Clean and hygienic, the waiters are very good, the breakfast is delicious, and the restaurant is also good. The heated swimming pool is not afraid of cold weather. Walk to the town in a few minutes. The surrounding landscape is very beautiful. It's worth coming again.

Cumbres 수회 방문,Wyndham 변경 된 후 첫 방문. 분위기가 좀 밝아짐(따뜻한 분위기가 사라짐) 끝방을 받았는데 호수는 보이지 않았고 침대 머리 쪽 창에서 찬바람이 세어 들어옴. 난방기의 온도는 30도 셋팅하였으나 소리만 크고 바람은 거의 나오지않았으며 실온 23도에서 올라가지 않음. 프론트 연락 후 담당자 방문하였으나 온도계로 체크후 정상이다. 어쩔 수 없다...아쉬운 대처. 위치와 깔끔함은 좋으나 방 배정은 복불복. 층볅양쫅끍방은 피핽, 륡층돍피핡길춝쳔함미당

Check-in was smooth, service was in place, the attitude was warm and polite, the room view was very good, the breakfast was divided into time periods, the hotel was well managed, the pool had a slide, it was recommended to stay.

The hotel itself was lovely and very warm and comfy. The restaurant isn't in the same building, but not a drama, but for our supper we got charged nearly 100 thousand pesos, ny partners had eaten his food before I got my steak, out potatoes and chips were cold, and by time my steak finally arrived my chips were totally cold. Breakfast was fine and plentiful.

The hotel is quite historical, but it is well maintained. The more pleasant surprise is the wooden structure Gothic style; in addition, the hotel's restaurant guests have a 20% discount, the standard is good, the dishes are satisfactory.

In general, no weak point, the food was very good in the restaurant, the friendliness of all the outstanding staff, the heated pool was very pleasant, the state-of-the-art gym invited you to continue practicing without getting tired... The wonderful breakfast, the rooms with a beautiful view, and completely acoustic... We will return to the Marriott in Puerto Montt, Chile. I would definitely recommend it.

A good place, comfortable, beautiful, well located, quiet... But if they are indeed four-star hotels, there are some details that need to be improved... For example, the dirt on the sheets is obviously stained by liquid. Those stains are not very good. Even so, this place is beautiful and the location is very good. Better than other hotels in the industry.

The room we had had an amazing view, and the most awesome comfortable bed with the best pillows ever. The evening meal was a disappointment, and breakfast was plentiful just manic, with so many people and not enough places to sit.

Everything was fine, except breakfast is a disaster in terms of organization, availability of tables, availability of food and drinks. Since there is no private parking lot, parking in the mall parking lot is a real problem and chaos. I will not return. Greetings.

The hotel is in a spectacularly wonderful location, overlooking the lake. The only drawbacks for us were the beds (which were single beds), and the restaurant. The buffet breakfast was fine, but that's where it came to a grinding halt was., unfortunately. Items on the menus were not available, and the quality of the food was below par. It's a shame because a hotel with wonderful views like that should have a good chef and a bustling restaurant. I don't know, but I don't think it got any external guests while we were there and if so, that would be the reason. I hasten to add that we did not eat any of the Chilean dishes on the menu, just the standard Western fare of pizzas or toasted sandwiches. But the staff were wonderful - particularly Martin in the restaurant. Very friendly and helpful.
