It was good as a location because we generally traveled because we had little work except sleeping in the hotel was good cleaning was very clean our room was a perfect room sized only inside the water heating plant put in our room was well placed to use But it was not used, but there were things that had to be in the breakfast but not to keep the expectations high

Bus from Istanbul broke down in the middle of nowhere. So reached Edirne much later than expected. But thankfully staff at the hotel were very accommodating. Much appreciation to Caner and Damla for making us feel welcomed. Special thank to Damla help us order food (=

We booked a room with a ‘city view’. Unfortunately, even though I reminded this to them during check in, we were given a room that was at the back of the hotel, overlooking an apartment building, which was only 5 meters away

Facilities: An old five-star hotel, with a gym, conference hall, sauna, spa, and everything else. The decoration and layout of each room are different in color, and there are surprises when you open the door. The bathroom of the traditional suite we booked this time is really too early 20th century style. My family doesn't like it and thinks it's old-fashioned, but I like it very much. Antique furniture, sofas and beds are very comfortable, and the bedding must have a high thread count. Hygiene: The hair of the previous guest floated on the bathtub plug, and it was obvious that I don't have brown hair. A condom package fell in a hidden place under a bedside table. The helper gave many bottles of water every day, and the night bed service would feed chocolate. Environment: The location is very good. There is a statue of Marx when you go out, the Bolshoi Theater is next to it, and the Red Square is a five-minute walk away. If you are tired of shopping, you can go back to rest and continue. The breakfast restaurant is particularly good, providing caviar and champagne, and live harp performances. Service: The sound insulation is not good, and cars randomly throttle in the rooms facing the street at night. The rooms facing the inside are downstairs from the lobby, and the sound of the party is deafening. The front desk staff can only change rooms. Who wants to pack their luggage in the middle of the night every day? The front desk staff at the fitness center on the first floor of the basement is very considerate and will take you around step by step.

The location is excellent, right next to the Mendeleev Metro station exit; you can basically walk downstairs and into the subway, making travel very convenient. Breakfast was decent, not abundant, but acceptable. There were no fried potatoes or mashed potatoes, so there was no way to pair it with salted fish. The luggage storage service was very good.

The room is OK, small, with everything you need, and the heating is very sufficient in winter! The location is great, the city center is only 2 subway stops away from the Red Square and the business district CBD. Of course, we walk to the Red Square is also a way to roam Moscow. It is only 5 minutes away from the subway station. It is next to the Moscow River. If it is spring, summer or autumn, you can walk along the river at night. The hotel is facing another hotel, next to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, facing Arbat Street, and downstairs are famous restaurants in Moscow, including Japanese, Western and bars. There are shopping malls and supermarkets on the way to the subway, and there is also a very famous White Rabbit Restaurant (it is said that you have to wear a dress to eat) The front desk is on the 4th floor and speaks English. There is a gym and restaurant upstairs. You need to swipe your card to enter the room area on the floor, and it is safe. It is worth mentioning that the small bed in Moscow should be reminded to ask for 2 separate beds, otherwise it will be a 1.5-meter big bed (double room)
