We are not in Medulin for the first time, but we have vacationed in the hotel for the first time. We found the stay very good and did not expect it to be so good. At first there were difficulties with our booking, but the employees in the hotel tried to make the time until clarification as comfortable and stress-free as possible. The employees at Trip.vom also helped immediately and great to solve our request.
Cleanliness is valued in the hotel, even if the hotel is getting old, it is a great, varied and clean hotel.
There are various activities during the day, a delicious bistro is also on site and there is also a wide choice for breakfast (including vegan milk, for example).

Very good price / performance ratio! Great Polish facility, great spa and fitness area and very cozy terrace with a broad view at breakfast. Rooms are clean and new, the food is extraordinarily good. We would come back at any time.

I really love this hotel. I welcome cakes and bear candy on the first day. It is delicious, and the quality of the toiletries is very good. The hotel has a free mobile internet, a deposit of 200 Euros, and a refund. The breakfast area is small but it is really pleasant. Lovely hotel, amazingly centrally situated, and so we were able to walk to all the things we needed to see and do. Breakfast excellent with a good choice of hot and cold food. Staff generally very kind and polite. Our one complaint was that the TV in the bedroom we had, kept losing or freezing the picture on the BBC world news channel, and a small icon kept appearing from LG, which after waiting a while restored the screen. We complained about this on the first morning we were there, and the reception noted it and siad an engineer would go and attend to it. This was not done and for the whole stay sadly we were frustrated by the TV which was really of no use to us what so ever. I have read other similar stories on Tripadvisor about the same complaint, and so clearly the hotel is aware of the problem but seemingly chooses not to do anything about it. This is a shame, beacuse something so easy, and expected would make a huge difference to one's enjoyment of the room. I stayed here for a total of 4 nights and 5 days. This hotel was a little far from tourist attractions, but I am grateful that I was able to stay in a 5-star hotel at a good price. Scales, facilities, breakfasts, and services distinguished this hotel from four-star hotels, and staffs were exceptionally friendly. In particular, artistic architects participated in hotel construction and showed artistic interiors. Staying in a room that is comparable as a work of art was a beautiful experience of travel. I changed the room once during my stay, and the second room was perfect for both artistry and practicality in feeling like boarding a spacecraft. In the second room, I was particularly satisfied with the bathroom facilities. Also, I am especially grateful to all the staff who helped my mother, who got hurt while traveling in Toledo.FromBRL 807

The room looks amazing, the bed is nice and sturdy. Water in the room is only offered in a small plastic bottle on the first day. There is coffee/tea in the room but they only offer cups that are made from a mixture of paper and plastic, stoneware would be better, especially for a 4* hotel. It was my first time in Madrid. We travelled with my mom to celebrate her birthday and the choice couldn't be better. The location is super convenient just walking distance from the Royal Palace and many other touristic spots. The food at breakfast is varied and delicious, the smell of the hotel and the room (mint) is so delicious and the cherry on top is the super kind staff who are willing to help at anytime. Super well located, you can even see ”sol” from the terrace.
Rooms are big and spacious, however, be aware that location implies noise, you are in Downton so you might hear ambulance sirens and so on.... You will have ear plugs in case you need them.

The City View Room is really worth it! There are two large windows, one of which leads to the balcony. The city view outside the window is super beautiful! It is very clean, the bed is very large, more than two meters wide, and the hotel will put a one-liter bottle of drinking water and chocolate every day. The restaurant environment is good, and the buffet breakfast is very delicious.
