      Great and hospitable experience. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. The hotel is less than 5 minutes away from the airport. We would definitely recommend to others. Breakfast was included with our stay and it had a lot of healthy options. You won’t be dissatisfied. Ajit at the breakfast bar was very kind and helpful and had excellent customer service. Kudos to the entire team working tirelessly to provide the best and comfortable stay! Will definitely come back whenever we visit DUBAI!

      I booked 3 rooms for 7 of my family members and stayed during 20 hours transit. I was confused about check in and check out time because trip.com showed check in time at 2pm and check out at midnight which was wrong. Hotel staff were very flexible and said that I can check in any time of the day and stay up to 24 hours which made me happy because I could check in at 7am stay for 20+ hours during my transit. I booked the room with breakfast and thought that if I miss breakfast I will loose money paid for breakfast. However, the breakfast venue (it is called The Gallery) had very kind staff who allowed my children to come for lunch since they slept during breakfast. Overall I am very happy with the place because of superb location inside T3 transit area, clean rooms, each room having a large sofa which allows 3rd person to play/sleep, very quiet environment and kind hotel staff. Trip.com price was way cheaper than hotel's own website and I didn't even have to pay tourism tax mentioned by trip.com which I was supposed to pay at the hotel. Great experience, superb comfort and happy faces we experienced today! Thanks trip.com.

      The location of the place served perfect for our purpose. Staff was cooperative. The room is good and decent size. However, the washroom and bathroom are the same so everything is gonna get wet. The lights were ridiculous as it was dark even after we switched on all the lights. The wash basin is extremely small and the mirror is placed at a height where even a 10 year old cannot reach. Hope they improve on the few of these things.

      Hotel has surprised me on a very positive way . Location is fine , only 15 min from downtown and you have a metro station near by . I would like to compliment and thank the staff as everyone has been very nice and welcoming . Special remark to the housekeepers who are always smiling and do a great job 👏. In general , Facilities are good and new , also there is a nice rooftop pool with great views to the city .

      The hotel is near the airport, about 2 kilometers. However, it was unexpectedly quiet and could see frequent planes taking off, but I never heard any noise. Hotel service is also very good. Our door lock was broken, so we immediately changed rooms and upgraded the room types. There are large glass windows, the golf course is across the road, and the Burj Khalifa can be viewed from a distance. The scenery is very good. The picture below is the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The taste is not bad, you can try it.

      I was there to watch the Asia Cup t 20 finals with my 9 yr old son. My stay was very comfortable. Nice furnished room , comfortable bed and toilet with all modern amenities. High light of the property is the friendly and extremely courteous staff. I will specially mention Ms Usmi at front desk ever smiling, always helpful for any thing. She helped us with early checkin also. Another young lady at front desk from i forget the name. Ashwin & Donna at Restaurant were very coperative. A big shout out to all. Will surely be visiting again. My rating is 4 and not 5 because of limited breakfast options at restaurant.

      The good thing is that this hotel is relatively close to the airport. The things used by the big brands are what the brand should have. There is nothing missing, and there is a hypermarket opposite. The sound insulation was good, and I didn't feel very noisy facing the road. Poor: 1. The Internet is very poor. The room I live in basically cannot be Weiboed on the bed, but it can be used in the toilet. I squatted in the toilet for a few hours that night. . 2. The shower problem, it is difficult to adjust the shower to the proper temperature. After adjusting it, I found that the water power is very ordinary, similar to the water power at home. I do n’t know if it is the reason for the lack of water in Dubai. Towels are also average, not comfortable towels, 3. Note, this hotel does not provide chartered flights. Please pay attention to this. I did n’t see it at Ctrip. I thought it was a car drop-off. 4. The Asian woman at the front desk called chan with a very bad attitude. Basically it was Mandarin. Mandarin, does not solve the problem, but the Indian brother has a good attitude, and the service is given to him.

      The place is located in a great location with the metro station 1 minute away plus a grocery shop also 1 minute away. I stayed in a Suite the first 7 days and it was very new, clean and excellent then I decided to move to an apartment because I was tired of eating take out. The apartments are kind of old and it’s old furnishings but everything worked The Kitchen had a big stove , refrigerator and microwave which was what I needed.

      My experience at the hotel was quite good. The location is not too far from the airport, and within a (sweaty) walking distance from the Business Bay metro station. Nearby is a nightly water show at the Dubai Canal and a strip mall. The room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was pretty good for the price, mainly continental. The reception was polite and expedient, and they honoured my request for a smoking room. The on-site Mexican restaurant Muchachas offers alcoholic drinks and good snacks. If I went to Dubai again, I'd stay there.

From the initial onboarding team at the Anantara The Palm, to the welcome arrival and dedicated staff on the World Islands Resort, it was just a fabulous experience. The boat ride just adds that little bit of something special. Special thanks go to Tony who was our dedicated Villa Host. Nothing was too much to ask. He arranged everything for us and even a Birthday Cake on arrival and departure; made it such a special time and such a lovely person..The staff in Luna Bar were also lovely, as well as in Qamar where we had such amazing food - the mixed grill was exceptional! Special thanks to the staff of Chawki, Ning and Shakhawat for their amazing service. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!

      Staying at JA Palm Island Hotel with friends on the weekend is a paradise! We arrived at the hotel at 7 o'clock on Friday morning because they have a very good golf driving range. In summer, 50 balls are only 35 dirhams, which is too cheap! There are not too many people. Swing practice to breathe fresh air is great. After playing, I have breakfast at the sports cafe next to the yacht club. It’s more than 70 for one person. I was full, and then fell asleep. I just passed the spa. I was lucky this day. I usually have to book in advance. Because it was early, I had a free time and enjoyed the Thai oil pressure for more than 1 hour. The spa manager and technicians are Thai, let alone more authentic. After finishing the spa, I moved into the room. Their rooms start at 60 square meters and are all suites with balconies, facing the beach. The room is a 5-minute walk to the beach, there is no better choice than this for a holiday in the city! The natural environment of the hotel is so good, you can see the small animals at any time, and there is an organic garden in the hotel, which is also very good for children

      I spent about 10 days in Dubai Yourth Hostel and it was my second stay. First experience was good so I went back. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Rooms are cleaned daily. Mr. Kamal Hamdi is very helpful if you want to do some activities as safari, Abu dabi tour... Less then 5 minutes to metro station (stadium) and not far from airport. I gave 4 and not 5 stars because of Breakfast, it’s very limited, no fruits or fresh juices. There is many variations of bread but I didn’t try. However, Egyptian Fatira is very delicious. You must try it ! Will definitely return.

The hotel walks to the Four Seasons Hotel next door. There is a gate village. There are many restaurants and cafes to choose from. There are also many painting exhibitions.

      Had my birthday celebration with friends and loved ones ( September 2022) and surprisingly all the staff member of the hotel was very helpful and accommodating Big shout out to Ms. May who was really the person to go for all my queries. Room was perfect, facility and services was commendable. You’ve got more than what you’ve paid for. The next day morning after the event the staff surprised me with a birthday cake and greetings! Awesome initiative. I would definitely recommend this hotel for your future events and bookings.
