Excellent hotel, just a 2-minute walk from the central square. The property boasts three restaurants. We tried the Moroccan one and were impressed with the excellent quality of the food at a reasonable price. The room was better than we had imagined: spacious and equipped with every comfort. The bathroom was spotless and stocked with excellent toiletries. The staff was friendly and helpful, and in keeping with a 5-star hotel. Check-in wasn't the fastest; we would have expected a welcome drink while waiting for such a high-end property, but that wasn't the case. We weren't able to try the amenities because we didn't have much time, but the pool and relaxation room looked top-notch.

It is a hotel I would confidently recommend, whether for a family vacation or a business trip. I would also like to thank Ms. Imane for her kind assistance during check-in. She was very helpful and welcoming. The overall ambiance of the hotel is wonderful. It has large gardens and beautiful swimming pools, and I believe everyone can enjoy their time here comfortably. However, I do not think it is the right hotel policy to charge an extra fee for using the indoor spa pool.

It was rly amazing, the Hotel looks so impressive inside and you can discover so much. The stuff is very helpful and kind. What i not liked. - the security stopped me and asked if i am a guest i found it a bit of insulting. At the end he not even apologized for asking. - we booked 2 rooms. instead of bringing both of us in each room they brought me and my friend to my room and just after asking they setuped the room for my friend - i used the minibar and drunk one beer after i wanted to pick the 2nd one i figured out someone drunk it already and putt it empty in the fridge. My luck i could solve the issue quickly with the stuff and i not had to pay it. But at this price just disappointing. Overall we had a great stay and it was very comfortable in the room and the park is great so also the cocktails and food.  If i would come back, yes with my Girlfriend a bit longer to discover more whats hidden in this Magical Hotel

The hotel is located in the heart of the old town. Close to an ancient tomb that is more than 500 years old. There are many people visiting every day. This hotel can be said to be called Taoyuan in the city, but the surrounding environment is not very good. According to the waiter, the hotel started building a new building in 2002 and first bought a house, and later bought eight more. The owner, a Frenchman, renovated the nine houses as a whole and connected them together. The design is very elegant, reflecting the Moroccan national style. Every detail is very delicate and can be called a work of art. The three-story roof is covered with flowers and various layouts. Very novel. It feels extremely cozy. The hotel's food and beverage varieties are relatively small and the taste is average, not as good as other nine points. The price is not cheap either. Overall, this hotel is quite unique. Staying for a day or two is no problem.

There was not body wash in the bathroom for the first night we stayed, so we could only use hand soap for bathing after our workout at midnight. We informed the front desk staff the next morning about this and he promised to follow up. However, the body wash bottle was still empty when we returned hotel in afternoon. We again asked the cleansing lady to follow up and she said ‘OK’ to us, unfortunately the result was the same when we returned the room after dinner. I believe good services to the guests by a world class hotel is significant, so recurrence of such kind of matter should be avoided. Thanks.

Definitely a very very old heritage hotel with a lot of history! The hotel premises are stunning. The reception and lounge staff were so nice and helpful. I do think, the hotel could do with a litte but of refurbishing especially for the rooms. But I cannot complain! Got the best deal, and had a really good time and the breakfast out in the garden under orange trees was like straight out of a movie! Loved it!!! Great location, close to many more hip and happening hotels, bars, restaurants and cafes.

Reception was very good at Moroccan House, they booked a reliable airport transfer for us who actually turned up on time at 3.45 am! The air conditioner worked, unlike some other hotels close by.  It was nice having a fridge and a pool in the Summer heat.  The hotel looks like a Riad inside; much more character than it’s neighbouring hotels, also much cooler.  To top it all, Moroccan House was more affordable than the other hotels in the area.  Many thanks!

The equipment is old and the management is poor. very average hotel The problem with old star-rated hotels is not the outdated equipment, but the management, mostly the reception team. The air conditioner in the booked room was broken. I waited for two hours before I was given a room on the first floor, but the door to the garden was still broken. In other words, anyone can come in. This place is far from the attractions, so much room for improvement!
