Great time fun outdoor furniture space my kids loved the basket Ball court the pool and hot tub was beautiful just weather wasn't good the fire pit was beautiful and warm and the other guests were friendly the sweet lady who checked us in was amazing and friendly the Wycliffe champagne is amazing breakfast could be a little more better but at least it's beautiful 😍❤️ but don't eat the McDonald's nextdoor it sux and absolutely didn't get the order right after 4 time's I gave up

Spacious, clean rooms. The hotel staff was so friendly and helpful. I must say I typically use another Hilton hotel brand (Embassy Suites) when I travel, but this stay has definitely brought about change moving forward. So if are in the Plano-Richardson area and you don’t stay here, you are truly missing out.

So peaceful excellent internet. I enjoyed my stay with my friend. The receptionist was friendly and patient. Clean toilet and bed. They were able to switch me to king bed instead of the queen that was previously assigned to me. So grateful!

It's an excellent hotel--inexpensive, new, everything works, very friendly staff, especially Elaina the bartender (also Jay the bartender). The rooms and bathrooms are spacious. Free and easy parking. Both a microwave and mini-frig in the room (good for heating up your leftovers from enormous servings in Texas)! The breakfasts and happy your are terrific. If this neighborhood works for a Dallas area visit, pick this place.

In a time where there is so much customer no service, it is refreshing to find an employee who enjoyes her job. Johnnie was outstanding. She was willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was outstanding........extra towels, answer questions about the area, etc..........I visit Dallas often and will make this my hotel of choice.

I checked into a room with 2 queen beds with my kids. After the second night, I got bitten by bed bugs. As one of the beds had a bed bug and there were traces of blood on the pillow & bed sheet. Then went to the bathroom & there was a big roach wandering around. Went to customer service & then they switch me to another room. Plus the room bathroom floor tile was loose. On the last day, I went to the pool with my kids, the pool water was not water with chlorine, it was chlorine with water. Got our swim clothes bleached & irritated eyes. It was a terrible experience.

Staff was professional and courteous. Room was great! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen set up was perfect! Bathroom was large and modern. The room and all common area were kept immaculate. Hotel was quiet. Easy accessibility to roadways and restaurants. We had a great stay!

Hotel is in great condition and is very well run with excellent customer service. Lamin, the gentleman who helped us with our bags to the room, is helpful, personable and a great ambassador for the company. The front desk associate greeted us warmly and recognized our Bonvoy status and we received access to the concierge lounge. The lounge had a terrific buffet breakfast and the male and female staff persons there were very personable and service-oriented. Our hotel room was spotless and everything was in good working order. Bed and furnishings were very comfortable, water pressure was good and there was plenty of lighting in the room. Hotel is in a nice area. It is a little confusing finding the entrance when driving so look out for the directional signs as you approach the mall area. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the dinner menu in the hotel restaurant to include more options.From$212

I was impressed with the quality of service and attendance to social distancing and masking. The front desk was very attentive and even took the time to physically walk me outside to show me where different restaurant were located. The breakfast is excellent and they will make if to go. I went to the restaurant early and got coffee for partner and myself. They kept my tab open to come back latter to order breakfast!From$212

entering the lobby from the front door or ascending the escalator, we saw a gold sculpture (of which I will supply a photo). and the lovely balconies and glass elevators. Our room was modern with outlets for both USB and USC as well as for regular plugs. A very large TV on the dresser, and ample drawer and closet space along with a balcony which we could enter from our room, were the room amenities. The location is on Peachtree Street, very convenient to the convention center below and to several nice restaurants (including Ray's in the City) and the convention center. Friendly, helpful and efficient staff.\ made this hotel a good place to stay for a business meeting, but close to world of coca cola and the Georgia aquarium for family to visit.From$96

It feels good to stay for three consecutive nights. The location of the hotel is very good, and you can walk to Atlanta's main attractions such as Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca Cola within a 15-minute walk. Longer distances such as: Piedmont Park and Atlanta Botanical Park are also about a 12-minute Lyft ride. The hotel is easily accessible by subway MARTA. The room is large and clean overall. The place to criticize is that the room is very close to the fire stairs. Two days in the morning, hotel staff used this staircase to make a loud noise that disturbed the dream!From$93

Booked a stay for an Elton John concert. First time staying at this property. Room was nice, location was great. But really wanted to take the time to write a review because of the phenomenal experience at check in with Toni-Ann. She was so sweet, joyful, and helpful and made the entire experience that much better right from check-in. The location is very good, it should be close to the downtown location, the airport subway to the nearby (with 2 subway stations), the one that is recommended to go directly, the walk is downhill, 10 minutes to the hotel, the road will pass through the Olympic Park. The Coca-Cola World and the Baseball Hall of Fame are all nearby. CNN is downstairs. The meals in the hall are all hamburgers. They are not very Chinese. There are many restaurants nearby. It is very convenient to go to the attractions. At check-in at noon, the front desk was very good. I said that I would like to reserve a mobile phone number to inform me, but I didn’t actually have it. I can take my room card and live directly when I return.From$202

Very bad hotel to be a luxury Marriott. The corridors are dirty we find socks and pampers in floor 19. The elevators work poorly. They take a long time and you have to go up to be able to go down. There is no body wash in the two rooms we have. Too many people. Oversaturated. The room they gave us was occupied. They changed us to another one and it was in someone else’s name so we had to go down to the counter again.From$145

My friend and I stayed three nights at Hotel Clermont while visiting Atlanta. Great experience! The hotel served as an intriguing backdrop to our visit, enhanced by its decor, history, and, most importantly, its staff. First, Patrick (cafe barista) greeted us every morning with a beautiful smile, great conversation, and much-welcomed, early morning exuberance. What a great way to start the day!
