When I checked in, it was the rainy season. The humidity in the room was particularly heavy, and the floors were not dry. I felt that the staff was not clean. My personal belongings were passive. Fortunately, the thief was not particularly smart. Take care of your personal belongings. But this is already the best hotel in the area, the buffet is cheap and the variety is good. There are quite a lot of gym facilities, as if there is a swimming pool on the top of the building.

As such location is good. But during heavy rains, there is ankle deep dirty water in front of hotel. Car parking and removal is difficult. Upkeep of hotel is not impressive. Outside bath room a small carpet is necessary. Tv ac working remotes are not properly checked. Overall needs improvement. Full money worth is not realised. Rajahmundry is not well maintained city

The hotel is located in a strategic location. I had a late night check-in and it was a bit unwelcoming since the concierge were chilling on the couch until I had to call onto them. I also called for the concierge twice to assist me with baggages but no one answered the phone for 4-5 times, and when answered no one actually came to assist me until I walked down and informed them again. Booked Hotel for 1 night with Family. Terrible experience
1. Toiletries were missing, hand towel and floor mat not available in washroom, had to call housekeeping multiple times
2. Ordered Paneer Makhani but delivered Daal Makhni , hotel staff denied his mistake and later on admitted and replaced but breada got dried
3. Poor Housekeeping inside the room, small bugs observed, floor not cleaned from corners, dust visible
4. WC flush was not working properly
5. Gave Car to Valet stafd of Hotel for parking, found lot of red marks on the car, AC was on, mishandling observed
please don't take this hotel with your family specially kids.

The overall experience was avarage. I have called 2 time to room service for water and one more thing. But they haven't responded. I had to call again and again. While having breakfast in morning. The steward was asking. Again and again my room numbers than she went to her senior and senior again asked my room number. It was quite embarrassing for me i had a feeling that i stepped inside the restaurant without any permission. Because it is a three-star hotel in the region, I think that facilities are inevitable. The shower / toilet is a bit hard if you are Japanese ... the shower hot water didn't come out, the first day was flushed with water, but the second day couldn't stand, and when I contacted the front, I put plenty of hot water in a big bucket He brought me to the room. The restaurant meal was delicious and authentic Indian food. I think that it is probably higher than the restaurants in the city, but I think that it is good because you can have a good meal in the hotel.SOLD OUT

ALready stayed there 3-4 times. this is the first time i experienced such hassels. Matress was not at all comfortable. Master switch turn off all the lights. No carry bag for dirty clothes, No sleepers, No dental kit, No shoe cleaner.
