It's a very good hotel. I really like it. The environment and hardware are very good. The location is superior, the scenery is beautiful, the service is considerate, the praise is great. I will stay next time

Brilliant stay at Le Grand Balcon - only reason I knocked it down to 4* (and in reality it was more 4.8) was the state of the carpet in the room. Looked like it has been piecemealed together, had what looked like blood near the bed, and needed another hoover. Other than that, facilities were excellent, staff were super friendly and it’s in SUCH a good location. Carpet wouldn’t stop me staying there again, that’s for sure!

The hotel is only 12 minutes away from the train station, that was important for me as I was arriving late and checking out early. Breakfast is truely amazing - has everything, you can have it inside or in the outside inner area. The room is very unusual and has this red light option.

Few mins walk from train station and easy to get to the city center by foot or metro. The hotel interior is a bit old/dated but spacious. There is small but nice gym for those who want to stay active while traveling.

The staff deserves to wish the best ... Of the three workers on the respiratory, no one was kind, talking without lifting the eyes. The air conditioner did not work on the heat. It was offered to change, in the next room he also did not work on the heat. Very unpleasant when you are held as a fool. After all, you slept in clothes. For breakfast you should roast your own egg :(((This is not a hotel 4* I do not recommend visiting, because there is nothing else ... except a beautiful picture

The hotel is about 700-800 meters from the train station, walking distance, and close to the city center. The breakfast at the Samsung Hotel is almost the same, and it is sure to be full. The room is larger than the room of the same level hotel in Paris.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, l'attention du personnel était incroyable mais malheureusement la chambre ne correspondait pas à nos attentes. La chambre ne ressemblait pas du tout aux photos, le sol est en moquette mais à cause du temps, la saleté et les taches sont très visibles et c'est assez désagréable surtout si vous partez avec des enfants qui doivent ramper ou qui marchent à peine, la baignoire de la douche n'était pas complètement propre et les fenêtres avaient tous les bords pleins de saleté qui n'avaient pas été nettoyés il y a longtemps. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est ce que nous avons le moins aimé : les fruits n'étaient pas frais, le pain était dur, il n'y avait pas beaucoup de variété de fruits frais, les saucisses et autres produits qui devraient être chauds étaient froids ou très réchauffés, je recommande de prendre le petit déjeuner dans les environs car il y a des options intéressantes.

The hosting was a bit strange because I am a gold member in this chain, but I didn't book via their site ... also staff told me that I had no right to my usual privileges. The hotel is in a good position. Excellent breakfast with regional quality products. The room is a little small for 3 people, but quietly, in a city full !

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Very good location if it is just an stopover. Near to the airport but also near to.the city center to go for dinner. A bit old outside but renovated inside.
