The hotel environment is beautiful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant once before, and I wanted to experience it once. The location of the restaurant is great, the view is expansive, the autumn scenery is beautiful, and the meal is also very good. The room is spacious and comfortable. The room I booked has two balconies with beautiful views on both sides. The attitude of the service staff is very good, and the service is very considerate and meticulous. Very recommended to stay.

The room is very small, the bed is about 90cm, it is easy to fall off the bed when turning over. In South Africa, almost all hotels do not have slippers and toiletries, you need to bring your own. The breakfast is expensive, but it is very average. At first, I thought the hotel was okay, not too satisfied but not to the point of complaining, but on the last night I was very dissatisfied! From 1:00 to 5:00 in the morning, the toilet was very smelly, and the smell was not dissipated in the room. I tried to flush the toilet several times but it didn't help, so I didn't sleep all night. After I complained by phone in the morning, the manager said he would come, but he didn't come. This feeling is very, very bad! ! ! !

This is my second time returning to the hotel after my first trip. They remembered my name as I arrived which shows great attention to detail with customer care. I upgraded to the suite for this particular visit and honestly it was a great decision. Look forward to visiting them again when I go back to South Africa in a year’s time.

What an amazing location, so convenient and safe. I loved the room with little balcony overlooking the pool, just fabulous. Awesome breakfast and amazing service by Sharon and Sello. I felt properly spoilt. Truly lovely experience.

I brought my son -25 with me. The location is the best feature and the facility is so clean. It looks like a new building. It is accessible to everything and within walking distance. This location is for the ones who don’t mind being lazy and just staying in one location. Or the adventure to go out and explore. Uber is readily accessible. It has a nightlife for those who want a drink and music and during the day plenty of food and shopping choices. Nelson Mandela Square, Melrose Arch,and many other frequently visit attractions are all located within the area.

Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. The receptionist man was extremely helpful in directing us where to park and moved our 2 heavy luggages up the staircase to 2nd floor. The buffet breakfast was extremely well served, even with Prosecco. The restaurant was facing the garden which was so comfortable under the beautiful weather. The room was very cleaned and professionally equipped with all amenities. The building was a heritage building with lots of art pieces to admire. It was a very pleasant experience to stay here.

Very simple and a bit outdated hotel. The location is central, they also provide free underground parking garage, which is very convenient. The bathroom is small, the shower is a plastic box, too small to turn around. Try to set a sea view room, it is much brighter than the ordinary room, much more pleasant. Breakfast is in the basement, Canteen style, everything is simple, you won't want to spend time here and enjoy it slowly. Coffee is authentic Italian. In short, it is a convenient place to sleep well.

The room is a little small, but it's clean and hygienic. The bathroom has also been renovated and is very neat and clean. The service attitude of the staff is also good. I often ask the front desk to help call a taxi. There are 2 good restaurants nearby, one is Wenzhou Restaurant and the other is Food Line Work (see picture), both of which are pretty good. The hotel's own restaurant didn't taste very good. The lobster pasta I ordered didn't even have half of it, and there were very few lobsters. The disadvantage is that it is a bit far from the city center and there is only one scenic spot nearby (see picture), but it is cost-effective. The hotel itself does not have a beach, swimming pool or gym. Need to go to the beach by yourself
