|0.66km from city centerA clean centrally located motel. Room was spacious. Bathroom facilities were very cramped, shower was a capsule with no lights in it. Drawback is that it is not senior citizens friendly. Room upstairs and down several halls and steps. Pool was indoors and clean although we did not go in.
Had a hair dryer, coffee pot, but no refrigerator. we would consider staying there again if we go back, just a lot of walking.

It is next to the ** Hotel. It is only 5 minutes away from the cable car to the waterfall. You can consider buying a day pass for 8 yuan Canadian dollars. You can go there once during the day and at night to experience the different beauty of the waterfall.

We could enjoy the view from our room at any time. The hotel is also very close to the cable car station, so you can take the cable car down to get a close-up view of the waterfall. The only downside was that the parking fee was quite expensive.

We loved our stay the view of the Falls were amazingly beautiful. At check in I was given discounts to help enhance our trip or give us extra things to do. The view from the restaurant on site was ok and having a wider range of options to choose from would have been nice but food was good. Overall great stay!

Front desk was someone new she didn't give right directions to two disappeared people, no porter but we did get someone to help when we did get a trolley and they also gave wrong directions to parking ut we figured it out a d the rest was an amazing stay. Very damp in the room but I guess it's all part of being that close to falls.

The list is long but the worst of all is $25 dollars parking per day that you charge on the top of the
charge for the room. Being there for three days I saw parking as low as $5 per day..I will never go back nor recomend this place to any of my friends

I brought this up to the front desk and they didn’t seem to want to talk about it but I see rooms are rented out as low income rentals which is fine but unfortunately one bad apple can spoil the bunch. The dude they were looking for was at one point in the room beside up but 530 am being woken up by an olive isn’t fun. Towels are really gross and stained luckily I brought my own figuring as such but the beds were great and people were nice . A lot of spiders we had to kill but the budget is cheap and I really can t complain:

|1.07km from city centerOur reservation was originally with Oakes Hotel Overlooking the Falls but due to room maintenance, they kindly arranged alternate accommodation for us and it exceeded all expectations! We were given a room at the Hilton hotel with a double king-size bed, stunning views of both the U.S. and Canadian sides of Niagara Falls, and even a relaxing jacuzzi that was perfect to unwind in at the end of the day.
The Hilton’s location was excellent, the room was super spacious and spotless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times. A big thank you to Oakes for swiftly securing another option for us and to Hilton for delivering top-notch service throughout our stay!

I arrived before the check-in time of 4:00 p.m., so I asked them to store my luggage, and they showed me to a room that was ready. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations.
The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy.
Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay if you’re visiting Niagara Falls. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Place is clean and the owners do their best to maintain the property to an acceptable standard which many in this range do not. The breakfast is decent offering muffins, toast bread, bagels, cereal, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, waffle maker, juice, and an amazing coffee machine that offers cappuccino & lattes!
Glengate is awesome and we’re looking forward to our next visit! 👍

|1.06km from city centerThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.

We felt right at home and suitably looked after.
The accommodation was immaculate. Each morning started with a hearty breakfast.
10 mins walk from the OLG stage venue and 20 minutes walk from the falls (don't believe the timings on the maps apps).
Made to feel very welcome at the local bar too.
Won't hesitate to stay at Anna's in the future.

The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and effective air conditioning. The bathroom was also roomy and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast offered a good selection with self-service options and standard choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay.

|1.12km from city centerMake sure you read the small print about the view of the falls! We booked a room that said “falls view” as opposed to “city view” but when we came to check in it was partial falls view and the photos of the view out the window were incorrect and it was half falls view but with the corner of another hotel obscuring the full view. We paid another £152 on top of the £240 we paid for the room to upgrade to what we thought we were getting - ie the one in the photo of our booking (below)
Admittedly in the small print the word “partial” did appear so I had no recourse.
Expect a 20 - 30 minute wait for lifts to arrive to take you down and as a result breakfast was heaving!!
That said the room was lovely and it was clean and the views were brilliant…as you’d hope for £410 for one night!!
Oh and remember tax is on top of everything advertised - so the $70 parking is actually $87ish etc etc
