The room is quite big and clean, and the sound is too big. The sound of the air conditioner was huge, the room was very poorly sounded (the next door was able to hear everything), and the sound in the hallway was heard clearly. The house cleaning staff is also very rude. The undisturbed sign fell to the ground, and after violently knocking on the door, the door was directly pushed in, or it was early in the morning. However, parking is very convenient, and the commissary downstairs can also meet basic needs.

You can easily reach tourist spots by subway. The facility was new and comfortable. The cleaning staff feels good. The hotel has a dining room.

I'll admit that I was a little nervous with the number of events and activities in and around the hotel, but I had a very pleasant and peaceful experience. Spacious room and great stay over 4 nights. I'll look here first if I return to Phoenix.

We stayed for 4 nights as a golf/sun getaway. Front desk workers were very friendly and helpful, room was clean, towels were soft, breakfast was adequate. The pool area was clean with plenty of towels and the tile work in the hot tub is beautiful.

I travel an average of 180 days a year for work. I love Embassy Suites and stay at them as much as I can. As a Diamond member for years, I can say Rob at the bar stands out as one of the most genuine people I’ve ever met. The entire staff, Billy, the food and beverage manager as well as Irene Contreras in sales are top notch. Everyone went out of their way to make this hotel stand out and make an impression. I will make sure I stay at this Embassy Suites anytime I come to Phoenix, not only because of the staff, but because it is a very clean and nice Embassy.

This was one of the nicer Hamptons I've stayed at. It was well modernized and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easily walkable to the convention center and downtown, a few blocks away. Breakfast was the usual (with plenty of waffle makers even with a packed breakfast room). Spent 5 nights here and it was great!

The hotel environment is super beautiful, very close to the surrounding shopping centers, very convenient. The rooms are clean and tidy and well equipped. Special open-air swimming pools and amusement facilities are complete, and the sanitary environment is super good. Warm and thoughtful service, very good hotel
