The price is cheap, but the Wrocław hotel is not expensive either. I just wanted to save money, but actually there is no need. Compared with chain youth hostels, the conditions are average, but the price is summer and the booking is relatively late there, so I didn’t bother. Very complaining.

Altstadt fußläufig in 10 min erreichbar. Parkplätze sind rar in Wroclaw, unbedingt dazubuchen, falls man mit dem Auto anreist, auf Hotelgelände gibt es einen kleinen Parkplatz und 2 E-Ladesäulen, neben dem Hotel einen grösseren Parkplatz. Parken ist aber teuer.

Mrs. Agata said that I checked in at the reception desk at 1:20 pm, and she said I would check in after 3:00 pm. I asked if there are other solutions or room possibilities, Mr. Agata holds the ID card in his hand It is personal and shameful to say that you do not understand Polish! The two couples checked in after me without any problems, but the room availability is different due to the standard or arrangement of the bed The Marriott applauded with such rude applause. cerium

The interior details are impressive and give a very high-end feeling. The staff were friendly, warm, and very helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even more pleasant. All of the amenities feel premium and well-maintained. The room itself was fantastic — stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. Another big advantage is the location. The hotel is conveniently located close to the train station, making it very easy to travel around the city. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Wrocław!

This hotel isn't just close to the Christmas market; it feels like it's right inside it! The location was absolutely perfect, and it's super close to the bus stop too. As for amenities, it was simple, as is common in Europe, with no toothbrush, but I was grateful for the body lotion, especially for my dry winter skin. The shower pressure and temperature were both excellent. Plus, there were cute dwarf statues in front of the hotel building!

Amazing hotel with fantastic service. The lobby to the hotel is vast, grand and extremely clean and well maintained. All reception staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. The room was superbly clean and very well presented and large. The bed was so comfortable. Dressing gowns and slippers provided). The Gym was free to use anytime and the Spa was very nice and for the price (£5 per hour per person) was a fantastic price. The breakfast choice was vast with hot food, cold meats and cheeses, salads, breads, pancakes and other cakes, coffee, teas and various cold juices. The hotel is very well located right next to the Old Town Square which has plenty of restaurants and bars for a good night out. A perfect stay and I would 100% stay there again. 5 out 5 for me and would advise anyone looking to stay in Wroclaw to stay here. You certainly wouldn't be disappointed.

The tram passed right in front of the hotel. The breakfast was more than adequate. It was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly. I would recommend it to everyone. We stayed for 5 days. There was a large supermarket chain nearby, and a very close intercity bus and train station, as well as a large shopping mall.

Our stay at Hotel Europejski Wrocław was a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement. Booking the hotel was a breeze, especially through Trip.com. The process was straightforward and hassle-free, which added to the convenience of our trip. The location is fantastic, offering easy access to the city centre and public transportation. One of the highlights of our stay was the mulled wine and winter tea served at the hotel café. They were absolutely delightful and perfect for the chilly winter weather! The room ambience was almost similar to Hotel Hetman in Warsaw—cozy and functional—but there were some issues. Every time we entered, the room smelled like wet carpet, which was unpleasant. Additionally, it lacked basic amenities such as an iron, ironing board, fridge, and slippers, which was disappointing. The room also wasn’t warm enough for winter, although the water heater and pressure were consistent, which was a relief. Unfortunately, the walls were quite thin, and we could hear our neighbours talking, which affected the overall comfort. Housekeeping did an excellent job of ensuring the room was tidy, though they strictly followed the “clean my room” tag system. On one occasion, even with the tag hung, our room wasn’t cleaned, but it was resolved the next day. The café staff were friendly and attentive, even though one staff member had limited English. Their effort to serve us to the best of their ability was commendable. Breakfast, however, was underwhelming, especially compared to our previous stays at Hotel Hetman in Warsaw and Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, which offered a more varied and higher-quality breakfast experience. Overall, while the hotel has its advantages, such as its location, easy booking process, and some friendly staff, the room conditions, breakfast, and service inconsistencies leave room for improvement. That said, don’t miss the mulled wine and winter tea if you stay here!

The hotel's location is excellent, perfectly situated between the main train station and the old town, making transportation incredibly convenient. Major bus routes stop right by the hotel, providing easy access to anywhere in the city. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and provided attentive service, making us feel right at home. The hotel breakfast exceeded our expectations; whether it was the cold dishes, hot food, drinks, desserts, or fruits, the quality was outstanding, and the variety was extensive enough to satisfy all guests. The guest rooms were well-equipped, clean, and tidy overall, with spacious and bright bathrooms. The only minor drawback was the low water pressure in the shower, which I hope the hotel will improve. Overall, this is a highly recommended hotel. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.
