What can I say - the best hotel in the city, keeps the brand! In general, I liked everything. I was pleased with the presence of a bar and a wine list in the room. In terms of wishes - it would be nice to equip smoking areas. Of the minuses - a long checkout, they wanted to shortchange for a paid dinner.

Stay was comfortable..however the food policy needs to be upgraded for people checking on post lunch time due to flight delay. They close lunch and only snacks arw available and we cannot order from outside. When i told will prder and eat outside the hotel, then only they allow me to take outsode food. Better we eat out and then checkin at this hotel.

Hyatt is the best hotel in Ludhiana. The location is very good. It is adjacent to a Shipping mall and ca n’t adapt to Indian food. You can go to this mall to eat KPF or McDonald ’s. Well, including the security staff at the entrance are polite. We rented a car from the hotel to the airport, and the lobby manager was always with us outside the door until the car came, and we also deliberately brought some bottles of mineral water. sincere gratitude. The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. The overall experience was avarage. I have called 2 time to room service for water and one more thing. But they haven't responded. I had to call again and again. While having breakfast in morning. The steward was asking. Again and again my room numbers than she went to her senior and senior again asked my room number. It was quite embarrassing for me i had a feeling that i stepped inside the restaurant without any permission.
