Forgotten to write a review here last month right after my visit. Hilton has never disappointed me. Although it was just a short stay for a night, we felt welcomed. Diego was the best of the best in the hotel, he managed to get us checked in within minutes. The rooms were great as well, overlooking the cricket ground. Well maintained throughout the entire property. The only downside is with the bed, it is relatively small compared to other Hilton's King size beds. Don't forget to bring your own slippers as they don't provide with any. It would be best to have some stock there and make it available upon request (maybe at a charge to cover the extra cost?). The staff at the breakfast lounge were great as well, helped me heated up my croissant, which makes it a wonderful day to start with. Will definitely be there again when I visit Manchester or Liverpool.

We were staying the night before running Manchester Half Marathon. At check in, we were offered a free room upgrade (pitch view, balcony), and a late check out to give us time to have a shower etc after the run. Changes to arrival and departure arrangements due to closed roads were emailed well in advance and well marshalled. We ate in the restaurant and the menu included a half-marathon special. Food was delicious and very well presented. When heading out for the run, the hotel provided free water and bananas. Fantastic stay, very well looked after and a perfect way to prepare for the half-marathon. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn 😊👍
