This hotel is spectacular!!! Not enough words can express how beautiful it is. Every staff member made you individually feel welcomed and genuinely looked after. Each person always had a smile and genuinely wanted to help. For example Gina and Alex in the breakfast restaurant Critique were extremely helpful and at your service. Rahul at reception was helpful and explained all the hotel facilities. The maintenance manager was extremely polite, friendly and helpful. The lagoon area made you feel as if you were in Bali, Phuket etc. To say it is spectacular is an understatement. For my entire stay, each staff member made my birthday extremely special, memorable and second to none ever experienced before. Thank you all the staff at JW.

Suitable for parents and children! It’s perfect for taking care of children! There are many saltwater snorkeling pools. Snorkeling in the hotel is safe! Facilities: Although it is a bit old, it is very clean. Most old hotels in Australia seem to be like this. Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: Very good, relatively quiet area, very close to the beach Service: Very nice and very willing to help

The service was outstanding. We were particularly touched when they proactively upgraded us to a better room during the off-peak season, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The environment felt very upscale and comfortable, and the comprehensive facilities truly gave us a home-away-from-home experience. I genuinely loved our stay and highly recommend it.

The location is very good, there is a tram station just down stairs. Everything was hygienic and the Bathtub with a massage function can let us enjoy the bath and relax. It was surprising with a clothes dryer so we washed clothes and dried them out. The housekeeper did housekeeping every day without being asked. We enjoyed the stay so much Definitely recommend this apartment to everyone.

We stayed at H residencies (room 24106) for 4 days in June. The location is amazing - close to beach, restaurants, clubs and shops. Very happening place. Beautiful view from the balcony too. Access to 3 swimming pools, spa and sauna. However, following reasons, we were not very happy with. - in both the bathrooms, the shower door won’t close properly, water spills outside, making the whole bathroom wet. Safety hazard as it’s very slippery and you have to be very careful. Moping and drying after each shower. - the carpet and the rug need a good washing and cleaning. They were dusty and dirty. - there was no conditioner or body lotion provided. It is very usual to have these amenities. I never carry them to any holiday stay overs. - the AC won’t go more than 24C, which is generally okay but my parents felt cold it would have been good to have extra blankets or portable fan heater or fan for summer for people with different needs. - it is next to impossible to talk to anyone. I could only contact them through TRIP.COM app or email. No one picks up the call or replied to normal message. - there were many patches on the walls and not well presented. Furniture also looked old and dirty.

River view quiet room, good location in surfers paradise. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Spa is really hot even it is outdoors. Breakfast is good but limited. TV in the room is crystal clear and quick WiFi. After staying 5 days, the breakfast is boring, almost same everyday. The bar is great next to the swimming pool. But the swimming pool is too cold to swim without any warm water. In short, I will come back.

Hotel centrally located at Surfer Paradise,very convenient. Hotel has both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Breakfast is fantastic. Laundry facilities at the apartment was excellent. Hotel staffs at reception was helpful.

Staying at Mantra Sun City Resort was such a pleasant experience! 🏝There is a spacious sea view balcony, where you can enjoy the magnificent sea view every morning, which is refreshing. 🌊 There is also a convenient tram stop downstairs of the resort, making transportation more convenient. It is very convenient whether you are exploring the city or enjoying the surrounding scenery. 🚋 The room is very spacious and comfortable, making it ideal for a family vacation or a gathering of friends. 🏠 Mantra Sun City Resort provides an excellent accommodation experience, both in terms of facilities and services. 👍 ~Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable vacation! 🌟🌴~

Pretty good overall. Although our view was partially obstructed by the building in front, we could still enjoy a good portion of the sea view. The kids had a fantastic time, and the two bedrooms and two bathrooms were ideal for our family with children.

I cannot speak highly enough of this place!!! After having a horrible experience at another hotel, I moved myself and my kids here last minute. Arriving early after checking out from the horrible place at 10am, I expected to have to drop our bags and wait until 2pm for check in. The staff at the front counter heard about our previous hotel, and allowed to go to our room when we arrived, over 2 hours before check in!! The resort has EVERYTHING you need. All of the staff are friendly and helpful. Suitable for kids of all ages with soooooo much to do. I have already been looking at booking again to stay soon! Thanks so much for our amazing 24 hour stay!!!
