I spent one night with my family, it is an average hotel, not to say mediocre. Poor quality of service Staff or not attentive Cleaning lady too. the connecting room key ya pa? The balcony table is not …..: Too many staff but not guaranteeing minimum quality of service to satisfy customers For the director: we must invest more for The reception The catering The staff But: The strong point of this hotel The swimming pool it is big and clean… Thank you

Je ne c’est par où commencer, Un hôtel d’une défaillance inimaginable, de toute ma vie je n’ai jamais vue un hôtel aussi salle ! En commençant par l’accueil ou par les chambres une honte ! Arrivée à 13h une chambre à 15h pour que rien ne fonctionne et avoir une nouvelle chambre à 22h00 avec un enfant d’un an sous canicule ni clim ni frigo pour rafraîchir bébé ! Un personnel endormis aucune réactivité de la part des employés et encore moins des responsable, intoxication alimentaire en prime en vue de leur petit déjeuner médiocre sans parler de la clientèle qui manque d’éducation ! Des mégots de cigarette dans les couloirs et poubelles devant les ascenseurs , femme de ménage qui travail par dépit, un séjours plus que catastrophique ! Piscine et plage d’un manque d’hygiène insupportable nager avec des assiete et dès paquet de chips en supplément !aucune civilisation Bravo pour l’image que vous véhiculer à notre si beau pays !

نأسف لفندق بهذا الحجم غير منظم،غرف النوم كاااااارثة عظمى ،منذ وصولنا لم نرى عاملات نظافة ؟؟ غرفة متسخة رائحة غير محبوبة في الغرف ،تسرب للماء بعد الدوش....منشافات غير موجودة حتى بعد الطلب لعدة مرات ...و غيرها من الكوارث حقا نأسف لحال هذا الفندق ...لا أنصح به نهائيا

À FUIRE !!!!!!! Après avoir changé de chambre plusieurs fois les unes sont plus pires que les autres. Nous demandons des serviettes depuis 15h ça nous répond « aller manger en revenant vous aurez tout dans votre chambre » à 01h23 toujours rien et quand on se plaint on nous répond « vous n’avez qu’à partir si ça ne vous plaît pas ». CATASTROPHIQUE !!!!!! Quant à la propreté je n’ose pas parler des traces de cigarettes, des cendres dans le tiroir et des douches qui ne se ferment même pas sans oublier les cafards écrasés dans le couloir. On vous promet de belles chambres mais c’est plutôt l’enfer. Un personnel accueillant mais qui vous fait juste patienter jusqu’à ce que vous abandonniez. Inadmissible !

Un séjour catastrophique, staff déborder et arrogant, saleté, ménage pas fait des jours. Des chambres remises aux clients avec des toiles d’araignées derrière les portes. Même les partis communes de l’hôtel sont dans un état catastrophique de saletés. Je déconseille cette hôtel vivement. Ne mérite même pas une étoile.
