I thought it was a very nice hotel, such as the kind response of the staff and the attentive housekeeping, and it was perfect for long stay. I think the amenities that can be selected are very happy for women. I was worried that the sound of water droplets sometimes sounded from around the toilet at night, but it seems to be okay now. (Maybe by chance) I like the classical atmosphere, so I calm down. I stay at several work pattern hotels, but Akasaka is a great cospa, regardless of the location that is not inconvenient at all, such as eating and drinking. I would like to use it in the future. I don't think it's a Viking because it's a type that doesn't eat so much in the morning, and the breakfast at 1F Kamishima cherry blossom shop is also good.

Go up a steep slope from Akasaka Station. At 17:00, the sound of the bells of the temple in the neighborhood rings. It is a hotel for completely inbound, and the foreign language version of the tourist pamphlet stands out. There is no bathtub. Wi-fi is acceptable (it gets a little heavy at night). There is a telework plan and the chairs are solid. I got a 1,000 yen OFF coupon from the delivery service menu. Coffee at the front desk is always available. CNN is shown on TV. Perhaps it wasn't working very well, the details of the room were covered with dust. There is no shortage of amenities.

Overall another great hotel. The bed was large and comfortable. Like the other LiveMax hotel the staff were extremely friendly. On the first floor they had a sauna and a convenient and relaxing smoking room. The room was clean and modern looking. The space was a bit small but overall a good place to stay.

I can't spend it comfortably because the facilities are new. I didn't care about cleaning and water discharge. The air cleaner was also in each room and was saved at this time. The desk is also large, the outlet is also 2 on the desk, 1 on the bed. Recently, there are some hotels with chargers, but there are no chargers or USB outlets, so I think it's better to have them if necessary. The room feels like where to spread the suitcase, but there was more space between the bed and the desk than I thought, and there was no problem using it alone. This room seems to be able to stay up to 2 people, but if it is not so big, I don't think the bed feels so tight even for 2 people. There is instant coffee and tea. There is no water. If you stay, you will have free breakfast (6:30~). Muffin, croissant, soup (5 kinds: bean soup, corn soup, consomme, miso soup, etc.), cabbage, mini cutlet, scrambled egg, yogurt, coffee, etc. I don't have to think about breakfast, so I think it's good for 1 days and 2 days. You may get tired of going on 3 days. But it's free. As for the location, I saw it from the exit as soon as I left Akasaka Station 5b exit. It is close. There were supermarkets, convenience stores, stabas, pharmacies, etc., and there were restaurants in the building near TBS, and there were celery and lunch boxes in the basement of the building of ***. Mac, dotol, etc. are also nearby and convenient. Akasaka Mitsuki Station is a little walk compared to Akasaka Station. There were many Chiyoda lines using Akasaka station, so it was the main station of Akasaka station, and it was about to use Akasaka Mitsuki station by route, so there was no problem.

This time, I chose to suppress it within 8000 yen in Akasaka, but it is certainly cheap in Akasaka's market price as a new open price. (even if the fee is high via the agency recently, the HP and the agency (especially Rakuten) in the group here rise and fall every day. If it is about 100 yen, it can be patient, but when it is terrible, it is 1000 in one day The yen will also rise and fall It is a pity that ”the cancellation fee of 30 % from 5 days ago” in the accommodation agreement of this hotel cannot cope with the sudden change of schedule (we may also be shifted for 2 days a day). I think it's more sightseeing than business. After that, if there is a loss of the door key (card type), the content of 9000 yen is passed, and the mood is destroyed, and it is not inserted into the door and the electricity is not put on (there is a meaning, charging, The temperature of the refrigerator can be maintained, but it fell in case I thought it was possible. (If I am Kanto, I can suppress the cards that can be used in the Kanto area, but because it is Kansai, the cards that can be used in Kanto and Kansai are different, so electronic money I stayed at the time of less than 1 month open, but the microwave oven equipped with ”one month dust” is good because TV is black. I could use it. It is a location, but the narrow corridor from the elevator to the room (the place where the shoulder hits if it doesn't give up if it meets) is more careful to stay.

After staying in so many five-star hotels, the store is very satisfied, very clean and orderly. I have never been able to experience the capsule hotel, this is really good. But in order to sleep well, still bring your own earplugs. Although everyone is more vocal than speaking, there is always a voice in and out. The luggage is downstairs and sleeps upstairs. Anyway, I said it is not bad! There is a very good cafe downstairs. The sleeping warehouse is very clean and comfortable. I am a little trouble climbing up and down on it, but I feel very young when I was young.

The room is small but very clean, with a large bed, a tatami mat, a corridor, and not much else. In addition to the bed, there is a tatami where you can sit. There are bedding in the indoor cabinet, and it's no problem for two more people to sleep on the tatami. Suitable for small family travel. There is no view from the windows, and the location is very good. It is very convenient to go out for a light meal and take the subway.

I ordered no breakfast, a four-person room. At that time, I had only three people. Although the room was small and had all the internal organs, the bathroom and the vanity were separated, but all were in the room. Shampoos and shampoos are available in the bathroom, and disposable toothbrush combs and small towels are available at the front desk. The location is not as difficult to find in the comments. It can be found according to Google Maps. It is five minutes away from the subway station and very close to ド ン ド. Extra bed is definitely impossible, the place is relatively small. The parking lot does not seem to be clear. It's safe. There are two keys, one for the outside door and one for the door of your room.

The only reason I give this 4 stars out of 5 is simply because on the 6th floor there is no shower facility! In order to shower you need to catch the lift to the basement where there are only 2 showers available for up to 50 women. Now I’ve managed to find an empty ahower every time I’ve gone however I’m all fresh out of bed in my pjs with my clothes, towel and toiletry bag under my arm in a lift where anyone can jump in from multiple floors including reception on level 2. Ahh mortifying! Now the good bits! This capsule hotel is clean clean clean. The staff are lovely and sweet and a big thumbs up to the cleaning staff who made up my room even when I decided to have a long sleep in on my birthday. They are very patient. There are complimentary products in the bathrooms and showers and also at reception. Reception has items such as shower caps, hair clips, ear plugs, ear phones, lathering shower net sponge things, toothbrushes and mini tooth paste. There ate 2 x drinks vending machines In the basement and a laundry (machine only take 100 yen coins and you will need 4-5 coins to do a load. There are men’s showers and a men’s onsen, and seperate to the is a ladies showers and ladies onsen. For those that have never used and onsen, u all get naked into the bath. Google the rules. Water temp is hot, 40 degrees. U need to go into the room naked (there’s a change room where u store all of your clothes in a container. U enter the onsen (spa bath room) and u must wash all your girly bits thoroughly before getting into the onsen. You can not put ur hair into the onsen water. Ok so back to the capsule hotel itself - use ear plugs! It can get noisy just people unzipping suitcases or crunching plastic bags or even sliding up and down their door blinds. Ear plugs are a must. Beds are firm but bedding, towels, complimentary pajamas and complimentary slippers are changed everyday by the cleaning staff for you. Wear the pjs. The first night I wore just the top and undies and I got cold! Next night I wore the bottoms and slept much better. The capsules have a tv. A light the dims, two power sockets to help charge all our tech gear. And an aircon that only works if your light is turned on. There is also a lockable area within your room for valuables. Your door however does not lock. There is an o room with no door where you can store large luggage and some bike locks if you would like to lock them in. The floor has a toilet and Bathroom area where you can do your hair and make up etc. only thing missing is the showers.

The location is good with lots of food places and convenience stores available near the hotel. Service attitude was alright but could be better for one of the duty manager. Typical Japanese business hotel - Room was small so if you’re bringing the large size luggage, do take note of it. Daily room clean up comes with fresh set of clothes (plus size may not be able to fit into the top) everyday so didn’t had to wear my own sleepwear and they will leave reminder on the door if you have not requested to change your bed linen for more than 2 days. The TV has limited English channels and not a smart tv so you can’t cast to screen and watch your show… but you get to see the status of washing machine if you’re thinking of doing laundry at any point in time of the trip. (¥500 for 120 min washing and drying of clothes (regular load), ¥400 for 80 min washing and drying of clothes (small load), ¥100 for 30 min of drying) Toilet seat was heated and comes with bidet so it’s good, especially in cold weather. Separate bathtub and shower area from the toilet and it comes with a little stool for you to sit when showering like true Japanese style. Check in and check out was smooth and efficient. You can store your luggages with them before check in and after check out if your flight is still a while away. There’s an area at L2 for refreshment and disposables like tea and coffee, toothbrush and toothpaste etc but no bottled water available in the room. Overall - will recommend

It only takes 10 minutes from the B&B to Shinjuku in Wang District, which is a good choice! Our family of 5 people (2 large and 3 small), the room was very clean, as the photo introduced on Trip.com; There is a large room with 2 double beds and the other room with a double bed, which is just enough to sleep in the larger room than 3 children. The homestay provides toothbrushes, shaving cream, shower gel, shampoo, moisturizer and basic tea bags and coffee. And the same good thing is that he can cook there, and I will book this one next time! Also make a Shabu Shabu!

With any brand new hotel you expect a few hiccups, but my layover stay at the Metropolitan Haneda didn’t have a single one. Easy access from Haneda via the monorail (one stop away) and a short walk from the station to the hotel front door. Helpful staff, easy check in, efficient room with a comfy bed and one of the best hotel showers I’ve experienced. This was a great way to spend my 16 hour layover in Tokyo. Breakfast was included in my very economical room charge and included Western and Asian fare. Scrambled eggs were not as hard-cooked as most Americans like them, and much of the hot food needed to be kept warmed a little more than it was, but all in all a good buffet.

This is my first time renting a residential hotel🫣🫣so I thought the code sent by Trip.com was the password to get the key. From daylight to dark😓We spent several hours but couldn’t get the key, and we couldn’t contact anyone Relevant people help 😞 When I went there, I wanted to give up at 11:00 in the evening, but I was so embarrassed that I found the customer service agent of Trip.com. Luckily, the customer service staff responded to my phone very quickly, although I finally had to get the password for me at midnight , but at least I don’t want to live on the street 🥲🥲🥲But after this experience, I will definitely not rent these hotels again. I don’t feel at ease because no one has handed over them. In the end, the hotel replied that there is a send password for me, but what I received is exactly It was only sent to me at 11:17 on the night of 2/4, and I have not received it before. On the contrary, the hotel sent to fill in all the information of the owner and the insurance related information, and I received it😞😞😞 Really disappointed, but I am used to good reviews It’s just that I feel uncomfortable when I find a problem and I don’t want to solve it immediately and I want to continue to push the problem on the other party😓

This is really about a 3-4 minute walk once you leave Tokyo Station, take Yaesu Central Exit. Once you cross the big street outside the station, it is only one block to a set of lights, left a very short ways, then right 2 or 3 doors, check in is on the 2nd floor (2F). There are signs in English high up and near the entrance. We stayed twice this trip. Check in was prompt. We had a twin room, 2 single beds. The rooms were very clean small as expected, so 2 beds worked better, nobody sleeping against the wall. Everything we needed, fridge, two pillows each (soft and hard), kettle, tea, coffee, TV, good lights, wifi, hangers, pants press, great soaps, shampoo and nice towels. Also, pajamas. There was a microwave and ice near the front desk area. We stayed a second time and the both rooms were identical except for the view. The first one had a view of building construction underway next to our hotel with a small bit open to see the weather. The second was higher up and overlooked the new building next to it. Not sure if that view will stay like that. A hotel view of a building next to it is common in Japan. We only slept and showered there so no view was no issue for us. There are 2 Family Marts and a 7-11 about 3-4 minute walk away also, plus other restos, more for the afternoon or night but there is a nice soba restaurant (Komoro Soba) that is open for breakfast which we enjoyed. The front desk staff were very friendly and very helpful and the next time in Tokyo, we'll plan on staying there again.

The nearest subway station is Mori****a Station. There are 2 lines, Oedo Line (1) and Shinjuku Line (2). Very strategic to go anywhere. At Exit 3 Mori****a Station, there is an elevator, but the location is a bit hidden (just follow the elevator picture instructions). So, no worries if you bring a big suitcase. From Exit 1, stay on the road about 100 meters. Anyway close. . Check-in time starts at 15:00, check-out maximum 10:00. When we arrived from Osaka at 9:00, we were allowed to use the bathroom and toilet and rest in the 3rd floor lounge until waiting for check-in time. . There are many 24-hour mini-mart around the hotel such as Familymart, 1, and Lawson. Less than 100 meters, there is also a friendly Muslim restaurant called Edo-men Kumahachi, a chain with OAK HOTEL EDO. But, it feels less suitable in our tongue. The sauce is too spicy and too thick. Please try it for yourself, wonder if it fits. . OAK HOTEL EDO is a hostel but a hotel. There is only one mixed dorm room or mix dormitory containing 5 bunk beds for 10 people. The rest are all private rooms from the 1st floor to the 10th floor (of course there is an elevator). If you are more suitable for private rooms and have budget, please check yourselves on Agoda's website. The private room is various. We are eight (6 adults, 1 teenager 16 years old, 1 9 year old child) occupied a mix dorm on the 2nd floor (room 205). At that time, there were 2 other guests joining. Yes, they allow children to stay, as long as under parents' supervision so they don't bother other guests and have to pay a normal fee. . The bed and pillows were clean and soft. The sheets and blankets are clean. Can be replaced every day but must be opened by yourself. Inside the room, there are lamp lamps, one power outlet, and two USB ports. In the mix dorm room there is a window facing the street. So there is air circulation and entering the sunlight. Facilities in the room: locker, powder room alias dressing room, complete with hair dryer even polish (must borrow to the reception), hanger, slipper, and refrigerator. There is AC and heater as well. Oh yes, the Wi-Fi is very good, the room lights are off at 23:00, the between the bunk beds are very tight if you want to throw the luggage out, but we can use the corners of the hallway. The alley can also be used for a shrine spot for shaving. Shower room there are 3, complete with soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Towels are provided for rent. WC has 2, clean. . On the 3rd floor there is a kitchen, lounge, and terrace. The cooking equipment is complete. There are 3 microwaves, 2 electric stoves, complete with a bucket, a variety of pots, a soda, dkk. We cooked garlic eggs and a boil Indomie there. There is rice cooker (we tried rice), there are 2 water heaters complete with coffee, tea and sugar. There are dishes, bowls, spoons, cutlery, and cups. When the weather is bright and the wind is not too strong and the air is not too cold

We booked the large king room which provided an extremely comfortable stay for two in Tokyo! The hostel is well situated, within a five minute walk from three different metro lines, as well as various convenience and grocery stores and restaurants. The room itself was large and comfortable, although in the winter, the floor hall remained very cold. The space is modern and clean and we only once saw anyone else on our floor. There is noise from outside the building (most notably a bell that chimed at 4:30 pm), but we were able to get excellent sleep. We stayed on the seventh floor, which only had female showers, but it was not a problem to go down one flight for the male showers. The cafe provides delicious breakfast options, from a full breakfast plate to granola or a pastry. They also have decaf, which can be more difficult to find in Tokyo. The downstairs lounge is stylish and comfortable with wonderful drink and snack items (we did not have a full dinner) as well as an excellently curated playlist. Finally, the staff was always polite, helpful, welcoming, and warm! Citan is highly recommended if you do not mind sharing a shower and bathroom with others.

The walk is easy as it is on a main street, so you can’t get lost. Like the other MIMARUs we stayed at, this was fairly new and wonderfully clean. The lay-out is really nice as all 4 of us had some privacy. It was roomy for a sitting area, dining set, and a small kitchen (well-stocked, although we didn’t use). No view but we were on the second floor. The beds were comfy, and the kids each had a large bunk berth (probably bigger than a capsule hotel, yet had lighting and USB inside). Any family who prizes having a good bed (you are going to need it after all the walking in Tokyo) would have a really good stay.

It had air conditioning, a mini fridge and a nice bathroom. The hotel has a laundry area with washing machines and dryers. No laundry detergent needed as the machine automatically dispenses it. The complimentary breakfast was very good. I recommend going to the breakfast area on the earlier side as it gets very busy from 8-9:30. Convenience stores, cafes, and a grocery store are all nearby, along with 3 train/subway stations that allow you to easily get around Tokyo. There was a small dining area which I really appreciated because it provided a nice space for us to have meals at, and for the kids to be at when they colour/draw/play. As we have young children, the little kitchenette was a great plus. Location wise, the apartment hotel is a mere 3-5 mins walk to Hatchoburi Station which provided direct lines to Tokyo Station, Tsukiji Outer Market and Ginza. There are also a few convenience stores (including 7-Eleven) and eateries very nearby. There is a soba shop just at Exit 5B of the train station and I found their soba really delicious and not expensive at all. All in all, we had a super pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend if you are travelling as a family and need the extra beds. Will be staying again when we holiday next in Tokyo!

I admit, I was nervous about staying here, having read a lot of negative reviews, but I needn't have worried. The hostel was clean and quiet, in a great location (close to Shinjuku, with other stations nearby). As an introvert, I loved the self-service concept - I could check in, check out and get breakfast without having to wait for staff. Speaking of breakfast, for a free breakfast I was impressed - coffee, juice, toast, eggs and yoghurt. I found the bed really comfortable and spacious - I also appreciated having a shelf for smaller items. I found the other guests were generally quiet and respected quiet hours. I've noticed some reviews mentioning the rooms are untidy - there isn't really anywhere to store larger luggage, so it tends to get piled in any available space. Smaller luggage will fit in the bunk with you. Showers and toilets were far cleaner than I'd been led to expect from the reviews, and there were plenty of them. I liked how there were common areas for being social (kitchen and reception) and for when you wanted some quiet (coworking space and outside dorms). However, I found that sometimes the coworking would ”close” (staff would ask you to leave) without warning, so it was difficult to plan around when you could use the space and when you couldn't. If the coworking space is not going to be available during the stated hours, it would be nice to have some warning. But all in all, I would happily stay here again.

Nice hotel although definitely could be cleaner - the elevators are dirty and also room was not cleaned very well before I arrived, dirty bathroom. The free breakfast in the morning is very nice. Not a fan of the area / touristy and slightly seedy at night. There are nicer areas to stay in in Tokyo

As a facility, I am very grateful for the microwave oven and the hot water heater in the room. The bed was also comfortable. The TV is very large for the room, so it was just good to go down to the bed and go down to the window... The toilet seat is fitted to the body and comfortable. The body was narrow when standing on the washbasin (the toilet bowl (seat) immediately on the right hand of the bathtub)...So it was hard to wash the face. There are glasses and mags, but there are no cutlery such as cherry blossoms and spoons, so I thought it would have been good to check in advance.

I stayed here alone on a trip. The room was also very beautiful and had a feeling of cleanliness. There are also necessary amenities in the lobby, As soon as you leave the hotel, there is a 24-hour supermarket and convenience store, which is very convenient. Even when I used it on a Saturday, it was a good value for money. It's a little far from Tokyo Station, but if I have the chance, I would definitely use it again, so I highly recommend it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this room. The room was excellent with its cleanliness and the staff members were incredibly friendly. The location was also perfect, offering convenience and accessibility. However, we must mention that there was a minor issue with the hot water pot as it had a water leakage problem. Despite reporting the issue, it unfortunately remained unresolved. Nevertheless, apart from this small inconvenience, the overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful room and ideal location.

Great option for short layover. Fantastoic location near Haneda airport, just few steps from the nearest underground station - even a big luggage is not a problem . Clean , well equipped , comfy beds. The only drawback is 10am check out with no option of free late ckeck out (even 30' cost money). But for the purpose of stopover is a great place in terms of value for money.

It was my first time to stay in a capsule-like bed, and the experience was better than expected. It was quiet and clean, and the location was perfect. I had a flight at 6:30 in the morning and took the first train to the airport in a few minutes. There is also a small Aeon nearby, which is very convenient. Best choice for solo travel.

It's a little far from the downtown area, so you have to change from Nakano Fujimicho Station to Taya Shibuya Ginza Tokyo Station two or three times, but it was quiet and there was a pretty Gaecheon-gil in front of the station, so it was nice to take a walk. The hostel was spacious and clean, but the bathroom was narrow and it was too cold at night to be in February with one air conditioner ㅜㅜ Convenience stores, moss burgers, bakery (really delicious) are crowded around the station, so you have to walk for about 5 minutes. I am willing to visit again in the season, not in winter ^^
