappointing was this time, there was no offer of complimentary drinks (even tap water, which is free and generally safe to drink in Toronto) while we wait. Admittedly, the staff seemed overwhelmed and visibly stressed during the time we were trying to check-out but I hope the situation improves for the St. Regis Toronto team in the future. On the atmosphere, it was magnificent and luxurious. These two words came to mind when we first entered the lobby. The grandiose look of Hotel St. Regis in Toronto permeated the whole building, from the hallways to our suite. In terms of our room, we booked the Grand Suite which was on the 28th floor and the views from up there, especially at night, were phenomenal. Our suite was very spacious and generally had plenty of storage room. St. Regis Toronto also loses some points here when it comes to storage since we found that there was insufficient storage space for cold items and there was no freezer either. The heated floors and the walk-in shower were also fantastic. The accent wall, mood lighting, clever use of marble for the room design and chandeliers were wonderful touches too, contributing to the luxurious atmosphere of this hotel. The living area of the Grand Suite was our favourite area, especially at night. I’m going to mention the views from the Grand Suite again as they were truly spectacular. On the online engagement. at the time of writing, I found the low level of engagement by St. Regis Toronto with online reviewers here at Google disappointing. I think the hotel should make more of an eff

We had a great stay at the Omni King Edward! Our room was huge, clean and comfortable. The staff was helpful, and afternoon tea was yummy. The location can’t be beat. Because the hotel is just across the road and close to the subway station, the facilities introduced are also good, so I chose this hotel without hesitation. After I stayed, I felt very bad. It was the worst hotel I stayed in in Canada. I checked in the first night. We checked in at Niagara Falls and it was almost nine o'clock in the evening. We booked a double bed. The room was gone, and Ctrip could only change rooms the next day after the negotiation, and the trouble caused naturally need not be said; the next morning, I found that there was a reminder of the consumer text message at 3 o'clock in the hotel on the credit card. How to get it out was inexplicable, and it scared me to quickly close the credit card transaction function. Later, I was fortunate to have Ctrip help to solve it in a timely manner; I finally changed to a twin room the next night. Unexpectedly, this room was near the subway and it was too noisy to sleep all night . Fortunately, we stayed at this hotel for only two days! The most profound lesson is that when you deposit at the front desk of the hotel lobby, do not leave your credit card with your credit card, and do not easily give it to the front desk customer service. Special thanks also to Ctrip's customer service for helping to solve all the problems effectively and timely!

Food was excellent. Hockey families were put next to Airline employees causing drama every day. These groups should be kept together with Pilots on quiet floors. We don’t enjoy being yelled at by others including employees and security. Parking fees are high and all car chargers are broken. Was okay. Not great, not terrible, could be better. Pros Location. Close to restaurants, CN Tower, Ripley’s Aquarium. Starbucks in building Comfy bed Housekeeping comes daily Quiet Cons Not all rooms have couch/sofa bed Bathroom door doesn’t have a lock, it’s a sliding door No blackout shades so room gets bright as som comes up $50 to valet and 35 to park at a lot around the corner Our bathroom didn’t feel clean, had a smell Hotel seems more for business not for couples or family Pool area is in lower level, doesn’t look like pictures, no window Dirty dishes from room service from another room was in the hall for 3 days and no one picked it up I had requested a higher floor room, asked for a room with a sofa bed…and extra towels. I got none of the requested. Was offered a cot. Sometimes you get back from excursions you want to kick off your shoes and relax on couch with your other half not get in the bed all sweaty and dirty…we got a room with a single chair. The cot was so uncomfortable with a huge dip in the middle. Room on 2nd floor had a view of valet. No extra towels provided. Only gave you new water bottles on first day. I felt like the room was overpriced. Bathroom had a smell to it. Mildew maybe? Couldn’t pinpoint the smell.

The hotel was in an excellent location. I was able to do most attractions in Toronto by walking from the hotel. The room was nice and modern and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Fantastic service, super-clean and spacious rooms, great views, and lovely amenities! The only problem encountered was the tv remote was not working properly in the room; it was too late to call down to ask for a maintenance call by the time I discovered this, but I have confidence they would have fixed the issue right away. Used the indoor/outdoor pool, even though it was frigidly cold. Was very enjoyable. Would have liked to see the pool floor cleaned a little better as there was some debris. Couldn't seem to turn on the light in the sauna while I was there, but it was pleasantly warm nonetheless. Tried the Frenchy's bar for the first time, and the cocktails were delicious, the service top-notch. Happy to visit again!

We stayed four nights at the hotel. The check in was quick and easy. The housekeeping services each day were very good. The restaurant onsite was not open but there are several coffee shops in the immediate area so that wasn't a problem. The public transit was close by and it easy to access. The reason we won't give the hotel five stars is because the WiFi was terrible. The routers were old and not secure, the service was very slow and we were not impressed.
