|0.3km from city centerWe stayed for 5 nights and the room was clean and the decor was beautiful. All of the staffs are nice especially in the breakfast area. Our room was cleaned everyday and the towels were changed everyday as well. We will surely come back and they are all very welcoming with welcome drinks at the reception when we did the check in. Love this hotel. We are very happy ❤️

|0.28km from city centerThe hotel is in a quiet place, on the edge of Bolabog beach, our room had a view of the sea, from a high hill, very beautiful, but you need to climb a steep staircase. I liked everything, I will especially praise the breakfasts - delicious and well prepared
One remark - a canister of water in the room, which they said was drinking water - you can smell chlorine, such water is not suitable for drinking, we used it when brushing our teeth, and for drinking and cooking we bought bottles.

Good thing they let me stay but the price is not as i book in trip.com app because i stayed during summer. Trip.com refunded me the amount i booked, hope trip.com will also compensate me for the difference. Call the hotel first to check if they honor booking from a particular site first, thats the thing i should do next time to prevent from paying extra and hussle asking for refund and compensation.

The convenience of the free shuttle was great to enable us to maintain budget but also have access to town. Friendly and attentive staff, when we did have minor issues within our room. The infinity pool was a great asset, although the restaurant could do better as many menu items were not available. Overall a great venue, to which we extended our stay.

Very small bathroom, but it did not bother, it is better when the room itself is larger in meters, there was hot water there. For such a price we were pleasantly surprised by the quality, no comments or shortcomings. We also lived on the island in another hotel, it was more expensive, but we liked it much less. Hotel is right on the beach, has left the room - and you are on the beach! Breakfast is right on the beach! By the way, breakfast is good, though the choice is the same every day, but I do not consider it a shortcoming. Location - far from noisy dancing, but at the same time in walking availability from everything. From the pleasure - there are your lying and beach towels. Shortly, my recommendations to everyone!

The room are bigger than we expected. The buffet even just 2-3 options it’s delicious. Lots of option in bread and super yummy.everyone in hotel are friendly but need some training how to address the guess especially it’s obviously im a trans with big boobs and very feminine. Some staff especially the boys called me Sir which are very awkward and unprofessional if my boyfriend with me it’s going to be fight but In total it’s recommended hotel in boracay. It’s worth it our stay❤️

Service is good, location is good, dmall is close. Breakfast is average, not worth 60 yuan / 2 people, see picture. Due to the oncoming coronavirus, it did not go out to sea, and overall, it is not as playable as Bali. Another: there is a hey juice at the entrance of dmall! With the national financial difficulties of China's coronavirus, 100 surgical masks are strongly recommended!

The room is simple, but if you are just there to sleep, it’s fine. The AC was working well, it was strong, so we were only using fan at night. WiFi signal was strong too.

One of the front desk staff mentioned our room would be available by 1 PM, but it wasn’t until 2:30 PM that we could check into one room. We then had to wait another 30 minutes before the other room was ready. Additionally, the second room had an unpleasant “kulob” smell, unlike the first room. It’s disappointing that the check-in was the only issue, as everything else was fine.

All the staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. Upon arrival, they served us a refreshing welcome drink that tasted like cucumber juice. My family and I really liked the loft-style beds – they were very comfortable. One of the highlights of our stay was how the staff surprised my son with a birthday song and cake. While we were out, they even decorated the living area with birthday decorations. When we returned to the hotel, my son was genuinely surprised and happy. It was a thoughtful and memorable gesture. The staff were all so kind, accommodating, and generous. We’re not very picky with food, and we found the breakfast to be nice and satisfying. One downside was the location. It’s a bit far from the main beach areas (Stations 1, 2, 3), which was challenging for us since we were traveling with a senior, a PWD, and kids. Walking to D’Mall took about 10 minutes, which can feel tiring after a full day of activities. The hotel is near Bulabog Beach (the back beach), but it’s not ideal for swimming due to strong currents and many water activities happening there. On our fourth day, we tried swimming there, but it wasn’t recommended as there were many fallen tree branches in the water. However, it’s a nice spot for taking photos. Some friendly locals even offered to help take pictures and videos — just remember to give them a small tip. One issue we had was on our last night. I wasn’t able to sleep well because I’m a light sleeper, and there seemed to be a residential house nearby where people were playing billiards, laughing, and playing music late into the night. They were clearly enjoying themselves, but the noise made it hard for me to rest. Despite that, I still really liked the hotel. The service and kindness of the staff made our stay special.

|0.88km from city centerWe had a warm welcome with 🍹 drinks.The staff were very accomodating regardless the ethnicity.One of the nice and important thing about the staff walking around that caught our attention was they greet every visitor on their way, it makes us feel good first thing in the morning.The facilities are great very clean.They will lend you towel when you want to go to the beach,very convinient.Awesome buffet breakfast with ocean view.They even bother to call our transfer tour which I booked on different agency and make sure we will have no worries.If you some guests expect too much I think they should pay more because infairness in this resort,they’ve done a very good job!Go and experience this fantastic Two Seasons Resort!!!

They also have very good breakfast and quality food at PIG OUT BISTRO hotel’s restaurant. The location is peaceful and very close to the beach just less than 5 mins walk. The only little problem is just the hot and cold water-sometimes it doesn’t warm but maintenance to the rescue. Overall if i would come back to boracay i will still stay in this hotel.

We booked two rooms for a three-night stay, and my friend kept praising how excellent the service was. It truly felt like a VIP experience, with staff greeting you warmly every time you entered or left the hotel.
The breakfast was also nice. While the choices were the usual, the cakes tasted exceptionally good.
We also enjoyed the massage—I tried it twice because it was that good.
I truly recommend this hotel and commend the staff for their hospitality.
I just hope they maintain the quality of their rooms, which are still in good condition. There were only some rusty spots in the corners of the bathroom—a little retouching would easily fix that.
All in all, it was a lovely experience.
