I used it for transit. When I tried to request a bus shuttle service from the airport to the hotel on the day of the trip, I felt uneasy because the phone number listed on trip.com and the website could not be connected for about 9 hours. We recommend that you request it in advance. There seems to be one train every hour to take us back to the airport, so they arranged it for us. Other services were fine.
