The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Great service from everyone we dealt with right from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the lady who brought us breakfast every morning. The day started with an excellent breakfast serviced right in our room which was a nice touch. My only complaint was having to pay for parking. I was aware of these ahead of time but given the cost of the room, it really should have included the parking.

The hotel boasts an excellent location: just a 5-minute walk from the WEGO bus stop for the scenic area, it offers fantastic views of the Three Waterfalls and evening fireworks. Plus, it's right next to a bustling commercial street with plenty of entertainment and dining options. The 11th-floor restaurant provides a lovely ambiance for breakfast, especially from its window seats, and the meal selection is quite extensive.

Loved my stay Heater & MayQueen are and were amazing customer service, communication and more two amazing women who helped add to the stay I had planned for my mothers birthday. We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

The room was spacious and very comfortable. It had a great location with a panoramic view of the waterfall, which was absolutely spectacular. We could enjoy the view from our room at any time. The hotel is also very close to the cable car station, so you can take the cable car down to get a close-up view of the waterfall. The only downside was that the parking fee was quite expensive.

The Hilton Niagara falls is an excellent location to the transport and attractions that the Niagara Falls provides. The service however led a bit to be desired. No sugar for tea or coffee. Inferior quality tea and coffee provided. Housekeeping ignored our towels being hung up to save the environment and replaced all but a bath mat. Had to use a hand towel on the floor. Our room was with a view of the fireworks which was great to see every night at 10pm

We are happy to stay in doubletree … the room is clean and good fit with family and kids… also our room can see the fireworks…. And I checked with front desk, all the rooms can view the fireworks. I definitely will come back to this hotel again.

Such a beautiful place, close to everything, an amazing breakfast dining , good service. Front desk was someone new she didn't give right directions to two disappeared people, no porter but we did get someone to help when we did get a trolley and they also gave wrong directions to parking ut we figured it out a d the rest was an amazing stay. Very damp in the room but I guess it's all part of being that close to falls.
