Sheraton's brand is tall. On the day of arrival, since the ship arrived at Rhode Island early in the morning, we arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock, and there were no vacant rooms to check in. The little brother at the front desk informed the room to be prepared first, and would clean up and arrange for us to check in as soon as a guest checks out. The guy at the front desk saw that we were bored while waiting, so he took the initiative to ask us if we needed breakfast, and then took us to have breakfast, that is to say, he gave us a free breakfast, because the order did not include breakfast on the day of check-in, very user-friendly, great Thumbs up!

Pool bar, different performances every night from Thursday to Sunday, very romantic. The service is of course decent and warm. The hotel also provides mailing services, which is very convenient. We really enjoyed our stay at Princess Andriana Resort & Spa. We had a room with a private pool, and it was a great experience. Even though the water was already a bit cool at the end of September, we still used it and enjoyed the privacy a lot. The beach is sandy and very pleasant, and the food was tasty with good variety. Overall, the atmosphere of the hotel felt relaxing and well-organized. The animation team kept a very low profile and was barely noticeable throughout our stay. In contrast, we would like to give a very special thanks to Stefi, the lifeguard at the big water slides. She is an incredibly kind, warm and smiling person, always attentive and positive. She truly made our experience even better. She even congratulated me on my birthday in such a kind and thoughtful way — it meant a lot to me. Wishing her all the best and great success in the future. Overall, we had a lovely holiday and would gladly consider returning in the future.

Well-located hotel, very close to Rhodes Town and the airport. We had a room with a magnificent sea view. The pool and surrounding area are very pleasant and well-equipped. Easy access to the beach with free, comfortable lounge chairs. The beach is pebbly and right next to the sea. Very good breakfast with plenty of variety. We stayed half-board and opted for dinner. The dinner buffet was excellent for our four-day stay.

All of the staffs were super friendly . This is my first time in Rhodes and I will definately come back for sure. The building of hotel itself has very antique vibe and well decorated and actually has some history of some decades. Especially beautiful in the morning . If you book sea view room , you can see sunrise above the sea. It’s fantastic. Recommend to take a walk around hotel. Also breakfast was very nice. They got buffet style but also make you freshly cooked menu as well.
