It is perfectly fit for 1 couple and 1-2 children. Close to Kingston but quiet and safe. All you need during travel would not miss or difficult to find. Jannette is a nice host quick response and helpful. All family members slept well and ate well.

Calme et confortable, isolé du tohu bohu londonien sans être loin des transports. Très bien insonorisé, je n’ai pas entendu le pub. Pratique pour y manger. First of all, let's talk about the internet. The wifi is very slow and you can only use the simplest WeChat. If you want fast internet, you have to pay, 5 pounds a day. Secondly, there are a lot of food outside, which is very convenient. Turn left and then right at the door and you will reach Kingston Railway Station. You can buy a one-day train ticket for 16.6 pounds, which can be used for trains, subways, and buses.

The location is good 5 mins walkable distance to city centre.Many shops and martlet nearby. The room is clean, the bed is big, everything is acceptable. Quiet room good for sleep. But there is no refrigerator.

First time I have stayed there hotel is beautiful and peaceful surroundings. It was a break for me and my wife as my mum passed 10 days ago and we wanted a break. Nice big room shame no bath, only problem we were near the staff exit and heard noise till late and very early in the morning. I complained to receptionist and we have a discounted rate next time we stay. Staff all very helpful and friendly.

Hotel was busy with a very loud wedding. My room was starting to look and feel dated. Was outstanding 8 years ago. now less than average. I feel a modernisation plan would help. biggest gripe was breakfast stopped at 10am on a Sunday. we went down at 09.30 and they where starting to clear away. I personally think 10.30 or 11am would be more customer focused on a weekend. However check out time is 11am. again too early. Just my thoughts.

My room iwas a diuble bed room with a sofa. It was clean clean and comfortable. The breakfast is good. Reasonable price. The staff was frendly and helpful. I had an urgent meeting and requested the staff to extend the check out time. The staff extended the change our check out time for free. It was a 6 mins driving distance to the town centre and railway station. It is good for those who drive. Free parking.But if you don't drive, the hotel may not be the perfect choice.

Very noisy at night. I had to go and purchase some ear plugs for second night due to only having a few hours sleep previous night from the noise. Plenty of teabags and milk provided but no spoons! Bedside light had no bulb in so had to have big light on. TV in room had poor signal so every station jumps. Bathroom door needs cleaning and overall room needs some updating
