The hotel service quality was exceptionally good. We celebrated for our wedding anniversary and son’s graduation here, and the hotel has arranged a very memorable experience for us, including free upgrading of the room type to Eiffel Tower view, jelly cakes, welcome fruits, drinks and snacks, and special room decorations. The front desk manager Adam and officer Jovi were so nice and helpful that we felt like coming home during our stay. We also enjoyed the hotel facilities including swimming pool with free fruits and ice creams, gym, spa and jacuzzi. Last but not least, we ended up our stay at the Chinese restaurant Zi Yat Heen with 米芝連 dim sum and dishes. This was a really wonderful and memorable stay and we look forward for visiting the hotel again in future.

Staying in the South Wing, the walk from the front desk to the room was long but acceptable. The room was decent, and the bedding was clean. From the window, I could see Studio City and the light rail in the distance. The next morning, I asked a staff member working in the hallway for drinking water and also mentioned that I didn't need the bed sheets changed, etc... The communication was harmonious. I imagine they were happy to see that I had sorted my empty water bottles and other trash. Express checkout was very efficient, thumbs up. The front desk staff were patient, friendly, and professional, also a big thumbs up!

The hotel, ten years old, is very well maintained. The butler at the Royal Peak Hotel was extremely helpful and attentive, confirming the itinerary two days in advance and arranging pick-up and drop-off to discuss details. Check-in was absolutely the best experience in Macau – no queues, and there were more staff than guests checking in. A stay at the Royal Peak Hotel in Macau is definitely a better experience than regular hotels. The rooms were also nice, and the daily snacks and fruits were plentiful and plentiful. Turndown service and children's amenities were top-notch. There were practically no downsides.

Our stay at The Londoner Macao was a truly delightful experience. Having visited Macau many times and stayed at various hotels, I can confidently say The Londoner offers exceptional value for money. Most hotels in Macau don't include breakfast, but here it's not only included, you can enjoy it all day long, which is both convenient and cost-saving for travelers! The day before check-in, the hotel butler proactively reached out via WeChat to understand our room preferences and personal needs. Knowing it was my birthday during the stay, the hotel surprised us by decorating the room and even providing a birthday cake! An unexpected surprise on our check-out day was a small birthday celebration arranged by the staff at Huating during breakfast, which touched my wife and me deeply! A special thank you to Alva, Alan Pu, and Mavis! We will definitely choose The Londoner Macao again on our next visit!

It is our first visit to Macau, and it took some time for us to decide which hotel to book. After all, I can say that The Conrad is probably the best option to stay in Macau Cotai area. Very centric to all the activities and attractions. Luxurious rooms, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast at the Churchill's table restaurant. Go for the large room to stay with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. All our experience and the hotel's service was top notch. It is worth to stay for 2 nights at least to enjoy both the hotel's facilities and see all the surroundings, you will take dozens of photos, all very picturesque.

Environment: In Taipa, close to Macau Airport and Hengqin Port. It is separated from the Parisian and Venetian hotels by a road. There is a sky corridor on the second floor of the Londoner, and you can go to the Parisian to buy things. The Royal Garden is in the same building complex as the Londoner Hotel, and the duty-free shop here is smaller than that of the Parisian. The machines in the casino can directly use Hong Kong dollars, otherwise you have to exchange them at the counter. Facilities: The room is fully equipped with smart toilets and full-body massage chairs. There is a massage room, and you can have someone massage you for an additional fee. All facilities are well maintained and clean, the rooms are spacious and bright, and there is no peculiar smell. The Knight Suite we booked has one king bed, one twin bed, and three bathrooms. All drinks in the water bar are free, and there are three large drawers of snacks, welcome snacks, and free refills. Service: Yuyuan's service is very considerate. The housekeeper will contact you in advance and provide free pick-up and drop-off. Butler Xiao Xu and concierge came to London to pick us up, checked all our luggage, and took us directly to the Royal Garden. We went directly to the guest room, and the housekeeper came to the guest room to help us check in, which was very convenient. The housekeeper will ask about the itinerary and arrange a vehicle to take us to the attractions. The old man didn't bring a thermos cup, so he gave us two thermos cups as gifts. The housekeeper is on call 24 hours a day. When I returned to the room at night, the housekeeper also put away the bath water, which was super worry-free. Catering: Breakfast is on the 36th floor, there are no people there. Afternoon tea is in the Chinese Garden on the 3rd floor of The Londoner. There is a buffet for breakfast. You have to order lobster, abalone, shrimp dumplings, and water crab porridge with the service staff. The ingredients are very fresh and taste good. Great experience. The water crab porridge at Londoner Hua Ting was a bit salty for us. I just happened to check in here and they were given fruit snacks. The housekeeper saw that the children liked to eat and immediately replenished everything they had finished. The whole family doesn't drink, so I didn't go to the cocktail party in the evening. We stayed in the Knight Suite, which cost 3W a night. Includes breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails. There is also a pick-up and drop-off service. Very satisfied with all aspects of software and hardware. For the first time, I didn’t hear any dissatisfaction from the old man. Among the hotels I have stayed in in Macau this time, my overall ranking is The Londoner Royal Garden - The Londoner - Old Lisboa - Wynn Palace - New Lisboa.

This was my first time staying at The Venetian, and overall, it was a great experience. I called at around 10 PM to spontaneously order a small cake for a birthday, which added a nice touch of ceremony. A big thank you to the tall Indian gentleman who delivered the dessert – he kindly offered to open and pour the wine and wished us a happy birthday (I forgot to ask his name, so I can't thank him by name!). The two porters who helped with our luggage when we checked out also provided excellent service. Thank you, David and Raymond Lin!

Even during off-peak season, there were still a lot of people. The airport shuttle is free and gets you to the hotel entrance in 10 minutes. The hotel is large and grand, connected to shopping and dining, so you could easily spend a whole day exploring. They offer a complimentary G Bear coffee every day. The Big Ben and Eiffel Tower replicas outside are quite photogenic, especially at night. We were assigned to the Bond building, which unfortunately had a smoky smell. The in-room amenities, Jo Malone, were decent, and the Duravit bathroom fixtures and bedding were quite comfortable. Breakfast is served on the first floor. Upon check-in, we received a 100-yuan voucher that could be used. Overall, the value for money is pretty good. Check-out is at 11 AM, not 12 PM, but the staff kindly gave us a souvenir.

My main reason for visiting Macao this time was to watch the National Games table tennis matches at the Galaxy Arena. The W Hotel's location is perfect, right across from the venue. I could come back and rest between the afternoon and evening sessions and enjoy a wide variety of dining options on the hotel's restaurant street. I was so touched to find Xu Liu Shan again after so long – the familiar taste brought back great memories! After the evening table tennis matches, which ended quite late, walking back to the hotel was quick and easy. To the north of the hotel, you have The Parisian, Four Seasons, The Venetian, and more, all within walking distance, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. The service was also delightful: the front desk staff were friendly, attentive, and even upgraded me to a suite; the concierge was proactive and enthusiastic. After checking in and dropping off my luggage in the morning, I returned to my room at 3 PM. Every interaction involved warm and thoughtful service, with almost no waiting time. My room had an expansive view, with a whole wall of windows facing the road, instantly dispelling any fatigue from watching the games. The room was spotless, spacious, clean, tidy, and comfortable. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and all the amenities were of high quality. Transportation: I didn't use the hotel's shuttle service this time because the Light Rail Transit (LRT) is incredibly convenient! From the W Hotel, it's just a few minutes' walk along the restaurant street to Studio City. From there, take an elevator, and a corridor leads directly to the LRT station. It's only five stops straight to the airport. This is my first time writing such a long review, but all in all, it was an exceptionally good value stay, and I highly recommend it to everyone!

In the morning, the little baby could eat steamed corn, yam, sweet potato, and purple sweet potato, so even a sensitive baby would be fine. There were also boiled eggs and oatmeal. The adults were also very happy with their food. We could request a bed rail for the child, and they also provided separate shampoo, body wash, toothpaste, toothbrush, and cups, which was great! It's just a shame we wasted money on the water park tickets...

The room is quite spacious, though a bit dated. The jacuzzi was fantastic, and the front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded me to a deluxe room. It's clean, tidy, and the location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. The bathroom sink is a bit small, and there's no counter space next to it, so nowhere to put a toiletry bag. The doorstop behind the bathroom door is a bit dangerous and easy to trip on. The toilet paper holder is poorly placed, not within easy reach. I hope these small details can be improved.

The hotel is a beautifully renovated former fortress with remarkable artistic and historical value. Despite being within walking distance from the bustling city center, it offers a peaceful environment where you can wake up to the sound of birds singing. Its location is also ideal for exploring Macau’s World Heritage sites, being close to the historical preservation area. Most of the staff speak English, and everyone was very kind and service-minded, making my stay extremely comfortable. If I were to mention one minor drawback, it would be that there are not enough power outlets in the room — having a few more would make it even better.

Public transport is easy to reach the town, 10 min to Coloane, 30min to Taipao and 45 min to Macau by bus. Recommended for the physically capable. Without lift, accessibility may have to be considered. Bath tub deep, hv to be cautious for the smaller sized guests.

If you're looking to avoid casino hotels and unreliable guesthouses, this place comes highly recommended. This hotel has hosted the country's top leaders twice, so its quality and reputation speak for themselves (it's an especially amazing experience if you're traveling with family elders who appreciate historical significance). It's located in Macau's top luxury residential area, offering a quiet environment with excellent views of the Macau Tower. The Liaison Office of the Central People's Government is right nearby, and behind it, up the hill, are some interesting churches. There are also many historical sites in the vicinity, perfect for a city walk. The only downsides are that it's a bit out of the way (wealthy areas tend to be less central) and not as convenient as hotels with casinos. While there's no direct hotel shuttle, public buses are available. If you come by metro, be prepared for a rather steep uphill walk.

The bathroom needs an upgrade, the bath tub is a bit shallow, the shower only in one place, no hose, no bidet. They got a TV, fridge, built in hair dryer but no iron for clothes The view is great from our window only if the windows were clean. Communication and service needs to be improved. We earlier communicated an early check in as we were traveling from Tokyo to Hongkong then to Macau, so we were so tired and wanted to freshen up and rest before exploring. However, they were strict with the 2pm check in but they stored our luggage while we dragged our sleepy and tired bodies in the hot and humid tourist spots. The security guards on both shifts were friendly and accommodating. The receptionists need to improve their tone when speaking and should be familiar with all the services offered by the hotel(dining options for example). Pillows were not great and gave me back and neck aches. The cleaners were great, housekeeping done daily and fresh towels and toiletries were supplied throughout the 3 night stay. It is still a bit of a walk from all the bus stops servicing major tourist spots. There is a free shuttle service to the outer harbor, not sure if they also take you to the airport.

I suggest you provide some pre-job training for your esteemed maintenance staff. After watching a game until the early hours of the morning, I returned to my twin room to find only one instant noodle packet. When I called to ask if I could get another, I was told I'd have to pay for it. So we said, 'Okay, bring that one up, we'll pay.' But then the person on the phone said, 'Please come down to the front desk to pay a deposit.' Seriously, for an instant noodle packet that costs five yuan at market price, which you're selling for 35, I still need to go down and pay a deposit? Is that your hotel's room service? The next day, when checking out, I went to store my luggage. I handed in my room card on the sixth floor and asked if I just needed to give my room number on the first floor to store luggage, and got a positive answer. However, when I got to the first floor and gave my room number, I was questioned as if I wasn't a guest. And one of the 'service staff' even spoke in Cantonese to their colleague, saying 'a table tennis fan trying to trick us into storing luggage,' with a look that made me feel even more unwelcome than walking into a luxury store. Finally, I had to pull out my hotel booking confirmation before these two 'gentlemen' grudgingly provided me with proper luggage storage. For a hotel that costs nearly 2,000 yuan a night, I can only say, please don't try to cash in on event traffic while treating enthusiastic fans differently. You're not the only ones who are 'noble,' thank you! Also, upon arriving at the hotel, just because I had a table tennis keychain on my backpack, I was automatically assumed to be a 'stalker.' I was there to check in! Couldn't your staff have just asked if I was there to check in? Is that so hard? I'm paying to stay at your hotel, and it feels like I'm trying to steal something. I can only say that for such a large group, while chasing traffic and revenue, I hope you can still maintain some of the humility and genuine hospitality that the service industry should embody.

Guests staying at Line can also check in at the Grand Lisboa Palace lobby. When you check in, you'll receive a skip-the-line pass for the Wynn Palace cable car, which you definitely should get! If the front desk forgets to give it to you, ask for it. The cable car line is usually very long, so having the pass makes things much easier. Plus, there's a shuttle bus from Grand Lisboa Palace to Wynn Palace. The room cards are also Line-themed, and you can even keep one as a souvenir! In fact, when I checked out, the front desk proactively asked if I wanted to keep it. The hotel is quite thoughtful. From the lobby to the hallways and even in the rooms, everything from the tiles, wall hangings, lamps, floor mats, and amenities all feature Line elements! This was my first time encountering a situation where, despite booking half a month in advance, the hotel claimed they hadn't received our reservation. We, a group of six including an 80-year-old and children, had to wait for a long time. Eventually, we called Trip.com ourselves, and they confirmed that the rooms had indeed been reserved. If they hadn't received the order, how could the rooms have been held? Secondly, the hotel rooms had a strong, lingering smell similar to smoke, even detectable in the hallways. When I asked the front desk staff, they said guests are informed about fines for smoking in rooms, but once the door is closed, there's nothing more they can do. This really shows a lack of hotel management. I thought the smell would dissipate, but it was completely pervasive. Thirdly, we were given vouchers for free egg tarts, but weren't informed they were only valid for that day. I'm curious why they weren't valid for the entire duration of our stay? Fourth, I booked the rooms half a month in advance, yet on the day of check-in, the price for a single room was 600 RMB cheaper than what I paid. For two rooms over two days, that's a difference of 2400 RMB. Booking early during the National Day holiday meant I got fleeced. It truly lives up to its reputation as a 'gambling city' – even the room prices are like a gamble. Aside from these issues, the service attitude was decent, and the rooms were quite spacious.

The lobby security was completely ineffective. They failed to intervene when disruptive guests were having a loud party, despite it clearly disturbing other guests. Not only that, but they also allowed unruly individuals to cut in front of guests who had been patiently waiting. Furthermore, I have serious suspicions about a flickering power outlet on the wall in front of the desk, facing the bed. Could a pinhole camera have been secretly installed there? It raises many questions.

An excellent value-for-money hotel. After clearing customs at Hengqin Port, we took a short car ride to the Galaxy area. From there, it was just a few hundred meters' walk across the road to reach the hotel. The Light Rail station is conveniently located right at Galaxy's entrance, making it super easy to get around. The hotel itself is simple but impeccably clean. They even thoughtfully provide power outlets compatible with mainland China plugs, so you won't need to worry if you forget your adapter.

📍 **Prime Location** – Absolutely superb! Just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, surrounded by trendy restaurants and convenience stores. To our pleasant surprise, there's even a charming art district just around the corner! 🏨 **Room Experience** – Fantastic! The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offered breathtaking views of the city's landmarks, and we woke up to beautiful sunshine every morning. The bedding featured a 5-star standard Sealy mattress – so comfortable, you won't want to get out of bed! The mini-bar was refilled daily with complimentary drinks, and they even provided a pour-over coffee set and a soothing evening sweet soup. 🌟 **Attention to Detail** – A dream for detail-oriented guests! Smart curtains, heated bathroom floors, a Dyson hairdryer, a smart toilet, and they even included a phone sanitizing box. Turndown service was incredibly thoughtful, laying out slippers on a mat by the bed and placing sleep-inducing aromatherapy on the nightstand. 👑 **Exceptional Service** – Truly went above and beyond! The wonderful lady at the front desk proactively upgraded our room. The concierge managed to secure a reservation at a highly sought-after Michelin restaurant for us. And the bellboy, in the pouring rain, not only helped us hail a taxi but also held an umbrella for us right until we got into the car door. We were incredibly touched!

The room was great—bright, well-ventilated, and with good soundproofing. It was clean and odorless. I'll definitely book the East Asia Hotel again next time I'm in Macau. Service: The service was top-notch, and I was very satisfied. There were staff available all day who were enthusiastic and ready to answer any questions. Facilities: The facilities were comprehensive. The air conditioning was very cold, and charging my phone was very convenient. Hygiene: The hygiene was excellent; it was clean and tidy with no strange smells. Environment: The location was great, and transportation was convenient. It only took about 10 minutes to walk to the Ruins of St. Paul's, so no need for a car. Service: The service was first-rate, and I was very happy. Housekeeping cleaned the room punctually every day.

I paid $65 USD for one night at this hotel, and honestly, it shouldn’t cost more than $20. I chose it because it was the cheapest option I could find in Macau, but it was a letdown. If you’re staying for more than one night, I strongly recommend spending a bit more for a better hotel. The place is extremely outdated, and the room had a noticeable cigarette smell. There are ventilation openings near the ceiling that let in both noise and conversations from outside, so I kept waking up throughout the night. On the positive side, the bed and sheets were perfectly clean and odor-free, which was a relief. Communication was a challenge – the staff don’t speak any English at all, so you’ll need a translator app to get by. Overall, it’s a bare-minimum option that didn’t live up to the price.

Very old hotel with outdated facilities and poor hygiene. The room was tiny, barely enough space for one suitcase in a double room. However, the location is quite convenient; it only took twenty minutes by bus to get to the Galaxy Arena for a show.
