I chose Four Seasons among St. Regis, Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons. One of the reasons was the convenient parking and swimming pool. The service at the front desk was good. I don't know if it was because his English was not standard or because our English was too poor. Anyway, I didn't understand much, but it didn't affect my stay. Facilities: Ctrip standard. The only platinum hotel in Amman, the facilities are definitely good and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable, albeit soft, but refreshing. The feeling of quilt and pillow touching the skin is also very comfortable. But there are holes in the sheets, why don’t you change them? ! The pajamas are made of poor material and feel too stiff. Hygiene: The surface is good, but the details are not. The stains on the bottom of the toothbrush cup are quite obvious. Didn’t you see it? This is not the level of Four Seasons. Environment: Opposite is the Ritz-Carlton, and the main road downstairs is a bit noisy. Service: If the service at this price is not good, it would be a shame for the Four Seasons. There are not many types of breakfast, but the ingredients and products are still of high quality. The welcome dessert is a highlight, a local specialty.

It is said that this is the best hotel in Amman. After checking in, I felt it was really good. The hotel has free valet parking, the room decoration is very new and luxurious, the service staff are very polite and enthusiastic. I met the coach Ahmad Awad in the gym in the morning. He taught me various exercises and equipment very patiently. In addition, there are a lot of nuts and fruits for breakfast. I really like it.

Disappointing stay The public facilities in the hotel are perfect, but there are many problems in other aspects. Room 1) The bed is too soft, and the whole person is sunk in the bed. 2) The air conditioner is still very cold when the temperature is adjusted to the highest (28 degrees), and the room will be very hot when the air conditioner is turned off. 3) The bath water is not very hot when it reaches the highest point. 4) The bathtub is not cleaned, and you can see a layer of oil floating on the water after putting the water in. Poor service. 1) I called for toiletries, but I didn't deliver it after waiting for 20 minutes. 2) The waiter in the breakfast restaurant ignored the guests. They sat down for five minutes. Several waiters walked by and looked at each other, but no one came to ask if they needed water or order. The choice of breakfast is very limited and not tasty.

Comfortable rooms, spacious enough for our belongings, and great location. Service was great, all the staff were for the most part excellent. Spa, gym and pool facilities were also amazing.

The hotel is very nice, near to the downtown and shopping complex mall and I enjoyed the breakfast served by the hotel. The hotel room is so good and clean too. In conclusion, I will recommend others about this hotel.

Absolutely mind-blowing — exceptional service and generosity. From the moment I arrived at Armand Jordan, I was impressed. I checked in quite late, around 11 p.m., but the team was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I had requested an upgrade and specifically a penthouse suite with a bathtub by the window — a fairly big ask — and they not only fulfilled it but upgraded me from a $2,000 room for three nights to a $6,000 suite. I honestly could not fault them in any way. The staff were supportive, attentive, and went out of their way to make everything seamless. Breakfast wasn’t originally included, but they generously added it for me at no extra cost, which was a lovely gesture. Everything about this hotel — the service, the attention to detail, the experience — was exceptional. I would return here again and again without hesitation.

The rooms are modern and well-equipped, featuring smart lighting and automated curtains for a touch of luxury. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, offering great value for money. This hotel is an ideal choice for both short business trips and leisure stays. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely be back!

My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Amman. Highly recommend for both business and leisure travelers—I can't wait to return!
