This hotel is in a refurbished building that was built in 16th century for travelers along the silken road. The wonderful courtyard was for the horses and carriages, now for breakfast and a restaurant. Good atmosphere

The first room we were setting was not working on television, nor was the clothes in the toilet worked on the sleeve, even the sleeve was struck. The relevant and kind reception officer changed our room on our request. In our new room, the door of the room was not closed outside. The hotel is located in a very central location. The hotel is rich. The staff are very concerned. The hotel staff I learned that it was especially Elbistanian was warm and very kind.

The rooms were well looked out of cleanliness and design was all in order. Service and breakfast were also absolutely in order. The bathroom has shown a lot of weaknesses: It always came before that from the bathroom an extreme canalization smell came at which it was not to attribute where exactly the came from... With each shower water flowed from the shower cabin that over the tiles The carpet was walked under the door to the carpet in the room and the carpet was always extremely wet.

Very good location for exploration in the city centre. You have to walk well 2 km from the railway station, but that's perfectly okay, since you're right in the city centre. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was varied and delicious! It's really worth more than one 3-Sterne-Hotel! We'll come back.

After we arrived, the service staff was very enthusiastic and strongly recommended us to go to another hotel, saying that the room was bigger and better, and closer to the tourist attractions. The location is indeed super good, but the hotel is very small, the suitcase can't be put in, and the bed is even smaller, about 90 cm. I feel cheated. . . The service staff is very arrogant. There are no other rooms. They won't change us, and we can't change back to the previous hotel. . How to say it, it's terrible to bring leaders out. This place is suitable for young people to come, go back and fall asleep, and go to the Internet celebrity restaurant to punch in and eat in the morning. In short, this hotel is extreme, the location is extremely good, and the room is extremely bad. You can choose it yourself. I cannot say cause I did not stay in this hotel, they introduced another hotel nearby. Room is so small, location is good.hmm..

The hotel facilities are very old; it's the worst Crowne Plaza I've ever stayed in regarding amenities. The key card was difficult to insert into the power slot, and many parts of the room showed signs of aging. We even had an issue where the room door jammed and we couldn't get in, but thankfully a staff member helped us open it.

The hotel was quite nice, but I expected more from a 4-star hotel. Positive sides are a nice room, clean bathroom, amenities and most of all the position between two metro stations. Basically it's about a 10-12 minute walk from each of them. The staff was friendly and they helped me with the luggage. Breakfast was very good, with a large choice of Turkish food. The only thing they missed was Turkish coffee. Negative sides are that the swimming pool wasn't working in the morning. That was actually the main reason why I chose that hotel, but apparently the pool starts working at 12 o'clock. The other negative is poor sound isolation. I heard my neighbours and everyone walking and talking in the corridor. However, the street sound was eliminated to zero when you close the windows.

This is quite simply the best Hotel! it’s in a great location in the heart of the tourist district, but on a quiet street where you won’t be disturbed. The rooms are clean and tidy; the staff speak several languages and are always ready to help you, but the most important thing—the reason I’ll now choose this hotel every time I return to Istanbul—is just how kind, helpful and honest the staff are. I lost my bank card and thought I’d left it on the plane, but it turned out I’d left it in the room, and the staff couldn’t reach me via WhatsApp, so they started looking for me on other messaging apps and found me, told me I’d left my bank card, and kept it safe for me. I picked it up later when I had a layover in Istanbul. They’re simply the best!!!!

Not sure why this is a 5-star hotel. The amenities are just okay and the room has more of a 3-star feel. The AC did not work well - we woke up feeling very hot in the middle of the night even though we set the AC to the lowest temperature. On the last night, water was leaking from the ceiling near the AC which just confirmed our experience. We told the concierge and they just put some towels in the ceiling to absorb the water (as a temporary fix?). Hope they permanently fixed it by now.

We liked the hotel's location; there are restaurants, bars, and supermarkets nearby. The hotel itself is in good condition, with a clean outdoor pool, sun loungers, and a green lawn in the courtyard, as well as a spa area with a sauna and hammam. Our room was very clean. While the hotel is advertised as a 5-star, the service and other aspects, like the bedding, don't quite meet that standard. Nevertheless, we still enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel. The staff are responsive. I especially want to commend the guys at the reception who helped me move to another room, and Gonca, the manager, who was very kind in the restaurant. On the downside, the bed linen was old. Also, for some reason, the staff at the spa start kicking everyone out at 9:30 PM, even though the spa is supposed to be open until 10:00 PM.

The rooms were, as always, very comfortable, and the bathroom system was excellent. The hotel view was also beautiful, especially from the breakfast restaurant, in the innermost corner, where you can see the strait – truly a delightful breakfast experience. If I had to pick a downside, it would be the surprisingly strict security check to enter The Ritz-Carlton in Istanbul, where both people and bags have to be scanned! I later found out that many diplomats stay here… so… you get it. The hotel provided various chocolates, as shown in the picture. The toiletries cost 45 Euros per bottle if you take them home, but you can use them freely inside the hotel. There were many old maps of Istanbul in the hallway, and my child spent a long time studying them with great interest.
