This was a fantastic experience with WorldMark! Loved that it offered a little more ‘life’ than some WorldMark locations. The swim up bar & the onsite restaurant, daily entertainment by the pool…these amenities made a positive impact!! (Restaurant is over priced, especially for owners & the food was just ok, BUT, the fact that it was available & onsite is fantastic) We stayed in a 2bd/2ba - could have slept my family of 5 (1 king, 2 twins, 1 double or super single size Murphy bed). Nice kitchen & living area and 180 degree ocean front balcony & view . Very comfortable!!

Gorgeous resort! But pushy salespeople. Pool is nice but I wish it had a 6 foot section. Ocean is not swimmable. Mama Mias was just ok in my opinion. We enjoyed Sardina Cantina at the front of the property much more. Will probably go back some day.

This is the nicest property I’ve ever stayed at with rooms well stocked and loads of staff day and night. The property is incredible the pools are heated and Mama Mia’s is an excellent restaurant. Watching the whales just off shore and met lots of nice people. My brother had a bad fall and the staff brought the doctor to our room, no trip to the hospital. I didn’t think that possible. The only negative was that we couldn’t get a hold of him after he went home without using our cell phones as the wifi wouldn’t work for days. I’m sure that the wifi provider was simply stalling the poor staff here who were dealing with multiple complaints about the wifi. This place needs a manager who can handle the poor service that they are paying for! Learning to be tough.

We came here for the first time and are wrapping up a week at this location. I've been a Worldmark owner since 1998 The sales push when you first come in is strong as it is at any Worldmark now. It's just awful the predatory behavior that this organization commits on its long-term owners. I was a sucker and signed up for the sales meeting since I haven't done it for years it was awful- I don't recommend. You can’t swim on this beach. Chilean Bay has great swimming and snorkeling. My two adult children both got travelers diarrhea while we were here. They didn't get it from this location or from Mamma Mia's the restaurant on site, but when I asked management if we could delay our check out by two hours because one of my kids is still vomiting, I was told no. In the rooms, the televisions are old and are not smart TVs to allow you to stream or screen share. The television in the living room is very small. On the other hand, it is always helpful to have a full kitchen and a washer dryer went on a vacation- especially when people are sick.

Coral Baja does not appear to be an AI. You can pay with a credit card, run a tab or pay cash. I prefer the latter to avoid having to verify all of the charges against receipts every few days or on the last night. We shopped at Chendrui while waiting for our room. It’s walking distance to both Chendrui and La Comer then take a taxi/Uber back to the hotel. I prefer Chendrui because timeshare sellers are not allowed to roam the store and bug you. Unfortunately we had no luck getting a taxi at Chendrui and my husband has a physical disability. I walked over the overpass to La Comer and hailed a taxi to take us back to the hotel. I had no internet access on my phone so getting a Uber from Chendrui was out of the question. Just a caution. The hotel’s entrance (Bldg. 1) is not expansive and gym, business office, billiard room, activities desk all share a short hall before opening to the pools, restaurant, and the ocean. Our 1 bedroom deluxe unit is in Bldg. 3 (523). Unfortunately this building gets a lot of freeway noise including deliveries and pickups early in the morning. Sound, whether from the main highway, the delivery trucks, a door opening or closing, sweeping, echoes along the corridor. During the day it's no problem, but come bedtime you feel like you're sleeping in a sleeping bag next to the freeway. Unfortunately, the bedroom window opens onto this corridor. But, as we walked into the room, the ocean stretched before us like a huge picture window, and I forgave the builder this small transgression. Top floor! No noise overhead. Heaven! Unfortunately the balconies do not provide any privacy as they are only waist high with a shared wall. Lots of utensils, pots and pans, a cooktop stove, casserole dishes, etc., and a full size refrigerator (watch your head, that freezer door handle will hurt if you don't clear it before standing up). Having a washer and dryer is a godsend! Lots of chairs, tables (inside and out). A Murphy bed in the living room. I would not suggest this for 2 couples due to small drawers (3) below the television and a utility closet with a short rod (and no hangers)...better for kids. The bedroom has the only full size closet and dresser. There’s no turn down or daily service. There's a $35 fee for housekeeping on any day. There's a separate building for garbage and the front desk staff will take your soiled towels. I have to admit it was nice not having to make sure things are locked up or relocated so staff can clean up daily. Nor is there any down time while you move to the patio (or some other location) so they can clean. Internet is approximately $15 for 2 devices for 10 days. We had no problem with the internet in the unit. I don’t believe there’s any free internet. There’s a (very) small store just inside the entrance before getting to the main building (#1). Building #2 overlooks the tennis and pickleball courts and are limited to views of the freeway and parking lot. I unde
