At first I couldn't find the way, and the boss came out to pick me up. The boss is very good and very careful to introduce the facilities of my homestay and take me up. I live on the third floor. When I open the door, I feel that I want the comfortable personal space. There are also some aromatherapy books in the room. Very intimate ～ I also introduced me to a lot of Hengchun Kenting to see the place. Next time I come to Hengchun Talk will also stay here ～

Encountered a few minor problems, but the lady boss’s service was too good, and they were all resolved. From a hearty breakfast to a variety of warm tips and introductions. When I finally left, there was a problem with the car reservation, and the lady boss arranged a special car. This service is worth 6 stars

It was the perfect time we spent in Grand Mercure lampung. Booked 5 rooms for families gathering. The room is very clean and comfy, and room temperature is easy to adjust My room is over looking to the ocean and hills In the morning, I can see local people jogging on car free days. If I know earlier, I would love to join All amenities are good products and work well. We also enjoyed the time by doing dancing and swimming on the poolside . It's amazing that they provide hot water for showers at the swimming pool. Breakfast was rich and tasted good with lots of my local snacks. All staff from the front desk, concierge, and room service are very friendly, I drove electric cars, and they allowed me to park at the lobby parking. I am so happy , because I drove so far from Jakarta and got tired and he allowed me to park near the lobby that's a lot. Thank you for understanding. The hotel has a nice setting out around the pool. The rooms are ok , but lack maintenance (cabinet door jammed and the faucets were lose …and other stuff like that ) . The staff is very friendly. . The overall facilities are limited , is a medium size hotel . Restaurant and breakfast on the average side , not much to offer and not that good . Expected a little better standard’s for a Sheraton ; yet still a good stay .

Overall I had a good stay at the hotel. Location is excellent and it has coffee oey out front to hang out also indomaret and alfamart just accross the street is really convenient. A/C and the water was excellent as well. However, the bed has some kind of beach sands when I stay, so I have to remake the bed and get rid of those sands. Also, one thing that need improvement is you should put ”quiet” sign or something like that since many kids was running along the hall and make terrible noise. If this can be improved you have awesome hotel when guest can stay comfortably.
